The parasailing was great, the crew not so much. The captain spent the ride on his phone and the first mate snapped at us a few times. Too much competition on the beach to put up with an attitude for what you pay. Beautiful day to parasail along the beach. Was saw some sharks, dolphins, and a manta ray while up in the sky. Do at least the 900 foot ride you won't be disappointed.

We went parasailing on 8/5/23. The booking was very easy to complete online. The meeting point and registration was a breeze. The actual parasailing was amazing. The captain and first mate were very good at describing instructions and providing a very memorable flight. Will definitely use them again when in the area.

Had a great time, Lieutenant Dan was funny on the way out and back from the main boat. The Capt and his first mate (Amanda) on the Para Sailing boat we’re friendly and made you laugh and feel comfortable. Very professional and worth the money. We flew 5 people and everyone had a great experience. I’ll be back to do it again. Thank you guys.

Horrible experience. We booked online for a 10:00 am slot. We arrived at 9:30 am per instructions. It is now 11:00am and no one has shown up to pick is up. The representative on site keeps saying they are on their way. Book with another company if you actually want to go. This company is horrible. Response to the owner's Answer - I never said you didn't pick us up on time. I said it was an hour and a half late. You said you were a call away with issues. I called every 15 minutes to ask why our appt time was not being honored and we were being delayed. Each time we were told you were on your way. As to the weather - It was not bad weather, we were told you had issues with your shuttle boat even though we saw it going in and out from the main pickup site. Every thing you responded to was incorrect. As to why this is not a business I suggest you do business with.

Parasailing was alot of fun. Our boat driver, Chase, I think, was so energetic and fun. We got over 100 photos with our ride. I was super comfortable in my harness, but my boyfriend's was loose and he was leaning way back the entire time.....that is our only complaint. Also, we were not expecting to have to walk all the way out to the boat in the water. It was chest deep at times. Would have been nice to know to prepare for that and have a life jacket for the walk out there.

We were so excited to parasail. We have done it in the past and enjoyed it. I was taking my kids 10 and 16. First I was very impressed with the guy running the business. But that’s where it stopped. Upon meeting Elise the gal running the desk there was absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. She was rude booking our trip. I almost just walked away then and regret that I didn’t go book with another company. My instincts were correct in the end. She told us the boat was coming to get us at 11 and 11:15 still no boat and went and asked and was rude AGAIN and said it was coming. While standing there waiting she was rude to two guys booking their trip so it wasn’t just me. She also told us the boat was taking us to the purple parasail and we ended up at the yellow smiley face one. Immediately upon arriving the two guys were so unprofessional I couldn’t believe it No instructions given. The guy hooked us up wrong and the other yelled at him correcting it. The driver seemed out for a good time joy ride and not the safety of the riders. We paid for 2 tow dips and got one. To top it off I opened the pictures I paid for and more than half are blurry and crooked. So disappointed. We went parasailing last summer in Bonita springs and had the most wonderful experience so this summer was such a let down for the kids and I. I will not be using this company again. So sad for a bad experience that the kids and I were looking so forward to and spending all that money to be disappointed. I understand everyone has off days. Maybe it was just me but I run a swim business back home and know how to treat every client with respect.

Ranalli did a great job with the take off, water toe tip, and landing. My only suggestion would be to their photographer. He took over 100 photos on the SD card that he handed me right after the flight but because so many were taken, many were not in focus. I believe the camera didn’t have a change to focus between the shots. But having said that, they did get a few fantastic shots for our granddaughters first parasailing. Thank you, Ranalli!

It was awesome! Worth the money

Wow!! This was such an awesome experience! Everyone expects this to be thrill ride and such. But it was absolutely the opposite ! So calm up there! Beautiful views and just a great all around experience! To add a bit of thrill I recommend the toe dip! They have several heights to choose from and if you are worried, start lower. I will reassure you that you will do it again at a higher altitude! They will add pictures to your package, and you get plenty!!

This was such a pleasant experience. We made reservations for yesterday but immediately called to reschedule for today. Patrick accommodated us. Julie was super helpful with making suggestions about the area. Jesse was amazing at making everyone feel safe and comfortable. The parasail was affordable, easy, and very relaxing. Will definitely go again and highly recommend.

If you’re in the area you should definitely go with this company. My hushed, four kids and myself had the best experience. The crew had the kids laughing the whole time. Trevor (the guy that took us to the bigger boat) was super nice and fun. The young man in the boat let the kids pick out songs. We will be back!

This was our first time parasailing. It was a good and fun experience. Be prepared for a possible 2hr venture. Our ride was scheduled for 10:30am. We got there a half hour before as requested and finished at everything 12:30ish. We had a group of 4 and there were 2 other groups of 2 on the boat with us.

Rating this 5 stars even though my own performance only deserves 1. getting a reservation and checking in was a breeze. The boat was beautiful and clean and the staff friendly and informative. Our group had a great time and enjoyed most of it, with the exception of my seasickness for which I deeply apologize. Turns out, you can vomit on yourself at 1200 feet, who knew? Haha, so sorry about that, thanks for the gum! Would recommend, even though I personally never will go again. Don't know until you try! Including a fun photo for all to laugh at :)

Took my kids 18 and 13 yr old today for their birthday and they had a blast .. we purchased the longest ride, and also the package with pics and video it was very nice. Kids loved it. Great lasting memories . The girls at the desk were very nice made us feel like they knew us from before. We went without a reservation and was asked if kids would want to do it on the spot and ofcourse they said yes. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking to do something fun and different in fort myers beach. If you are looking to parasail look NO FURTHER this is who you want to make your reservations with. I had called a different place on the beach and OMG they were sooo unhelpful they disnt know how to answer any of the questions i had .. and they were nice even over the phone. Ranalli parasail anawered ALL my questions and gave us even more info than what we had asked which makes it obvious these girls know what they are talking about .. I wish i could remember their names but i am sooo bad at remembering names .. but they know who they are .. Thank you girls for making my daughters first parasailing experience one they will NEVER forget !

