I bought a discount coupon with Groupon to undergo the psychotechnical process for renewing my driver's license. I paid it online (just over €10) and it was indicated that traffic taxes (€24.58) were not included and would be collected at the clinic. Until then everything is correct. I check on the internet that the amount of the fees coincides with the official amount stipulated by the DGT and I hope that the clinic will charge me for it. In total it costs about €35 to renew the license, and it is a good price compared to others I have seen online. The unpleasant thing was when on the day of the appointment, the psychologist who treated me (an otherwise very kind girl) charged me €25 for the fees, rounding those cents on the dataphone (... I regret not having checked it at the time to have been able to demand that the correct amount be charged). Logically, it is not a question of the money I paid (€0.42 is a low amount that I assume I will lose), but rather the lack of professionalism and lack of seriousness in rounding off a rate that is official. For this, it would be better for them to collect the €0.42 euros more expensive coupon, and thus things are clear from the beginning, they earn the same and everyone is as happy. But at least they don't look like sleazy scammers.

We have to take this into account. that they are not responsible for a company that is dedicated to providing that service, that by talking and being honest a solution can be reached... they didn't call or anything because all our data was kept by the company that gave them the laser service. Let's be a little more human and problems like these happen and people understand each other by talking. In any case, if you want to complain, you can do so, but to the company that made the laser in my case, since they are the ones who have our money, not the clinic.
