Missy was amazing! I came in with long, bleached and damaged hair and she meticulously brushed through each and every tangle! I asked her to cut off all the dead ends and my hair looks a million times better! I booked a 90-minute facial with Mia H. and it was so good!! I feel relaxed, my skin is glowing, and she gave me some great product suggestions to keep my skin looking and feeling great. You get three massages in a 90-minute facial and that was the perfect way to end the day! Mia was amazing and I will definitely be back!

BEWARE: new graduate "shelby" ruined my hair last month (9.30.23) overprocessing and worse using some b.s. marbleized technique. she "teased my hair" before "she murdered it." i can't even brush my hair without adding multiple high-end products! Anyway I post this review here because that terror of a stylist used this technique on me here and mrs skubi's the director failed miserably at resolving the grave issue. anyway, if "shelby" is an example of aveda's training, BEWARE!

Latifah is on her way up! My facial massage was amazing! It may have been my first but the customer service, conversation, and complete comfort she provided the entire time from greeting me in lobby to laying down on table and walking me out was completely professional! The future will hold a lot for her as she gains her client numbers. I have no complaints as she was taught very well by the way she walked through the steps and was able to answer all my question. Thank you Latifah for being amazing and making my first experience one to remember and look forward to more in the future. Keep shining and making our skin glow! I felt so beautifully amazing walking out the door.
