    Much thanks to David Lerner at Schumacher Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram of Delray for the professionalism and customer service. I bought the Diamond Finish Ceramic Vehicle Appearance Protection on my Jeep and after receiving my vehicle I have to say I was really impressed with the detailing on the Jeep. David Lerner stayed connected with me via text; eventhough, he was off site, giving me a step by step of the progress being made. I highly recommend.

    Should have known I was buying a mediocre vehicle, from mediocre sales people, with mediocre finance department, and when my mediocre vehicle has problems I take it to their mediocre service advisors where I get to wait 3 hours for a mediocre tech who doesn’t even put my vehicle back together properly telling me my brand new vehicle with less than 1,000 miles on it needs new speakers and they are on nationwide back order and will have no clue when they will be back in stock. So I go to call the mediocre manager to express my unhappiness and he’s “not in the office and will call you back” doesn’t. Thank you Shoebox for making buying my first brand new vehicle a memorial one. I would advise anyone who wants some type of subpar service to avoid this place like the Covid WEEK 4 UPDSTE: still a pathetic excuse for “customer service” I know some of these 5 star reviews have to be fake. Still no update from any ring master at this circus tent

    Edit: I believe I somehow got lucky and had one (1) good experience at this dealer, which explains my initial review of five stars. After multiple attempts over the past two weeks to bring my car for service and having them cancel on me literally as I was already driving to the dealer, I’ve arrived at the conclusion that they do not have any consideration for their clients’ time. Every time I would call in the morning to ensure the correct personnel would be at the dealer and confirm that I would be driving there later in the day. I would also call while on my way only to be told that the tech “went home early”, both times. Find a certified independent shop and call it a day. You’ll experience better service/pricing without the unreliability and games. Edit 2: interesting how they respond to reviews with a cookie-cutter, copy-and-paste response. All about that public image to make believe they are on top of things. If they had read my review as claimed, they would know that 1) the visit never happened because they cancelled on me twice while already on my way to them, and 2) there’s no way I would waste any more of my time in considering a “next time.”

    Unresponsive, slow, bad technicians and worst customer service. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This review is specifically for the Service Department as I have not had dealings with the sales team. My husband and I brought our 2012 Jeep Patriot to Schumacher as we were experiencing jerking upon acceleration while idling. Cindy Billock was our Service Advisor and we dropped our car off in mid-July. We told Cindy upon dropping off that if the transmission needed replacing to please let us know because we wouldn't repair it at that point and just sell it for parts. Following diagnosis from the technicians, Cindy assured us that we only needed a transmission valve and 4 new engine mounts. We agreed to move forward with the repair after being assured that was all that was needed. We then waited, with very few updates because you can't ever get Cindy or anyone on the phone, until August 24th. Gary in the Parts Department was more helpful on providing updates and part ETAs than our own Service Advisor. We picked up the car on August 24th and paid $4,807 for the repairs. About 2 days later, the same issue began. We brought the car back in. We then waited another 3-4 weeks and were told that "CONSEQUENTIALLY" literally meaning, as a result of the repairs the technicians made, we will now need a new transmission and the car is not drivable. So we spent $4,807 to end up selling the car for parts on October 19th. Meanwhile, we were told Schumacher no longer provides loaner vehicles so we also paid about $2,000 out of pocket for a rental car from mid-July to early October. Cindy offered to give us back a measly $800 as a reimbursement for "labor" and we asked "what about the expensive parts we waited on for so long?" We were told "the parts are in the car!" Ha! The now undrivable car thanks to your service team. We were promised that check for $800 two weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've attached our invoice where it states the transmission is perfectly fine following the repair, a lie. It also shows the breakdown of what we paid. We would love for Schumacher to make it right but they've been very quiet, per usual. In conclusion, I would recommend taking your Jeep ANYWHERE else for servicing.

    What can I say great customer service no pressure at all sales person and dealer all 5 stars. Always attentive in any needs you may have . Bought a 2013 Range Rover hse sport at a rare price of $14.999 with only 63.000 miles no problems ride like it was new. Thank you .

