Facilities are good, but the staff seems to be unprofessional a d not well trained. I didn't get my test results on time as promised, nor they pick up phone if you want to check if the results are ready.

I have tested RTPCR on this lab by 31/08/2021.. Result was positive. Same day tested from gimcare hospital because somoone was complaining about the result when I was there to give sample. I got negative report for the other test which I have done @gimcare hospital. I called leo lab technician and got a response that virus will change during hours which means that if we test the same day we will get positive as well as negative. I don't how foolish that guy is and we are not that same level to believe or defend his explanations. Don't ever use this lab for any reason..

telephonic conversation experience with the establishment representing staff is not satisfying ,very arrogant and rude .

Very bad experience. My test results came positive and I had to travel to Bangalore that very day. I took the test again and it showed negative. This can happen everywhere but it came to my notice it's much more often here through my friends and family. Please take care of this. Thank you. Stay safe.

The covid test result is not accurate.

The Leo lab is above average and the results are aquurat

Good setup and organized testing. I went it for a Covid test with my family and found the place safe and comfortable. Couldn't find a parking but the road was wide to park the car at a side. The staff were really good and helped me with the report over a phone call the following day which was really helpful

Nice lab with good facilities. Staff and service also is very nice.

Have had the worst experience here… few days back i took a test which resulted (+positive) and that made me suffer mentally soo baadd ..so just to confirm it i took another test from a hospital which resulted (-negative) … if i hadnt took another one i still would’ve been suffering .. wont suggest going there ever! I am even rating this just to write this feedback…

No Reliable Test Results as the same as POLY LAB

Service very bad.... reports are not sent on time..

Lots of departments crammed into a tiny space. There was not enough space to sit and wait even for very senior citizens. Service was excellent. Got all the results on time.

This is a good lab with very good staffs and they provide an accurate results with the help of an imported machines..

Timming for rtpcr/antigen starts only by 8:30 am. And The lab now opens at 8 am not 7 am.
