I asked the women several times prior to drying if she could clean the polish off my cuticles. I was getting a gel manicure so I wanted to let her know before it was dry because mistakes on gel polish are impossible to fix once they dry. Unfortunately, nothing was fixed. When I got to my car I noticed how bad my nails were. I went back inside and asked them to clean up my cuticles. The man looked at my nails and said "You're too picky, no one can help you here" he went on to ask me not to return. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. They factually f***** up, Refuse to acknowledge it, and then tried to make me feel like I was unreasonable. I'm going to attach this review to Google maps and facebook with photos of my actual nails if you're interested in seeing what they look like. If this is their standard then I don't even know how they're still in business . Also, going to go ahead and say it that if you're a white woman or white man you're probably going to have a drastically different experience than I did. There was a noticeable difference in the way that white customers were treated versus the way Black customers were treated. And when a black customer complains there just an angry black woman as opposed to having a legitimate concern. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This was my first visit and they did an excellent job. I got a pedicure and a manicure with gel polish and it looks great. It was in the evening, but they still took their time and paid attention to all the details. I will be back!! I go every month for a pedicure now!!

If I could give a 0 I would. First of all when I sat down the lady didn’t ask me what shape I wanted she didn’t prep my nails just send straight in with dip powder didn’t even shape them afterwards. I went with my niece and she wanted a design on hers I could tell the lady was struggling with just a few lines. When she mentioned that one of her nails was crooked the lady told her that was just the way her finger was shaped. The she cut her while filing and didn’t say a word about it. This was the most awful nail experience I’ve ever had and they definitely would’ve looked better if I just did them myself. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I went there to get my first ever pedicure and they cut my foot where I was bleeding but it was my first time so I thought it would hurt .They put my foot in the hot wax after they cut it !The paint job on my pinky toe was also messy .It was a very clean place though!

Wife not friendly at all. I stop going a year ago but decided to give them another try nothing has changed. Her husband is the best and he’s very friendly and professional. I recommend him for the best results.

I had a really good experience here. Me and my 4 yr old daughter went to get our nails done (me a pedi she just got polish) they were very welcoming and accommodating. The little lady helped my daughter in and out of her chair (they had her up in the pedicure chair beside me) she helped her put her shoes and socks on and walked her to the bathroom. They were just very kind and she did good work on my feet! It's the hospitality for me though ☺️ I'll definitely be returning

1. Poor Workmanship. Not consistent. Basic Polish is messy and not precise. 2. Poor Customer Service. It is Their way OR something is wrong with you. And they have no problem blaming you for why your hands or feet look bad. Please don't waste your time and energy.
