    We have never been so disappointed with dealership service than we have with Gettel Dodge! Our truck was attempted to be returned to us as if someone went mudding in it. We had just had it professionally detailed before taking it in. Service manager didn't seem too concerned just very non-chalant said "yeah, it shouldn't look like that." Seriously! Then Looking at our bill after we picked it up there's a $25 charge for "Detail Shop Supplies", so you charged us for cleaning what you messed up! Wouldn't give us the name of the employee who drove our truck, what standards you hold your employees too? Apparently the same as the management...not very high! Never again!!

    Buyer beware! They sold us a vehicle that had been either damaged or wrecked with out disclosing it when asked! They will lie to you to do a deal. In my opinion this is one of the worst dealers in the area. They weren’t even trying to make it right or do anything. Luckily after calling corporate one of the area manager was able to unwind the deal but they didn’t even offer to trade trucks out for a different one. Worst experience ever. Don’t come here if you want to be played. They also added some accessories that weren’t even on the truck! Said we had bumper to bumper warranty but didn’t.

    Went in with attitude of if I get a great deal I will buy. Test drove a used car that caught my attention. I used to work in a dealership. Told them give me your best offer right away otherwise I walk. In ten minutes we came to an agreement. Then told them get me through financing in 30 minutes or less and we have a deal, otherwise I walk. I have a new car. Come in with your ducks in a row and it can be quick and painless.

    I have been searching everywhere for the perfect truck, I highly recommend Them! My sales rep, Michael Horn, has definitely topped every sales rep I have dealt with at other dealerships. He was honest, outgoing and did everything he could to get me into the truck I wanted and succeeded. The entire staff there was very nice and outgoing, they do business well and make it quick and easy. I can honestly say, I do not think I would go else where. 10 out 10! The finance manager I worked with, Bryan Rouche , was also very honest and did everything in his power to make this deal happen. He also was very outgoing and knows how to get the job done. If your shopping for a new vehicle check out Gettel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Punta Gorda, FL ask for Michael as a Sales Rep and Bryan as the Finance Manager!

    Stay away from this dealership. The parts department doesn’t want to honor Chrysler FCA parts warranty if you bought your parts from another dealership. Would not exchange a brand new defective thermostat in the original packaging without “making an appointment with the service department to verify the defective thermostat”. You know if they sold it to me there would be zero problem exchanging it and no questions asked but nope they are going to break my chops. That’s fine that’s what google, Yelp and every other review site is for. Hope it was worth it Gettel Dodge.

    Vehicle purchased has computer issues. Vehicle computer restarted in an intersection and turned the engine off. I was able to coast through with momentum. Service department did what they could and I was told the computer restarting likely erased the error log. Every time I asked to speak with the General Manager, I was told he was at “another location.” Gettel has been unreliable and like they are trying to avoid any accountability. I do not feel safe in the vehicle Gettel sold me.

    I did not have a positive trip for warranty service. The service writer would not address the factory warranty issues on a new 2020. Charged me for a warranty issue and did not address the other. I have had to reach out to Chrysler Customer Care for a case to address my warranty issues.

    My sales man was Jim Freeman. Jim was very knowledgeable and kind. He did a fantastic job of finding the car I wanted and getting me in it at the price I wanted. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I will be referring friends and family. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Gettel. I love my new 2022 Jeep Compass! Thanks Jim for everything!

    Bad. One manager was not nice! The sales guy was very nice.but manager wasn't. He was like, this is the price and that's it, if you see it elsewhere go and get it. Am not changing price.

    Lian was amazing and straight to the point. We came for one vehicle, left with two. Dimaz, supervisor, was also amazing. I highly recommend both this dealership as well as the sales consultant and manager specifically. We came and told them what we wanted, there was no hassle, no hesitation, and amazing service. Thank you for going over and beyond.

    I purchased a used car here. Within a few weeks it had engine troubles. They were completely unresponsive when it came to getting the problem resolved, all they cared about was making the sale!

    Gettel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram provided us with incorrect information that directly impacted our decision to buy. Our purchase price ending up being $3102.00 higher than their own online listing price. So essentially we paid more than market value for a truck that doesn't have what originally required. They betrayed our trust by using our affordability, our high credit score and the fact we were in a hurry against us. Please do your research before you decide to work with Gettel Dodge Jeep Ram in Punta Gorda, FL. *ps. After contacting 6 managers, they have ignored all our requests for help in this matter.

    They don’t have much inventory and they add a bunch of unnecessary dealer options on vehicles. Get a price from them and then go elsewhere. I did buy my last new Jeep from them. However, when it came time for a new vehicle carvanna and another dealership offered me $8,000 more on the trade.

