I went to do a wood therapy treatment. This girl worked her butt off, she didn't waste any time at all, one hour.... one hour. Friendly, and at her job, with professionalism. He puts glasses on your eyes that relaxes you and he is attentive all the time, he gives you a lot of advice....I was very surprised and for the better. Highly recommended.

I loved it, everyone I dealt with was super friendly. I had a wood therapy session with Mariana, very good, professional, she didn't leave me a single bruise and I knew how to use all the techniques and use all the woods that other places use 2 or 3, I knew where not to touch to avoid sagging or varicose veins, like Apart from removing cellulite and removing sagging, it gives shape. Very happy. I had been trying thousands of sites with Groupon and each one was worse than the other. I hope they always have Mariana with them, which is why I return and of course Samuel is super empathetic and knows how to make you feel good. Happy with everyone. This place has a very special and positive energy from the moment you open the door. The body therapies are the most effective I have tried. The human team is wonderful and you breathe peace, love and tranquility. Soul therapy is like magic, you come out floating. And kinesiology and reflexology… I had never tried them like this. If you want to surprise yourself and bring out the best in you. There is nothing I try here that I don't find recommended. Magic exists.

Alma is completely different from what I knew. I have tried ZenPower classes and wood therapy sessions. The space that Marta has created is very cozy, when you finish you have a super cool feeling, with a lot of inner peace (and the occasional soreness of course hahahaha). A different concept of self-care, exercise and physical and mental balance that is worth trying and experiencing. Congratulations Martha!!

I have tried a Vinyasa yoga class at this studio and I was fascinated. The studio is very clean, very nice, and it is also new. The instructor Cecile of 10. I recommend you visit this place.
