We took Apollo Spectra service for maternity purpose ( delivery) Non COVID Hospital. Best hospital for maternity perspective. Trained doctor and nursing staff. Very discipline. Special thanks to Dr. Sonal and Dr. Amrut. Very special thanks to Pallavi nurse she support us a lot. Nilima Sister, Bharti Sister and Surekha Sister. All are best in their Service area just amezing. Thank you Nilima Raikar for all coordination. For housekeeping all Maushi and Mama are doing good job. Thank you everyone one. Suggetion. 1. This for Apollo Manegement- check the possibility to reduce the documentation filled by doctor and nursing staff. ( You can use mobile tablet for thae same). Definitely it will help them to reduce their work load. 2.Need to revisit all documentation system requirement is really required or not. 3.Very Important- Kindly focus on food service for patient and their relatives. This time for food 5 out of 3. 4. 3rd floor relative waiting area all sofas need to replace not at all comfortable. 5. Very small point but important door room Hinges are making irritating noise And that noise disturb to newborn babies.

Last Saturday I was there for annual health checkup. I was given appointment of 830 am however I had to wait for 45 minutes due to system problem. The person at reception who was handling all was wearing glasses as he had conjunctivitis. How hospital allowed this? The hospital is to take care of patients or get more patients. The bedsheets in ECG room were having some stains not sure of what. I asked the person do they clean probes of ECG after each patient the lady told we clean once a week. (??). Otherwise overall staff was ok. Surprise to know they don't have USG facility there so had to go nearby diagnostic center but they had 2D echo facility.

Staff is supportive and caring. They respect your time and no delays in the procedures, it could be health checkup or a treatment. However, canteen facility needs to be improved. Breakfast was worst.

GREAT HOSPITAL WITH A GREAT DOCTOR, DR ANAND KAVI! This is a modern hospital with really good staff and rooms. However, some of the furniture within the rooms is outdated. We were occupying a Suite which was quite spacious, however a lot of the furniture items were worn off and really old. My dad was to undergo a surgery a spine surgery which was performed by Dr ANAND KAVI. He is really a top notch doctor with many years of experience and uses the latest technology and procedures which are minimally invasive on the body and help in faster recovery. Personality wise, really humble and explains the procedures well to the patients and wins their confidence. The world need more doctors like these who focus more on the well being of the patient and less on commercialization.

Apollo hospital...great experience I was referred by Dr Anand Kavi to get admitted here for my lumbar spine l5s1 dis herniation treatment. The staff here is very humble and customer centric. Loved the experience as a patient. Nikhil - customer service manager had visited as soon as I was admitted to check if I had a smooth experience getting admitted and went miles to get minor issues experience sorted. The private room is cozy and noce in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Do not worry if you get admitted here as people are amazing and take real good care of you.

Visited for Yearly check up. As usual Doctors are taking patients time for Granted. If time mentioned for doctor is 10 most likely work will start earliest 11. Avoid the place unless its nearby and you can come two times or alternate day or so. Overall not recommended based on time management. The other sections where Support staff is working like blood collections, ECG, TMT are manage properly. Doctors in india should respect patients time.

I’m seating here for my COVID dose. Arrangements looks fantastic but one concern - staff is saying they only allow cash payment and need to give exact change of ₹850. This is not expected.. I tried to get the change form nearby vendors but as usual nobody will give you a change. I can’t explain why hospitals like this cannot accept online payments.. whoever is visiting here for vaccination please carry exact change with you to avoid trouble.

I went there for corporate health checkup. Service is good. Staff is polite. Equipment are quite advanced. Sufficient parking space. Centralised air conditioning is working properly in corridors and OPDs but not in reception area. Cafeteria need to improve, they should keep sufficient number of water glasses In cafeteria and also add some more options for breakfast.