    Worst car purchase and repair service of my life. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler on June 5. After getting the vehicle home less then an half hour later, the check engine light was on, the driver door when opened continued to ding and fobs worked intermittently. The following morning June 6, I took the Jeep back to Gettel and they informed me it was my problem. It was up to me to fix the problem. I asked if they would just give me a cash refund but that wasn't an option. They did turn off the check engine light which is now on again. They told me repairs would cost $1127.26. It was a part in the steering column that made the car think the key was still in the ignition over half of the time. They gave me a rental car on June 6 and on June 9 wanted it back unless I paid the daily charge. The repairs were promised by June 12 but no part was received. It was then promised on June 14 but no part. It was then promised on June 19 and the part did come UPS at noon. I was then told the mechanic was busy and did not have time for the 3 hour repair so I would get it the following day. The service manager did intervene and the car was repaired that day. If I buy a car from an individual I expect these type of problems and that is why I take the car to a mechanic to inspect. I believed Gettel inspected their vehicles to find these issues. I believed that Gettel should have also stood behind a vehicle that they had just sold to me minutes earlier. I will never use Gettel again. There are other dealerships that understand the word "service."

    I was looking to trade my older Charger in for a new one but the other dealers around town were marking the prices up since it is the last year of the Dodge Charger. Mike Horn was very honest with me and gave me the car sticker price. Love my new Charger and thank you Gettel for the great experience.

    1. When I pick up the vehicle the interior wasn't as clean as it should have been for a new vehicle, the dash had numerous hand and palm prints all over 2. Vehicle had 1/2 tank of gas-they told me to come back and they would put gas in-I work and have a difficult time getting back 3. No one showed us how the vehicle operates-again come back and we will show you 4. All the tires had 50lbs of air in them-this should have been taken care of before they delivered the vehicle to us-manufactured recommends 32lbs 5. After we signed it appeared their was a rush, rush, rush to get us out of there-it still took over 3 hours before we left with the vehicle and they want us to come back! 6. The manager did go out of his way to give us the best price he could-That does make up for a lot of problems

    I love Gettel Hyundai and Lincoln. However, the Dodge dealership manager is very rude to his staff and customers. Also tried to get me to illegally sign my mother's name for a jeep. I never wanted a dodge or jeep but he acted like there were no other options. Consumer beware.

    Go talk to Michael Horn he will help you out and NOT be one of those pushy sales people. He treats you like family and does his best to get you the best deal. Bought 2 cars from him in the past month and I can honestly say I’m super impressed with him and his dedication to customer satisfaction!! BEST PERSON IVE EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM AND IVE BOUGHT WAY TO MANY!

    I can't say enough about the Sales Rep -Michael Horn and how he helped get me back into a new Jeep after my other one got totalled at only 2 1/2 years old( not my fault >😭). He got me into another Jeep Gladiator and was able to get my payments lower than my previous Jeep which fit right into my monthly budget allowance! He was SO helpful, knowledgeable, understanding of the circumstances for which I was there, he was kind and very friendly. A real pleasure! Thank you, Michael and staff! I love my High Velocity yellow Jeep Gladiator! Awesome dealership and staff!

    This dealership and everyone in it was amazing. Went home in a new 2023 dodge charger same day, thanks to James Freeman. He got me an incredible deal, made the transaction smooth and fast, as well as completely stress free. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

    Noah was great to work with. Worked with me to make the purchase happen and came in on his day off to wrap everything up. Even offered to deliver my vehicle. Everyone loves cars but usually not the buying experience, Noah made it painless and was extremely professional. Jimmy G was efficient and cordial. I feel like I can call those guys anytime and get my questions or issues resolved. Great dealership

    GREAT PLACE! Michael & Josh in sales are awesome. Got me in what I wanted. Made the experience super easy and fun. Gary & Jimmy in finance got my payment where I needed it, explained everything thoroughly and we’re both a pleasure to work with.     Went into the Gettel dealership on Black Friday and left with a 2021 Jeep Cherokee. Went there with no expectations and the deal I received from the salesman was better and then some from what was advertised in an email i got! Have never gotten all that I asked for at a car dealership! It truly was a great buying experience! I recommend this dealership 100%! Looking to buy a new car go see Gettel CDJR in Punta Gorda FL

    Our salesman Eric B. answered all the questions we had regarding Dodge Rams, went on the test drive and we knew we wanted this truck. Eric had amazing customer service skills and wasn't pushy at all. We are local and have been looking for a place to buy all out vehicles and I think we have found it. Gary B. the sales manager was super friendly & made us feel welcomed from the time we arrived until the time we let (which wasn't a long process) Very professional and the customer service we great, we will be back for our next car.