    From Start to finish the process was seamless at Schumaker. I had the great experience of finding this dealer using capital one auto navigator. When I went to the dealer to see the car and test drive it. I met Artsiom Mushnitski who was such a pleasure to work with him and his team Rudy. As a team they were able to help meet my needs. It was so easy we went back the next day and completed the transaction. The car drives beautifully and we are having so much fun with it. We will definitely be back there for our next car buying experience. Thanks Art. :)

    Awful, simply awful. Came by there today afternoon to get my car's oil changed with coupon that they sent me. So one important looking guy at the Chrysler store tells me: you have to go to Ford or Lincoln dealership since you have Ford. But he never memtions that Schumacher has Lincoln store next door. So I go to Lincoln store with that Chrysler coupon and another genius there reads that coupon for about 10 minutes then says to me:" This coupon for Chrysler store." Really, jeez, thanks for telling me 'cause I can't read. So at this point I asked to speak with the manager and naturally all managers are not there ,all at "the meeting". I asked to speak with one of the managers at Chrysler store and none were available either. So finally this guy- service manager shows up at Lincoln store after about 30 min.and tells me favorably that he would do the oil change. There was only one other customer in the whole dealership at either Lincoln or Chrysler store and it took me about an hour to get somewhere. By that time I had to go to another appointment. So I left with nothing and wasting over an hour. Thanks Mr.Schumacher for welcoming me into the family but under this conditions I'd rather be orphant. So, folks, if you are just an 'average joe" go to small shop or Walmart, because "Schumacher people" are way too important and busy for you. Update: went there second time today and Lincoln store did the right thing.

    I purchased my car very this dealer in 2021 and have taken it back here for general service every time even though I live 40 minutes away now. Staff is always welcoming and professional. They get service done in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about service here and highly recommend this dealer. Ask for Ben Torres. He’ll makes sure your vehicle is in top shape before you leave.

    I just bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Schumacher in Delray. Having purchased many new cars in the past I have to say this was by far the best experience ever! I was ready to have a long drawn day but to my surprise it was relatively fast and most of all easy. Angelique Hernandez was fabulous to work with! She was helpful in every way, including getting the price to something I was comfortable with. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Jeep to track her down as your salesperson.

    While my sales person was very nice and accommodating, I had my car for less then 4 days and 139 miles before I noticed a leak in my windshield area. Brought it in for service on a Wednesday morning. The car was not repaired until later in the day of Friday. I got a call from the service advisor (also very nice) that my car was ready. I drove to the dealership at 3:00 PM and had to wait 1 1/2 hours until my car was ready. When the car came out it was filthy. When I asked to have it washed they said they could not accommodate me but I could bring it in the following week to get washed. Should have come out clean in the first place.

    Purchased my first Dodge from them and it was an excellent experience. Kaden Craven, who was my sales person, was exceptional. He knew everything about the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to walk me through everything. He helped from start to finish, as well as being there at delivery to walk me through the vehicle features again. Jon Park in Finance helped me choose an extended warranty and service package that fit my needs perfectly. I highly recommend Schumacher in Delray if you are looking for selection, service and value.

    Traded in a 2018 Grand Cherokee for a 2024 Grand Cherokee on 10/14/2023 Fully accommodating when trying to make a deal but after finding out that the vehicle was built with two different front seats that don’t match not so accommodating. Told it will take five days to receive a new seat to be replaced And it’s been over two weeks and still no new seat. Took over two weeks to get reimbursement check from equity in old grand Cherokee No took two weeks to get odometer statement to cancel extended warranty on old Jeep. They have plenty of inventory that they can pull a seat from And make a customer happy but claim it’s a safety issue if they swap seat. If you actually buy a vehicle from Schumacher, make sure you check the car over with a fine tooth comb before delivery or they will dismiss you but happy to take your money. Being told that the UAW strike is causing it to take longer to get the seat when they have more than 40 of them sitting on the lot. Buyer beware.

    I am so happy with my service. Cindy was amazing! This was my first time getting my car serviced. Usually, my husband has taken the car for service. I asked a lot of questions and Cindy patiently answered all my questions. I was frustrated when I found out they were not able to change the email address from my husband's email to mine. He has had a good experience in the past, but he knows so much about cars he did not need to utilize Cindy's knowledge. I would think in this day and age where women are more independent you would want the women to have the amazing experience that I had with Cindy, who make me feel comfortable with any question I asked. I will definitely come back.