I went for annual health check up. Hospital is good and staff is co-operative but they lack co-ordination and it takes entire day. Sonography is not available in morning and you need to wait for come back after 3:30

We booked an appointment yesterday for Dr Sanjay Nagarkar for today at 11am. I asked Ms. Payal till what time is he available she said he leaves immediately after patients are seen, we were asked to come at 11am. My mother is a diabetic patient and reached there before 11am. We almost were there till 12:10pm still doctor didn't came. Ms. Payal was trying to call the doctor but it seems he was least bothered about her calls and patients at Spectra. When I called up to check for doctor, I experienced helpless attitude. When I tried checking for other doctor then came to know that he is the only doctor in whole hospital through out the day. Finally he came after 1pm and saw my patient who was waiting for them since 11am. When I created noise and escalated to Centre Head she was paid attention, screening for BSL was done and she was also served something & am greatful to them for this. I am also thankful to Mr. Santosh Chopade and Ms. Payal who personally tried taking care of our patient. Will not turn back to Spectra again with this test.

The first person that u meet(the reception staff) to be specific (Vicky) greets u with a smile when u enter such place,which is usually scary is something which develops faith in patient's and family of the patient that they would treated well n would get well soon.

Pathetic hospital/Diagnostic center. Worst like govt hospitals. They hv asked me to come at 8:30 Am for health checkup. But nobody was available at that time. Then when we went for report collection, that too after 2 days .. they were searching for my x-ray which was lying somewhere in the dust , took 15 mnts to search from the stack. And then report was not ready. Struggled to get the printout for 30 mnts... What a sorry state of management ... Do not go to this hospital.

I must really thank Ms Jasmine Sheikh at Apollo Spectra Hospital, Vijaynagar, Pune. She helped me get the benefit of my Star Health policy. My case for cashless facilty for my knee transplant surgery, was genuine. My knees had drastically degenerated within just 3 months. Though mine was a genuine case, Star rejected my cashless claim twice because they suspected my symptomatic history. They thought my problem was pre-existing. My policy was in 3rd year, and my surgery was being handled by the topmost Orthopedic surgeon in Pune i.e. Dr. Aashish Arbat . Ms Sheikh put up my case with genuine concern and utmost sincerity. Her argument was so flawless, that finally Star had to agree to approve my demand for cashless claim. Thank you Ms Sheikh and the Apollo team.

Worst management...At the time of discharge they will said we gave you package.. and didn't give bill details. if you request bill ,then first you have to paid and after that they will start preparing bill according to amount..You have to wait atleast 4 hours for discharge.. अक्षय कुमार च्या गब्बर सिंग movie आठवला..Is this real social work these people are doing ?.. Best hospital in India

We went for a company sponsored health checkup but did not have good experience. This hospital is not meant for health checkup which involves 2D echo , stress test and ultrasound type of tests. They don't have doctors available for such tests. Staff will provide separate timing for such tests. This hospital is good for blood tests only where technician/nurse are required. Overall process is slow and if you don't have whole day, then don't select this hospital. Staff is good but need to touch base with them frequently. Dental checkup was bonus from hospital. I would not recommend this hospital for health checkup involving above mentioned tests. If you live nearby then its fine. You can make frequent visits.

My Left Kidney is 5 times bigger than Normal Kidney and my body is responding/ functioning much better than it did before and I have the tests to prove it! I got operated for total hip replacement . Dr Sadaf taught me exercises after my surgery . She was very professional and skilled. She explained to me in detail what I'm supposed to do and what I am supposed to be careful about . I am very happy with the physiotherapy services here and would highly recommend others.

My dad underwent kidney stone pin hole surgery recently. Few quick hightlights: - very supportive and kind staff. They are always available for any kind of help. Helpers know their duty well and are prompt in their service. - Doc visit every 4 hrs to genuinely check patient"s health unlike just for sake visits. - paper work is also detailed with no scope of complaint. - No unnecessary or hidden charges. They will not bother u for brining medicines everytime. Settle up in final bills. - No fooling the patient by adding un necesaru drips, multivitamin injections or medicines even though it was a surgery. This was coming from past what we have experienced in other hospitals in pune. - they take full care of patient right from entering to exit from hospital. -Charges or package are resonable. No extra charge if for some reason the stay is increased. All included in single package.

