Absolutely loved Julio and the time he took to understand what my hair went through, the new look I desired, and the recommendations he gave me. My cut, color, and treatment with blow out, plus purchasing salon grade shampoo, came out to over $500. I am a new client. The price was not a problem for me as this process took hours. This is what I have a problem with: I had scheduled an appointment to return for toner treatment for 11-11 at 11am. I called today 11-9 to see if i can get the appointment rescheduled ( not cancel) because I had a death in the family with the service being on Saturday. When i originally called, it went to voicemail. I called back again in the afternoon, and because I was just over that 48 hour cancelation policy, I will be charged $40 :( I absolutely understand why the policy is in place. Given my circumstance, and the amount of money I had spent on my very first service with anticipation of being a return and long time client, I had hoped that maybe they would have given me some grace. 5+ stars to Julio, 2 stars for customer service and the way my situation was handled.

Sadly with policy changes my family of four will not be coming back to this salon. Between getting my eyebrows done and 300.00 hair services, my son and husbands 50.00 hair cuts every 2 weeks my family was spending a good amount of money at the salon. So here is the problem... My husband had an appointment with Carlos to get his hair cut the day we were leaving for Europe. Carlos unfortunately had to cancel the appointment so my husband was forced to get a cut in Europe. No big deal this happen and we understand that. My husband had already had future appointments set up. A few days after we returned home his appointment came up he tried to call and reschedule. It was a Sunday and they are closed on Sunday so he called on Monday. When he called the salon the manager answered the phone with a "Good Morning Pumpkin" ... As my husband explained the circumstances she said well in order for you to reschedule you will need to pay a 40.00 rescheduling fee. The hair cut is only 50.00 so that's just seems pretty absurd. When he told her that, she then responded well since it's a men's cut it will be 10.00. Here's the thing I understand they are trying to stop cancellations and rescheduling last minute. But when the situation was created by your own stylist you need to address how this took place. The manager Haleigh has no customer service skills and she sat silent and then read back the response of the policy again. Its sad to see how valuable customers are dispensable to this business. Salons are everywhere. It's just sad to leave the stylist who are doing a great job. But I'm sure another salon would absolutely love the dollars my family and I spend. We are givers to our community and love to share where ever we can! Wishing you luck as PSL continues to grow hoping you can continue holding on to customers who stay loyal! **Just to be clear this is out of the stylist hands and has everything to do with the management

In my 20+ years of getting my hair done at salons, I’ve never had such a luxe experience that made me feel so pampered and special from the moment I entered the door being greeted with a welcome gift and bottle of Perrier! Lauren was my stylist and she is such a joy to talk to while she works complete magic on your hair! I told her what I wanted and she nailed it like no one has ever been able to do! I can’t say enough amazing things about this place, so happy to have found a new home!

I absolutely love this Salon and specifically my hair stylist Kayla. From the way you are welcomed from the front desk, to their service and products I can say I have found my hair salon. Shout out to Kayla who is an amazing hair stylist. This is the first time I can say a hair stylist heard what I wanted but applied it in a better way that worked for my hair and budget. I absolutely love Kayla and Boulevard Hair Salon.

I’ve been going to BLVD since they open. The staff is always so welcoming. I’ve been going to Lauren W for the past 5 years and she always makes my hair look amazing, even when I change it up (which is often). The photos are of some of my favorites :) all by Lauren.

It has been so so long since I have been this happy with a salon experience. Today was my first visit and it is not my last. Kayla gave me a very thorough consultation and went over pricing with me before the service even began. Ever step was explained to me so I understood what she was doing and why. Her and Megan ( who gave a wonderful hot towel shampoo boy dry and curls) were extremely pleasant to talk to , gave a wonderful experience and Kayla delivered on everything she said she would. I needed a pick me up in the worst way and she absolutely gave it. Happy to have found this salon and stylist ! Highly recommend!

