The food was good, the ambience was decent.

The food is not bad at all, flavoursome and plentiful. Typical Indian food dishes, the classic flavours and spices. Service does not cope well with a busy restaurant, and is overwhelmed easily... Expect to wait. However, on the flip side, the service is polite and friendly even when promising more than can be delivered.

I have ordered food from Indian Flavour 3 or 4 times having tried a large number of Indian restaurants in Madrid. They win for their chicken biryani - the chicken has always been cooked perfectly and is the right kind of tender. The raita is also tasty, and samosas too (though perhaps a bit on the salty side but I have noticed that with all restaurants). I have always ordered takeaway and they have consistently been friendly, and quick. And its not overpriced like some places either. I recommend it!

The people attending to us were nice and helpful. The quality of the food was great and super tasty!! I would recommend the mango lassi, and anything that's on the chef's choice in the menu. Good news for you none spicy eaters, most of the dishes served are mildly to none spice.. If you do love the spice, you may ask for some spicy sauce which they will provide for you happily.

We had a very good experience of dining in … personal touch given to every aspect . Very gelpful staff who went above and beyond to help us.

No waiter but no issue, we ordered red wine but they bought white. I insisted it was white and even when he poured the wine the guy told me it was red!! Finally we got red. Food was nice but over priced. No music or atmosphere.

The food was too bad, we ordered paneer Tikka masala and chicken Tikka masala, first of all it was like butter chicken/paneer. Just cream salt and sugar with plenty of color and no taste. And both the curried were exactly same with just paneer and chicken chunks added an no difference in taste at all. Totally disappointed with the food. It's not indian for sure and not taste. The gulab jamuns came half broken and tasted horrible..We ended up cooking after this!!

DO NOT order via delivery apps. Indian Flavour are in charge of the delivery - so no order tracking via glovo. I have waited more than 2 hours for my food to be delivered and it still has NOT BEEN delivered, even though the delivery app suggested a delivery time of 30 mins. Yes, more than 2 hours and no delivery!! No APOLOGY or rationale for delay was given when I called them to ask them on status of order! Instead they lied and said food will be delivered in less than 10 minutes, when in reality it is 1 hour since my phone call and still no delivery. TRULY AWEFUL SERVICE!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

As a person who loves Indian food, this is the best Indian restaurant in Madrid!! I have tried a few different dishes and each one is unique in its flavour and style! (especially the Balti and Bhuna) Delicious!!! Also great when delivered! Will definitely be back..

This restaurant is hands down a hidden gem! It's literally a little bit hidden off the main road. We were treated wonderfully here even though we arrived very close to closing time. Every dish we ordered was distinct and full of flavour. The spicy dishes were actually spicy! We were pleasantly surprised by this and quite pleased. We recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for Indian food. Atmosphere. Clean. New. Well priced. Great service!
