2/3/18: Not a "secure, gated community" anymore. Management is keeping security gates open all day, Mon-Fri and 24 hours on weekends so they can try to sell one of their newly placed homes for 3 times what it's worth. They also have signs out front inviting everyone to come on in to the community. They call it "open house", but victims of undesirables committing crimes and roving pitbulls killing our pets will call it "open season". It was bad enough when the gate would be open for months because they would not fix it, but now they are intentionally leaving it open. 2/1/18: Not safe for man nor beast. At least 2 more pets were killed today by stray dogs. This has been a continual problem since cal am took over. They refused to promptly fix the fence, and to put it around the entire perimeter. Thus, wild dogs from the neighboring project run into our community. Today, a resident saw a stray pitbull kill a residents cat. So they put the dead cat in a bag and dropped it off on the managers desk. Bravo. Residents have also been repeatedly been threatened by these roving packs of wild dogs and have resorted to carrying clubs to defend themselves. This neighborhood is not safe for man nor beast. New manager Monica "get tough" Cervantes turned of the water of approx 25 residents the day before the new years holiday weekend, and without prior statutory notice-as required by FL Statute 723. More on that next time.

On Thursday December 28th 2017 the management of palm breezes office turned off the water to 22 residents and padlock their water, just before close of business that day. That meant that those residents had no water during that evening. The reason they said that they turned the water off was due to past due bills. It was found that some of the residents werw actually due money back from Cal am instead of owing Cal am.

Well maintained adult community the property is kept clean and well manicured but members of Management/leasing are rude and unprofessional thus the 2 star rating. We Had family over for the fourth had taken 2 of our neices to the pool, A member of there sales team was more concerned on selling a home, than keeping the residence who already live here. He made myself and my guest feel unwelcomed especially as he apologized for my family being there due to the holiday weekend, even though we were never out of line, loud or rude. Meanwhile residence of the community, blatently smoke marijuana in the bathroom and sauna and nobody says a thing. That was fun to explain to my 13 and 14 year old nieces.

Try talking to the staff in there management office. Good luck. They have no clue 😂 what they are doing or talking about. Terrible experience. We walked away. If that's how they treat a potential 😂 buyer, imagine once we moved in. NIGHTMARE... RUDE, RUDE, AND RUDE.. STAY FAR AWAY...

My client showed me his mobile home in this 55+ community. Very clean, gated and nice looking. Lots of nature. Good location.