My husband had a knee surgery here. And i am very happy to choose this hospital. Initially we were scared because it was a major surgery and as we are new to pune city it becomes very hard to trust a new hospital. But we are glad we chose Apollo to help . Not only they made the entire experience of surgery for my husband very easy but also the hospitality of the hospital staff was on point. Very poor service they are giving. I recently visited this hospital for my mother rutine health checkup. But the overall experience was very bad. If you are looking this hospital for same then please don't choose Apolo spectra try some other hospitals. 1. Dedicated staff is not present/be available in hospital for full-time. They only provide the Verity of test in there package but respective doctors or staff will not be present on time. In result you have to keep visiting for 2-3times. For sonography, 2D echo, ECG no staff available you have to keep waiting for a day or have to visit next day. 2. I spent entire 2days just to complete rutine check-up. The staff themselves don't know when will respective doctors will get available. 3. Canteen is just disaster. They don't even provide clean and hygienic place to sit and eat. Very poor bad pathetic services. Negative ratings. Suggestion for management - Stop health checkup services if you are not able to provide proper staff, doctors.

👌👌👌👍👍👍Bed no- 313, 3rd floor 28/9/2022 to 30/9/2022....All facilities were well kept and staff was really helpful and supportive...All nurses having very polite Nature and good behaviour..Best Cleanliness..Surrounding was very peaceful...Dr. Suparna khadalkar were god to us..he's very good explainer,,,Also a special mention for Dr. Samrat Shah for making us comfortable and giving us accurate information about the nature of the illness....Nilima mam were very friendly and helpful...Patient food is also good with suggested docters... Over All service is Excellent..Very Happy😀😀😀😀😀 . And just a small thing😅☺,, if you can improve.....The gown given by the staff for patients was little bit uncomfortable only for Senior Citizens..Apart from this, there was everything beautiful....💟💟

The front desk staff strength should be increased as they are so busy handling so many patients at a time that sometimes they are not aware whether on phone they are talking or with physically present patient they are attending because of that charges also they mismatch Front desk are also not able to explain properly they should be more attentive

Very pathetic hospital. Visited twice for checkup doctor not available even after taking appointment and had to for 30+mins. after treatment doctor didnt prescribe any medications(Dr. Avinash Vagha). After asking for prescription, he told to take medicines of your choice. Even he didnt prescribe any stool softener and was insisting for surgery. Never visit this hospital

It was very good experience at Apollo Saras baug branch. Staff was very supportive, knowledgeable and proactive. Frontdesk team was very efficient in Time management and coordination between doctor and patient.

Yesterday my brother in law Srikrishna was admitted for spine surgery in Apollo Spectra hospital near Saras Bagh, Pune. I have witnessed this hospital as one of the best managed and professional hospital in Pune. Entire staff is polite, courteous and very caring. Nursing staff is utmost caring and made us feel comfortable. Hygiene and sanitation in the hospital was the best with out any flaws. Surprise to see Hospital manager personally speaking to us and checking for any needs, improvement in any service. Dr Anand Kavi, conducted one of the most critical spinal surgery with utmost professional competence and relieved us from high tension and pressure. He made the patient comfortable and confident for the surgery. With this dedicated service of doctors, nurses and all staff in the hospital, patient was discharged today ( within 24 hours) We highly recommend this hospital for any surgery/ treatment for highly professional service with smile. Went here for corporate health check up. Very good experience. Polite and professional staff. Sonography facility was missing at the center if they do it in-house it would be great.

Dr was welcoming and explained the report nuances well! The nurses are knowledgeable and do a good job of tests and taking well-being into consideration. Overall a good experience!

Not a good place for annual health check up. There is no doctor for in-house sonography. They send the patients outside to a local lab. The receptionist / admin are overburdened and it takes 1 hour just for registration. Same is the situation with doctors. Expect the whole day 9 am to 4 pm for annual body checkup.