BEWARE November 2023 update. Ranalli practices STEALING clients $ when possible, and ignore communication with out-of-state visitors. As local guide and traveller I would have never imagined this could take pkace in USA. At the end like to say they are new and Its previous owner fault. WE DID NOT PAY TO OWNER - WE PAID TO COMPANY AND COMPANY KEEPING OUR $200 SINCE 2021. YOU DONT GET TO TAKE ONLY ALL PROFITS AND WHAT WAS BUILT WITH IT AND DUMP ALL RESPONSIBILITIES. Since March 2021 Ranally Parasail fails to refund my $200 for the well in advance Covid cancellation. Earlier I had a call Aug 9,2022 with Chase. He asked to write to him a message and he and his wife would resolve. So email sent with all discussed info snipshots bank xfer, info via company website sent. Guess what? All they are capable to produce is silence. Zero result, no email response, no callback from Chase, or personnel of Ranalli Parasale. Exemplary client support today! Nothing seem to change. This is a clear 2.5 year period sign that Ranalli Parasail company - if they can rob a client they will not waste the opportunity. See below and know how you can be robbed by Ranalli Parasail. In March 2021, we travelled to FL, paid $200 in advance, while travelling in FL all family got Covid and with next day fever, called and cancelled in advance, and asked for refund. UP TILL NOW the Ranalli Parasail still owes us our $200, for which they did not provide any service and still keep them. Everyone sees how Ranalli Parasale - rob visitors that live far from FL. They do not care if someone has Covid or sick riding with you. We see how they care of your money only. Since March 2021 Mr Ranalli was childishly dropping the phone when I presented, then not answering. First call he was very nice, saying come to FL for your free ride. But when we said we have other plans for next vacations and asked for refund of our own money - Rannali became daring and rude and dropping the phone, hiding, saying not appreciating the review. Chase was not able to resolve this "too difficult" issue. They want customers to call in advance for cancellations so they fill in the time slots, and additionally to keep your money, and at the end they wish you to leave a great review or be silent? Ranalli and Chase and Co, this is not Cicilia 1920, this is USA with laws. BEWARE you will surely see their real personality if you ever need to cancel or refund. Will keep updating untill full refund. Will see how many years will take Ranalli Parasail to stop robbing clients money that they can grab. If it will take escalations, it will be done. God blesses the thieves abundandly with exactly what they deserve. Per today Ranally Parasail still failed to refund $200 for unprovided cancelled in advance service paid from the bank card in March 2021.

The staff was awesome and made for a memorable experience. All of the equipment including the boat was brand new, so we felt super safe. Would definitely recommend!

We did a jet ski dolphin tour and absolutely love it. Matt was able to find few dolphins and they were very playful... I would do it again tomorrow

Such an amazing experience my buddies and I came down for guys get away. Amongst all the other fun activities we did this one is a must. There’s a few options on the beach but this one came highly recommended by some locals and they were correct we had so much fun. We bought the photo package which was great to have these memories last a lifetime. The crew was excellent and the captain was really sweet she really knows her stuff. Tell ”Captain Amanda” the jersey boys recommended her and tip big they work hard and have your life in their hands! Thanks for the flights and see you again next year!

I would like to clarify that the boat driver and his assistant were awesome! (Dan and Amanda) Super nice and made our trip pleasant. But the older tall man with longer hair working the booth was absolutely atrocious. He was very rude, impatient, and unprofessional. He should not be allowed to interact with people. We scheduled a trip for 11am and came 30 minutes early. I told him I was waiting on my friends and they would come shortly. He reacted very rudely and became impatient even though we were early. I told him to take someone before us and he refused. I was also unaware that boat drivers required a tip so when he told me that, I said we would have to go grab our wallet out of the car. He started rolling his eyes and grunting. Even though we still had 20 minutes until our scheduled time. If this guy was not there, the trip would've been a 5.

First we booked $50 package per person and later we upgraded it to $70 and it was a super good deal. And we also paid $30 for 40 pictures and all the pics have came out good. It was our first parasailing experience and it was super cool. I have never been at least on a rollercoaster before since I’m scared ... But these guys were super cool. Within 30 seconds we were on air ... I was screaming but after 3-4 minutes I was ok ... This package included 2 dips too. I loved it ... ❤️

Had a great experience with my wife and 2 kids (6 and 10 yrs old)! Amanda and David were very nice and did a fantastic job with us from start to finish. We went in October and they were not busy. There was only one other couple and 4 of us on our boat and they said October is a slow time for them and since they had nothing else scheduled after us they took us slow back to our start point (behind Junkanoo Restaraunt) and we saw 2 dolphins following us back! It was like a 2 for 1 trip! One thing to note though, there is no dock to get on the boat. They come in close to the shore behind Junkanoo and you do have to wade mid to upper chest out into the ocean (I'm 6ft and it was upper chest), maybe shoulders, so take only your essentials for the trip and put like wallets and phones in a Waterproof bag. You can take ur own photos but they will take pics for you and put them on an SD card for $30. I highly recommend it. You have to pay them on the boat so take cash/cards/coupons in a waterproof bag.
