2/3/18:
Not
a
"secure,
gated
community"
anymore.
Management
is
keeping
security
gates
open
all
day,
Mon-Fri
and
24
hours
on
weekends
so
they
can
try
to
sell
one
of
their
newly
placed
homes
for
3
times
what
it's
worth.
They
also
have
signs
out
front
inviting
everyone
to
come
on
in
to
the
community.
They
call
it
"open
house",
but
victims
of
undesirables
committing
crimes
and
roving
pitbulls
killing
our
pets
will
call
it
"open
season".
It
was
bad
enough
when
the
gate
would
be
open
for
months
because
they
would
not
fix
it,
but
now
they
are
intentionally
leaving
it
open.
2/1/18:
Not
safe
for
man
nor
beast.
At
least
2
more
pets
were
killed
today
by
stray
dogs.
This
has
been
a
continual
problem
since
cal
am
took
over.
They
refused
to
promptly
fix
the
fence,
and
to
put
it
around
the
entire
perimeter.
Thus,
wild
dogs
from
the
neighboring
project
run
into
our
community.
Today,
a
resident
saw
a
stray
pitbull
kill
a
residents
cat.
So
they
put
the
dead
cat
in
a
bag
and
dropped
it
off
on
the
managers
desk.
Bravo.
Residents
have
also
been
repeatedly
been
threatened
by
these
roving
packs
of
wild
dogs
and
have
resorted
to
carrying
clubs
to
defend
themselves.
This
neighborhood
is
not
safe
for
man
nor
beast.
New
manager
Monica
"get
tough"
Cervantes
turned
of
the
water
of
approx
25
residents
the
day
before
the
new
years
holiday
weekend,
and
without
prior
statutory
notice-as
required
by
FL
Statute
723.
More
on
that
next
time.
