Chef Paola and her assistant chef orchestrated a wonderful evening with a symphony of flavors! Her cooking style is authentic Italian, and she was professional and also personable. She took the time to explain the ingredients in each dish — and for some dishes, like tiramisu, the history behind the name. :) We hired her for my father-in-law’s birthday as a surprise gift, and he was so delighted! I recommend Paola if you’d like a fun and personalized dining experience. Everything she prepared was delicious!

I had the pleasure of having Chef Paola cook a romantic dinner for 2 for my husband and I on our anniversary. The food was amazing, and she was flexible to come up with options I knew my husband would really like. We were stuffed and yet wanted to eat more because it was so delicious! And there was no cleanup and we didn’t have to worry about driving anywhere. It was an experience we’ll never forget!

Ordered a limoncello cheesecake right before thanksgiving and Paola was accommodating to make it happen. The cake was beautiful and tasted so great too! Definitely will order again!!

Chef Paola is very personable. She has a wonderful attitude and her food is absolutely fantastic. She came up with a menu that was the best I have ever tasted.
