My room was clean and tidy. The area was very quiet so I was able to sleep well. The staff were very nice and helpful with any questions. The metro is 5 minutes away if you walk. There is nothing to criticize. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We were first not sure because of the distance to the city but it was very uncomplicated and quick to go to the city by bus or metro. We were happy to be on a quiet place where we can relax after all the impressions. We had the best time in this hotel! The hotel was perfectly clean and smelled really fresh. The decor was simple and stylish. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We liked everything about the hotel. And the free snacks (cola, sandwiches, sweets, coffee,…) were amazing. Something we never had before. We can highly reccomend this hotel.

I have been twice at this hotel. First time for one week, second time almost four. The place is great, with small food and drinks available at any time, good connectivity, a gym and nice rooms. People working here are very professional and kind. A very good place to stay.

Great hotel with spacious rooms. One of the best Hotels I have been to. The staff is very accommodating and they do have a nice area where you can eat some complementary snacks and enjoy free drinks as well. Would definitely book this chain again. There is a bus stop in front of the Hotel and the Metro is about 5-10 minutes away (the surrounding area is not really a touristic area but has nice restaurants nearby and also a small super market).

Every time that we visit Madrid this is the first hotel which comes to my mind. Really cannot complain about anything. The staff were super nice, the environment is very clean, and the prices are very reasonable for the services it offers.

This hotel was rated a 4 star and it deserves the rating. The level of service and feeling of welcome was unprarralled We stayed in a premium double room which was quite spacious and had quiet and comfortable AC to escape the scorching 38c heat. The hotel offers breakfast for a reasonable price and is well worth it with amazing service and a wide selection from freshly cooked eggs and pancakes, to ripe fruit. All of which is freshly replenished. Special mention to the lovely ladies at breakfast who did everything with great efficiency and with a welcoming smile. The hotel also offers refreshments near reception which include hot drinks, pastries, wines, beers, bottled fizz and in the evening, light snacks like sandwiches and desserts, all included in the price of the room! A lovely touch. The beds were a little firm for my liking and standard pillows were a little big for me, although, they offer a pillow menu that would suit everyone's needs. The hotel's location is a 15 min Uber ride to central and has public transport links, although the surrounding area of the hotel is mostly residential and limited in terms of things to do. Overall I would highly recommend a stay at the Artiem. Eco friendly, sustainably run and very well managed.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff is helpful and very professional. Free food, water, soft drinks, snacks and wine is a big hit at the hotel. Open 24/7 dining area is great for a late hangout. A bit far from the center, but metro is nearby.

Exceptional Stay We have just returned from a 4 night stay in Artiem Hotel. This hotel is incredible, 5 star service in every aspect. The hotel and all the staff were amazing, we loved everything about it. The gym, the breakfast and all the staff could not do enough for us they made the stay so seamless. A special mention to Bea, we dealt with her the most and she was the one who checked us in on our late night arrival. We also met Daisy, Laura and Ana and they were all lovely as well. Between organising the shuttle on the weekend for us and when we asked for the iron for our room, nothing was a problem. The hotel itself was spotless and the rooms immaculate, our room was so spacious and had robes inside. We also had a fridge with fresh water inside and huge fluffy towels. The breakfast staff were amazing and the food was gorgeous. There is an omelette station where you can have fresh omelettes cooked and a wide selection of food. There is totally something for everyone. We felt very safe staying here. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the metro station through a quiet residential area, there is also a free shuttle the hotel arrange on weekends which is amazing. An Uber to the city only cost us €9 to come back in the evenings if you didn’t want to get the metro. There is also a 24 hour area which has tea, coffee , hot chocolate, soft drinks, alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks. It also has snacks and food 24/7 which is all included when you stay here. It was lovely coming back in the evenings or throughout the day and being able to have a drink and just chill out in a lovely space. We are going back to Madrid later in the year and there is nowhere else we would stay.

I was recently staying at this hotel. Liked the hotel very much. Breakfast is tasty. You can make yourself decent coffee even at night. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was recommended some places to eat and it was great experience. Not to far away from all main attractions. Thank you for an amazing comfortable stay.

the staff at the reception are very kind and attentive, as are the housekeeping staff. The free snack corner at any time is a real plus, especially preserve it. The breakfast is very good, with quite a few choices (sweet and savory), it was also nice that someone could prepare certain dishes to order. The room was spacious, clean, with a decent bathroom. The hotel is located 500 m from a metro station and has free parking, although narrow but very appreciable in a large city. An unbeatable value for money !!

