Amazing Place To Live For 55 And Older! 70,000 square-foot Plaza Del Sol Town Center, the main hub of social activity. This village-like setting offers a ton of indoor and outdoor attractions. The iIndoor amenities include a library, a computer classroom with computers, card and game rooms, a hobby shop, a juice and smoothie bar, 99-seat movie theater and social hall for dances and banquets. Residents can also enjoy lunch and dinner - indoors or outdoors - with their friends and neighbors at the on-site Destinations Restaurant.

Pelican preserve is a great gated community. The amenities are very nice. We have visited many times and love this place. I hope the new management does not begin to cut corners.

Was a resident for 2 years. Glad to move to a beautiful new community out of state. Pelican Preserve has the nastiest people I have ever seen. They are argumentative, do not mind their business and is ready to fight at the drop of a hat. Dues monthly are over 800.00, and you still pay alot of money for amenities and concerts and restaurant that is overpriced. Raise fees over 10 percent each year with major water problems such as low pressure, dirty water etc. Ladies restrooms are disgusting. Toilets not flushed and this is on a daily basis. Used toilet paper on the floor and toilet. Anyone who thinks this is an upscale community need to think this again. This is a community that I would never recommend to my worst enemy.

Service was great and our drinks were excellent. The food was no better than average. I had the filet medallions. Asked for medium and it was well done. Tender but dry. They set the steak on top of bread with Gorgonzola cheese and all the juice ended up in the bread. My salad was awful. Mostly kale, endive and curly endive and it was wilted. Couldn’t eat it. My husband had the sirloin steak over polenta. He said it was just okay. I tasted it and it was very salty from the sauce. Kind of disappointing!

I want to say that the higher ups need to understand about service animals and what they are used for everyday. TO SAVE THEIR OWNERS LIFE. Why do you give your home owners a hard time? I hope they all sue your pants off. Maybe we need to get together with all our puppers and so you all how important they are needed. One day you might need one.

I went their last weekend, Fred was the most caring compasionate hard working intructor I have ever met. As the captain of my high school tennis team, coach Fred really helped us out. His skills are beyond the expertise I expected. 100% recomend him to others, his teaching skills reflect very highly of this center. Cant wait to get coached by him again!

I was visiting some family who live in Pelican Preserve, and they took me on a tour of the area, and we walked along the boardwalk into the preserve behind the Town Center and it was lovely! We saw at least 6 turtles, several birds, a lot of ferns, and even spied a deer at 3:00 in the afternoon less than 20 feet from the boardwalk. A very lovely area for an afternoon stroll. It is in a gated community, so access is restricted to residents and their guests. But if you're at the Town Center, I highly recommend exploring the paths behind it.

There are few community town centers like Pelican Preserves. Offering just about every amenity one could wish for. All the typical amenities, plus extras like and outdoor amphitheater, an arts and crafts studio, hobby shop, computer room, movie theater, billiards, pickle ball in addition to tennis, resort style pool, and much much more. As a Realtor, just about everyone we have introduced Pelican Preserve to, loves it. It is the 55+ community to aspire to.

This place has exercise rooms card rooms sewing room woodshop pools indoor and out exercise classes beautiful outdoor seating a theater outdoor Amphitheater and much more. Very well-appointed. Grounds are kept up very nicely. This is an impressive place.

Had dinner at restaurant at Town center. Prime rib and scallops on polenta. Just okay. Scallops overcooked. Prime Rib had a lot of gristle. Didn't seem to be quality grade of beef, or maybe not slow roasted enough. Vegetables very good and excellent bread basket. Front of house needs supervision. Lacks professionalism. More interested in interacting with each other than paying attention to customers. Backs often to dining room and looking into kitchen. I've been there in the afternoon when slow and bartender spent too much time.looking at phone instead of concentrating on the few customers. Servers don't seem sincerely interested in customer service. Great potential, needs a good manager Beautiful dining room and town center area is excellent.

The place could use a good power wash. Especially the pool and Flip Flops.