    Extremely pleased with our sales man Bill Fitzgerald he was extremely friendly, patient and understanding. I am a picky shopper and wanted a specific color, mileage, features, good gas mileage and he had no problem showing me and letting me test drive whatever he could to accommodate to what I wanted. He did it he got me the car I felt comfortable and safe in and most of all the color and all the trims I loved. I am glad to have bumped into him in my car shopping experience he didn’t pressure me or made me feel bad for being so picky. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car especially if you are looking for a transparent sales man who is willing to listen and tell you the truth not push you a car to buy to get a sale! 😁

    UPDATE#2: Happy customer @Chance Holder. UPDATE#1: Service has come to the table and is hitting the mark well, now. @Chance Holder. I understand the prior service advisor (reason for initial low rating) has left Gettel. Great experience now. In for minor warranty work. My car went in very clean and came out the same but repaired- well done to service advisor Chance Holder. Initial comment… opportunities to regain my trust. 3times for window tint. I get that area is not really part of ‘service’ and unfortunately this becomes evident to your buyers once they have to enter the process.

    This is one of the best, if not the best experiences I have ever had at a Service Department. As soon as I arrived, service was there to great me. Jake was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The service manager even checked to make sure I was satisfied and being taken care of. The job was done in a timely fashion and they even gave the Jeep a wash before returning it to me. The service waiting area is spacious and accommodating. This is my new place to get my car serviced. 5 stars all around!

    My father and grandfather bought 2022 ram 1500 from Gettel and they love there trucks and they had Brandon assist them…I also was in the market to get a new vehicle so me and my little daughter went to Gettel and I went to see Brandon everyone in the showroom made for a great experience. Brandon was very helpful and personable. Brandon made me and my family at home and made us feel as part of the Gettel family!!!

    Excellent service. When the deal I wanted was not coming together, Joshua Maine and finance officer David found another way with me to make it happen. They stood up to the finance CU about my higher credit score and this sealed the deal.

    I dealt with Lian at Gettel Dodge in Punta Gorda. Lian was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable with the ordering process. He treated me very well and guided me through the process. Lian is an honest and trustworthy individual. He did everything in his power to make the deal right and stood behind all that we discussed-even on items that were almost 6 months down the road. I love my truck and everything that Lian recommended for my order was perfect. I generally don’t like the process of buying a new vehicle, but Lian made it easy.     The salesman was great. As for the finance department I would give them a ZERO. The initial purchase went very well David. But what earns them a ZERO is their lack of concern when I tried to cancel the third party warranties that were purchased 2 days after the vehicle sale. Multiple calls to the Finance Department went unreturned. I’m still waiting. The problem was solved to my satisfaction. It just took more time than I thought.

    Got me in a timely manner. Kept me up to date. Had me contact my insurance after finding an issue that is covered by insurance. Again keeping me informed of the progress and needs. I wouldn't take my jeep anywhere else. Thanks again Gettel and especially Charles my service rep for going above and beyond working for me with the insurance adjuster!

    The work done on my jeep was great, but the fact that I had to pay for a rental for a factory recall is absolutely ridiculous. I've talked with other dealers and other jeep owners that have had the same exact recall performed. Not one of them had to cough up money for a rental car. Jeep headquarters will be getting a nice letter from me regarding what has happened from this.

    First time buyer through a big name dealership, and I am so glad I went to the Gettel CDJR in Punta Gorda. LJ is truly exceptional. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us a few different options. He explained the differences in the models from upgrades, to a break down of possible monthly increases on the truck note. He was also very helpful at explaining the different steps of purchasing/financing a new vehicle. After it was all said and done we got exactly what we asked for and we are so incredibly happy. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, take the trip to Gettel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Punta Gorda and ask for LJ. You will be glad you did.

    I had an issue with the paint on my Jeep. I went to Gettel to see if there was anything they could do to address the problem. Once I spoke with the service department. I was schedule for the repair. John Merrill handled everthing. I have visited this dealer mutiple times for various issues over last 20 years and always had a positive experience.

She genuinely cares about her customers and most importantly she will tell you the truth and help with finding all your needs. She made my first time buying a car simple and painless.     The sales staff were nice enough but it became clear that they weren’t interested in what I there for. Only if I wanted to purchase something MORE, perhaps take a LOAN. What’s more, after I walk out and said I wasn’t interested I continue to be contacted even though I’ve made it clear I have ZERO interest.
