The rooms are clean and interiors are wooden and look good...though the rooms are quite small.. view from balcony is great and majestic.. it is in pretty secluded area and nearest restaurant/dhaba is little far (100-200 metres up the hill ,though you can walk till there)..In this cottage/hotel they also provide their home made food which is average-good,,you can try it..hotel serviceman(butler) person "DEVA" is good SOME NEGATIVES ; As hot water is produced by Solar power hence when every room in hotel is full or their is rainy/clouded weather then HOT WATER for bathing often finishes and you cant get any hot water for bath/wash in such cold temperatures... secondly it is 6-7 km from mall road nainital so if you plan to visit mall road nainital then you must have your own vehical ,because it is far from there and there is rarely public transport that can take you from mall road to this cottage,, it is not recommended to stay here if you plan to visit mall road , naini lake because road from mall road to cottage is not lighted at night and you hardly find any car in night.. otherwise it is great if you just want some peace and scenic beauty .

Excellent view from the hotel. The rooms are also clean . We were 2 girls and the owners made us feel at home. We felt very safe and comfortable. Also they own a very fluffy cat, which becomes a cherry on the top for animal lovers like me.

Amazing place to stay in. Excellent food quality and quantity. Feels just like home. Service is very quick. Would surely recommend if you don't want to be in the city chaos. Overall the stay was worth it.

Just worsed! Please guys I can only say don't recommend this cottage for staying ..as the service , cleaniness is very bad. Owner is very rude not willing to welcome properly . They don't provide dinner also you have to go approx 10 mins walking distance to eat. Breakfast is also very limited.
