On last friday my husband bought chicken pieces from Green chick, Sec-15, Faridabad. He came home in 10 mins and marinated it. While washing we felt it was not fresh and had little different smell. After cooking we felt foul taste and smell in that. We thew it and since it was too late we gave the general feedback to the vendor today. The vendor was not ready to listen anything and said u may have gone to market for hours and then probably have gone home. Last summer also we had same issue and informed his wife. Nothing was done but at least she was humble. We were regular customer and used to buy from green chick but today he let down the brand. He was so adamant and said so many things just because we gave a feedback. Please don't let your brand name get down just because the shopkeeper cannot take the negative feedback we gave for the very first time to him. Seems like there is no power backup in case of electricity cutoff. You may not be affected by loosing one customer but we thought we should take it up with you.

Fresh meat at a very reasonable price and also offers a great amount of variety in all mutton chicken and fish. The neat is properly cooked and well served and the dish is a delicacy. It is great for snacks and even a co.plete meal and the place is located close to the main road.

Just notice yourself you'll see raw chicken beside there Sink and Wash Basin area and they're going to wash there "Pocha" at that same place only and dirty droplets of that ugly cloth will go on to that Raw chicken .

29th April, ordered fresh chicken, delivered at 5pm. We kept the chicken in fridge. At 9pm when we started cooking, found chicken was stale. We called them and inform. Next day I returned the chicken to shop. Owner did not take any responsibility of stale chicken rather blamed that chicken was not stored well by us. This is 3rd time in last 6 months, we faced this issue. Once they replaced the chicken as well. I would not recommend shopping from here specially because of lack of courtesy owner has for customers.

The quality of chicken is good and taste is also above average. The problem is quite with the concept of frozen chicken, as it often leads to dry/less juicy chicken. But personally the food has really justified prices.

I ordered 500gms of fish & 500gms of chicken & they delivered 450gms of fish & 260 gms of chicken. Therefore, I request all to verify the weight of the stuff they delivered. I saw similar complaint in the reviews too. Moreover they didn't had courtsey to apologise.
