Very Poor service, if you are calling for token then will ask you to come on particular time and then we have to take token from clinic, I didn't understand why they are giving timing. Cashless payment option is not available ( outdated clinic ). Consultation charge is 230. But they won't give even bills for that. Receptionist attitude is not good enough. Mandate scanning for consultation and other clinic scanning result was not acceptable.( May dr. Have trust only for in-house scanning, )

The worst clinic I have ever visited till date . The staff has no value for others time . The booking system is a joke . Even if you book for a particular slot , you will still end up waiting for hours . Seems like there is some criteria on whom should receive the treatment . And when asked for the reason for the delay , the response I got was radio silence. Very very very pathetic service . Even if this lab is the last planet on earth , I wouldn’t go there again

Don't know what to say, kick out the booking people, i called on clinic so many time but nobody is attending calls, always say line is busy. I even visited clinic, reception lady said u book on phone and also between 8 to 9 on saturday. What the hell management is doint

Worst customer service front line staff with deplorable attitude ......no response for enquiry .no proper planning and arrangments for patients ,staff and management Doesnt care about patient waiting for hours even if we prior book token I would never recommend this place

I hav been continuously contacting from 8 30 But the line is busy.. Once a time it was ringing but no one attended. The very next second the line id busy.. I think they are taking off the receiver so that they have no work of attending call.. If Ineed to get an appointment and should I waste my time from morning? Very bad service...

Worst experience. Neither the Dr nor the staff values time of patients. No receipt is given for consultation fee of Rs 400/-, for Endocrinologist. No alternate arrangement for power failure. Front office staff/receptionist is rude and non responsive. Even beggars are roaming inside the clinic. Very very poor management.

Dr.Prasanth may rethink whether he should continue in this worst clinic. He also spoils his name only because of the inhuman attitude oh the management and staff.Attending phone and regulating the waiting hours can improve them atleast in this covid19 spread days.

Hi First time I went to Delmon Scan Clinic Front there is car parking but we cannot park there you go somewhere else to park second thing there no online payment and card machine they took only cash third thing if you go with your daughter below 15 age to consult only patient allowed inside if mother want say about her disease? And they are not giving Doctor’s number who own the clinic Totally disappointed worst clinic

Very very worst and bad service I have ever seen in any clinic.i had booked for scanning and they had given me time 4:30 pm and I mentioned we have doctor appointment so please we need to be done on time but I wait till 6:30 .they didn't call us .after us many people came and they went home early.once I questioned the staff sitting in reception the reason she gave me doctor came late.there is no punctuality for doctor even .if cannot provide a good service then why should they ask us to book earlier if cannot treat on time. Very bad and useless clinic.i had given 1 star because without star cannot write a review. Unsatisfied and hurt leaving the clinic.this is the last time ...

Worst Clinic and very worst experience.. No word to express the customer service. Never experienced such a worst treatment in my life...No sitting arrangement for patients waiting for a long time. Also no proper washroom available. Kick off the doctor who suggested these polyclinic.