Amazing. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic initiatives, like donating the income of a hotel room to aid children in need. Kind and helpful staff. The free snacks and drinks counter is brilliant. I will always recommend this hotel.

Despite the fact, all other positive reviews, I’m sure you will have a better stay experience. Coming to the flip side of the location, it’s really not matter. Madrid is type of a well-connected city with metro and buses stations. Just next to the hotel door, a bus station takes you anywhere else. The price is really attractive < €100.00 Highly recommended

Excellent hotel that is well maintained. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. There are plant based milks at breakfast and delicious fruits. The location is very quiet and there’s a subway station nearby.

We couldn't have been more pleased, the hotel is truly excellent, great facilities with an all-day well stocked and high quality snack station. The stuff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

An excellent accommodation, highly recommended for business or leisure trips. Very friendly staff, very well equipped rooms and all the small details adds up and makes a difference! I would happily have it as a 1st pick when I will revisit Madrid.

Best experience in Madrid. It's a very quiet area. Warm staff, great service. Snacks bar 24 hours all included for clients (wine, beer, softdrinks, juices, artisan yogurt.... etc). Also has a gym, which made me happy. I highly recommend this hotel, for sure I'll come back.

Artiem in Madrid is a unique hotel with spacious rooms, lavish breakfast and a free snack and drink bar open 24 hours a day. We stayed for 2 nights as a family in the top floor room with balcony and it was an amazing experience. From the moment you step in, the reception was warm and welcoming. Our room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The whole property is spotlessly clean. There was a gym as well. The breakfast in morning was sumptuous to say the least and of high quality. The highlight was definitely the snack and drink counter. I have never come across such a concept in any hotel stayed before. Kudos to the management. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended

An excellent hotel. Clean, modern, and kind staff. Food fantastic. Wonderful value for the price paid. I was initially hesitant to book because of the location away from the city center, but the bus to train connection is seamless. Bus stop right in front of the hotel door that takes you to Ventas station, which is a short Uber ride away for those late evenings or when you'd just rather not make the bus connection. The complimentary food and drinks are an excellent offer. Small sandwiches, salads, fruit, yogurt - perfect for a small meal or heavy snack. Breakfast selection and quality were great as well. I would stay here again and again for my future visits to Madrid. I'd appreciate having this hotel concept in the US. Thanks for a great stay. While all staff were kind, friendly, and happy to help, I must give a special shoutout to Carlos and Simona for their support during my visit.

Just returned from a family vacation to Spain with our adult children. Stayed at the ARTIEM twice, at the start and end of our trip. Our vacation was a success and the ARTIEM, a boutique hotel with a “green” environmentally sustainable emphasis, was a major reason why. First and most importantly, the staff is tremendous. Very welcoming. Everyone we encountered at the reception desk during check-ins and check-outs was warm and helpful, as was the pleasant gentleman who manages the breakfast room. He brought breakfast pastries over to our family as we waited for our rooms to be ready (we arrived at the hotel between 9:30-10:30am Madrid time, significantly before check-in time.) The accommodating hotel staff got us into our rooms hours early. Second, the rooms were large, bright and spotless with modern furnishings and bathroom fixtures. We had two rooms, each with the equivalent of a queen size bed and a couch with a pull out sofa. The hallways and other public areas reflected the same kind of thoughtfulness and care. This is clearly a hotel staff that cares deeply about providing its guests with attractive spaces. Third, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, featuring an aesthetically pleasing and appetizing mix of various thinly sliced Spanish hams (jamon) and other meats, a large selection of fresh fruit, Spanish tortilla wedges, breads and pasties, dried cereals and fruits and an omelet station. The hotel also has a beverage station just outside the dining area where guests can get free beverages, including coffee, tea, juices, wine and beer. Fourth, the hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood though it was within walking distance of good restaurants. For us, the location worked well. We Ubered to the Prado and elsewhere. If you’re looking for a hotel in the middle of the action, however, as in downtown Madrid, you’d no doubt want a different hotel. But it probably wouldn’t be as quiet as the ARTIEM. Also, the hotel’s location makes for a quick trip to Madrid’s Barajas airport. It was less than 15 minutes to and from the airport. For all these reasons, I highly recommend the ARTIEM and would stay there again without hesitation.

Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! We stayed here one night in May before flying to Pamplona and heading to France to start our Camino De Santiago journey. We chose it because it was close to the airport and we are so happy we did. It was in a unique neighborhood that we would not have otherwise seen, the decor was refreshing and inviting, and the free snacks were great! We especially loved the olives!! We also loved our private deck and watching families play at the park below in the evening. We wished we had stayed here again on our way back home, it's a 10/10 for sure.