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new. 2023 RAM 1500 truck in Shumacher Delray, the process was smooth and stress free thanks to Arthur Drum the salesperson and Adrian Migoyo in the finance department. They did a great job finding me a vehicle that suited my needs and also at the best price. I recommend the dealer. 100% satisfied.

    I don’t really do reviews but in this case, I need to. Jeremiah Gaetjens is the guy!!!! He made everything so smooth and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. I am highly satisfied with my 2018 jeep compass!! If you need a great salesman look for JEREMIAH GAETJENS and you won’t be disappointed!!!!

    This experience is coming from a Car hauler, i.e. The person who delivers the vehicles to the dealerships. Called in 3 days ago for a special vehicle. Greg was my salesman. GREAT SALESMAN. I didnt need to be sold because im in and out of these vehicles daily. He made me and my wife feel more important than what we are always making sure we were smiling and happy. Gave us the bits and ends we didnt know about said special vehicle. Talked numbers lightly. No in your face type of feel. Just smooth. Then off to Mr.Shirley. What a great person. If this dealer loses these folk they will be losing buisness. Overall they went across space and time to fulfill our want of said vehicle. Thats customer service/relations at its finest. Thanks to everyone here at Schumacher of delray for realizing our goal of said special vehicle. Aslong as im living in florida I will definitely always contact Greg and the team here.

I work with the same crew Mike and Gabby and Arnold Mike and Gabby were sales, Arnold was finance. I will definitely be returning.

    I've been part of the Schumacher family for many years on Okeechobee. My sales rep retired and I found a new outstanding gentleman named Goodsondy in the Delray branch. So far I've purchased 3 vehicles from him since 2021. No better experience buying a car. When they say you're part of the family they treat you that way.

    Alex fom service dept for Jeep was so kind and accommodating. Spoke to him on the phone today because I received an oil change promo in the mail and really needed one. Great timing. I’ve been looking for a trusted place since moving 2 months ago as I was close with my dealership in MD and am very picky. When I arrived to the express lane today Madison was quick & set clear expectations, with very friendly service. It’s so nice to have a place in FL with such kind people! Thank you again!     Manager Bill says "Good Morning" to all who were waiting prior to opening. Madison checked me in and within minutes, a Porter was over to check on my battery charge. All is good for now Bill said but I will schedule an appointment. I appreciate the best in class attention from the staff, excellent friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff.     Literally if I could give 1000 stars I would. There are no words to describe the service and care we received at Schumacher Jeep. Absolutely incredible staff; you can really tell the owners care about their employees, and that the employees care about their customers. EVERY single person we came in contact with was exceptionally professional, kind, patient, funny, humble and honest. David, DJ and Lazaro were all phenomenal. We drove all the way from Miami and will continue to do so for many years to come all thanks to the OUTSTANDING service we received. It puts all other car dealerships to shame. FANTASTIC JOB you guys. Thank you again for your WONDERFUL SERVICE AND CARE!! We were already making calls recommending the dealership to others before even leaving the lot from how in love we were with our purchase and the dealership as a whole.     Excellent experience at Schumacher Dodge buying my 22 Challenger. After searching for a R/T with a 6 spd manual and certain options that I wanted, I decided to order one as my search yielded zero results. I stopped at Schumacher Dodge and met with a salesman named Jeremiah Gaetjens. Extremely nice and knowledgeable and placed my order exactly as I wanted. A couple of days later I wanted to change the color of the car. Drove back to the dealership and met with the GM Michael Doyle. He changed my color choice and all was fine. After the Brampton, Ontario plant closed for 3 weeks before Christmas and then the Canadian truckers staged a blocking of the road out of Ontario, Michael informed me my car had been shipped! I was always kept up to date with the progress of my build by Jeremiah and he immediately texted me the updates. When my car arrived, it was immediately placed in the showroom until I went to pick it up. Love my new Challenger and entire purchase process at Schumacher. This was the best car purchase that I have ever experienced and I highly recommend Schumacher, Jeremiah and Michael Doyle. During these stressful times this Dealership is absolutely wonderful.