I'll start out positive. I like that they fit me in their schedule with limited time I had, but it was my fault for going with a category 1 hair stylist. My hair is long and I want to keep it long. So I can't have any mess-ups with damaging my hair beyond any fixes or other permeant alterations like permeant straightening. I've already been suffering with permanent hair style changes that didn't come out well as far as being able to fix things for the future. I wish the company could have said no to me and made sure I'd go with someone more experienced. My hair does look lighter which is what I wanted, however If I would have known my hair was like this in a pony tail, I wouldn't have tipped 20% and frankly would not have done partial highlights. It is hot in Bali and I'm starting to get gray hairs. This looks like I added gray hairs and I need to put in a pony tail due it being hot in Bali. I'm now self conscious when I put in a pony tail. When it's down it's beautiful. Either have a few more strong highlights or have it more bland, but not this. It was also my mistake for having this in the states and not being able to come back if something were to go wrong. I should have just researched more and found the THE best hair stylist in Bali and I would have paid the same amount for a grade 1 hair stylist here with the option of coming back to fix if something went wrong. Bali is just cheaper in general, but the education and product availability is low. That's why I went with a blonde salon in the states. I was also disappointed that even though she was 20 mins over time, she had zero time to straighten my hair as planned. I haven't been in the states in 4.5 years so I'm not familiar with standard hair prices but it was 100 dollars more than I have ever paid in my life for highlights with long hair. I was pretty uneasy when I found out the label for the charge was full highlights and it clearly wasn't that. When I called the salon to see if money back could be an option because I clearly had partial highlights but was charged full highlights and no I don't have enough time in the states to fix it, the manager somehow convinced me that it was actually a better deal because my hair is thick and long. I would love comments on this from the general public if you think that is fair. I would also like general comments if this highlight job in a pony tail is something typical or did something go wrong. Thanks for your feedback. IN LOVE with my haircut and color! 100% recommend Megan, she did a wonderful job and really took her time and cared about what I wanted. I haven't cut or colored my hair in about 2 years so being able to trust someone is not easy to come by. But Megan was phenomenal. She made me look so fresh and renewed! Thanks Megan!

I am super happy to have found this place! I was lucky to be a model for Lauren at BLVD Hair and truly enjoyed every moment. The entire salon is super nice and extremely friendly, the training they offer for learning to their staff shows they are always wanting to be better for the clients which is HUGE. The communication between my stylist was incredible, I never once felt out of the dark on what she was doing and what her best suggestion would be for my hair. I let her have full reign on what she wanted to do and she KILLED IT! My hair has never looked better. I will 100% be returning for my hair and I now recommend everyone to BLVD!

I went to see Deneese at the Boulevard Hair Boutique for a color and cut correction after a bad experience elsewhere. Deneese took the time to talk me through the best course of action to get my hair back to where it needed to be. She helped me feel comfortable to trust her completely; and I’m so glad I did! The salon is beautiful, welcoming, and friendly. The stylist are well trained and truly listen to the wants and needs of their clients. I highly suggest this salon for an amazing overall experience.

Literally am obsessed with the place! My whole family started coming here a few years ago and I decided to check it out. I didn’t really know what I wanted done, but Victoria had a vision and my hair looks the best it’s ever looked! She is so personable and made the whole process not feel so long, made me a coffee and really spent time connecting with me. She has great attention to detail and think I have truly found my forever hair dresser!! Everyone in the salon was super friendly and the chairs to get your hair washed in were literally the best. I can’t wait to go see Victoria in a couple months!

I absolutely love this place, and I cannot recommend it enough. I’ve been going since for a couple of years now, and I have gotten done a little bit of everything. Never once I have felt dissapointed by the results because they truly understand what your wants and needs. The one I always visit is Cheyenne, but every single one of the stylists there is just as talented and experienced. Also, the aesthetics, customer service, and attention to the client are just as incredible. I 10/10 recommended this place! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

I was looking for a new hair salon after moving to Port St. Lucie and I am so happy to have found Boulevard Hair Boutique! From the moment you walk in, the salon is such a warm and inviting environment! I cannot thank Victoria enough for creating the perfect hair for my wedding this past November! He truly cares about the client’s experience and will make you feel 100% understood by asking questions, clarifying, and explaining the entire process. He’s super easy going and fun to talk to - definitely makes the time you spend in his chair fly-by! He absolutely transformed my hair and I will forever go back to him :)

I took my daughter there for her first ever professional haircut with highlights etc. Victoria, was absolutely amazing!! My daughter had no clue what she actually wanted, just some pictures to go by. Well let me tell you, Victoria NAILED IT!! My girl was so excited and extremely happy when we left and the compliments she received on her hair were so uplifting. Victoria is our girl!! I can’t express how much I love this salon! My stylist Kayla is so incredibly talented and well worth every penny I spent on my hair. I leave with so much confidence every time. The other staff are so kind as well and I always feel so welcome and cozy when I am in this luxury salons, plus the coffee is definitely a bonus!
