This property charged me for my room in September then illegaly charged me again the same amount 3 months later! They have not responded to emails and gave horrible service over the phone I would never recommend this place again

Well if you want somewhere cheap and very basic in the heart of Madrid then this is for you. No lift and on the third floor. €48 per night. Free wifi and air con. Friendly staff. Very cramped for three people but clean and tidy. A few beers 🍺 and everything will be forgotten. Full size mirror at the bottom of the bed!!!!!

Cons: A) Mould throughout the shower room B) Huge mould stains on the ceiling and walls C) Shower fittings almost detached and moving D) Water temperature either extremely hot or very cold E) Dusty everywhere F) Wardrobe was cracked and wobbly G) 3rd floor with long stairs and no lift H) Smoke odour throughout Having a shower was a pain Sleeping without allergy attacks - impossible Pros: Cheap Good location

Have stayed here twice, one of my negatives from the first time has been addressed and the street entrance is now a lot brighter and more cheery. The hostel is on the third floor and no elevator but this is made clear when booking. I arrived early with my son, we were shown to our room and although was too early to check in, we were given keys and leaving luggage was no problem. This time I had booked a windowless room, it was small, as was the shower room but had what we needed and most importantly clean and comfy. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and near everything you could want.

Third floor without elevator. Good for budget. Good location and clean, room nothing special but fair enough . Bed too soft and floor very cold so dont forget slippers😀. Only one towel for shower, nit hand tower and rug for the shower, the water went into the room.

Friendly staff good quality service lovely room with all your requirements. The only draw back six flights of stairs up to 3rd floor, no lift 😩 room clean receptionist has good English although had fun trying to explain where Ireland is !!! He wasn’t the only one we met that didn’t know lol 😂

Ok for price in center of Madrid. Poor Internet. Not for long stays.

Illegal write-off of money from the card I was not in madrid for a two years and i was not in this hostel. But this hostel or any another fraudster have wrote-off money from my debt card! (542 euro!). Of course it could be mistake, but the hostel dont talking with me by form (email), by phone. I could talk by phone onle one time and heard answering in spain after that nobody answer, I dont know what to do. I do not recommend contact with the hostel at any slightest financial problem, this hostel will try to trick you. My name os Artem card ****0281
