    today I lost total confidence in the credibility of this condominium. from the manager to other employees. I was never so humiliated with my family. we had to call the police. they made us accept to go to another apartment and changed the moving day several times. earlier today, missing a day for change, they delivered a letter saying that I have until October 31 to leave the cindominoo and they refused to hand over my deposit. I had to call the police and it was a cinstragimento because I had already heard of them that I would not call because I was an immigrant. this is all very sad because I have 2 children who were in one for the 8th apartment because they had several problems in that..the mother being without air conditioning for 5 days and without having assistance from them. I am very sad . I was never as humiliated as today. thanks to God the policemen were very friendly and gave me all the support. I hope to receive my deposits until Monday. I have 2 deposits to receive and I hope they comply with what they talked to the police. we have all the transfer receipts and all emails and we know that we are right. you replied that you are sorry. more your employees don't seem to. because we had to call the police 2x for the office to be able to serve us and provide satisfaction of our values ​​paid, because we paid and did not give us the keys. our emails and phone calls are not answered. they slammed the door in my face and defiled me when I go there.

    I would like to record what happened to me and other residents of Cauntry Club Lakes during the night of 08/28, my car and cars from other neighbors were opened and stolen belongings like wallets and purses with documents, money, bank card, ID and passports in the Cauntry Club Lakes residents' parking lot. It is not the first time that this has happened here and Office says it does not take responsibility for these actions. The gates are always open and we don't have a surveillance camera to give us minimal security in the parking lots. I hope we have more attention and security within the Cauntry Club Lakes condo.

    today we are having another problem with this condominium. our apartment change was scheduled for 09/05/20 and loho later said that we could only move on 09/19/20. as we had already said that it would be great for us if it was a weekend, they complicate us and force us out of here is demanding that we move on 09/15/20. being that we work and we can't do that in the middle of the week. in the last week we were told that we would move in yesterday 09/12/20. and it was good because it would be a Saturday and we could make the change. they live in chase with us. always doing everything to constrain us. they treat us badly and say things to make us less. until today they have not removed the amount that is being charged more than a fine, which was their mistake. we will really have to take all this to court, as it is already becoming an embarrassment for our family. we pay our rent every month, and they call us saying that we cause problems for them by complaining about the problems. Mrs. Conier always treats us super badly, always tells us things to make us less. she hangs up on us. very sad

    This is the worst location EVER. Completely unprofessional and messed up multiple orders which caused delay in project. I don't know if its high traffic or lack of training but they have wasted my time and money. Between returning wrong items and or waiting to pickup or have items delivered that weren't ready or out of stock its been a total NIGHTMARE. Took out a home depot project loan and now I have regrets. If you have a mid to large project don't come to this location!!!

    Bad maintenance service. The apartments are too old. They do not renew them. The bathrooms have water leaks. All they do is change the rugs. Old stoves. Old dishwasher. Old fridge. Old bathrooms. The old kitchen cabinets x They want to fix everything with paint. If they invested more money to remodel the apartments, it would be more beautiful to live here The administration's excuse is that the rent is low. And that is not the case because they are at the same price in the sector.

    I moved into a lakeview unit at Country Club Lakes Apartments in July and I'm delighted to be a part of this community. The beautiful apartments are spacious, clean and well-maintained. The management team is attentive and great at communicating with tenants. Leasing consultant Daniel made sure that my move-in process went smoothly and has been super responsive. I love that a nature park is right next door. It adds to the quiet charm of the property.

    we asked for help from a lawyer. we are being harmed by this company. they received our payments and then do not hand over the keys to the apartment. they are doing this with many people who are renting here. do not answer our emails. don't answer our call. when we can speak they scream and insult us, they hang up on us. I talked to other people and everyone is going through this same problem. we already called the police and they always change the return date. help, help, help. ill-prepared people working in a place that should be calm. many people are leaving this condominium because everything is terrible. and here they only send an automatic message to be able to say that it was answered, when in fact they do not answer anyone.

    I have lived here for 10-11 months. The apartment was nice. However, the master bathroom shower/tub was chipping and it looked horrible. Also. the walls where the nails were located were chipping too. It took them 6 months just to give me window screens, which I've noted on move-in were not installed. I also noted that my shower heads needed to be replaced, which they replaced after patiently waiting for weeks and writing a nice/nasty email. Lastly, the WILD-LIFE is horrible. Especially the raccoon infestation!!!! I must mention that the outside areas are up-kept very nice and neatly. Now, I've move out and waiting for my deposit. Why did the office mail my refund to the apartment I've just moved out of so that it could be forwarded to me? Obvious;y they have my contact information to email and/or call me to get my updated address. It has been over a month and I've still never received a check. I called requesting another check and the office never answers the phone. I mean I'm calling ALL DAY, EVERYDAY, and NO ONE ever answers the phone. They barely reply via email. However, via email I was told that they requested another check via email to the corporate office again. Now a week later, still no call, email, or updates. How long does it take for corporate office to notify them if another check would be re-printed. I am disgusted at the customer service in this office. I've paid my rent on-time every month. When they requested a deposit before move-in, they received it with no problem. Now I'm pulling teeth just for an update of when I'm receiving my money. I'm so tired of calling and dealing with this company. Very unprofessional. FYI: I rarely ever write reviews, but now I am fuming. Whenever I get a chance to write a review regarding this company, I will definitely copy & paste this entire review until I get answers and my check.

    This store has hired a lot more staff. I had no problem locating help when I couldn’t locate something. They have discontinued incandescent flood lights unless you want a large box. Since the price of LED has dropped somewhat it isn’t a bad thing. They have a We are hiring sign if anyone is looking for work. The employees were very helpful! Hot dogs at the exit for those who need to “Get things done” instead of cooking.

    Went to your coconut creek store yesterday, 6356. I am handicapped and have a great deal of difficulty walking. Went to entrance. No motorized carts were at entrance. Asked 1 of your associates if carts were no longer available. Was told they were down at the EXIT doors. Now is that smart? So, I had to walk back out to my car, in pain from walking. Once I got in my car, decided that I wasn't going to shop in a store where someone made, and I'm trying to not be too insulting, an idiotic decision to place carts for handicapped people who obviously have mobility issues at the EXIT of your store. Ended up going to 1 of your competitor's stores where they actually had carts at the ENTRANCE!

    Decided to do flooring with Home Depot, the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I had to load my own floor because the drop-off guy claims there wasn't enough room by my door. I should have known it was gonna be a disaster. There's no communication between the managers, the flooring company, and the workers. I had to physically pick up my own material, and then they wouldn't release it to me. They tried charging after paying for the installation. Nobody answers the phone. The manager has yet to show his or her face.Try taking a guess when this work was started. January!!! It's almost May..😑😑😑 pray for me guys and hope they finish it today.

    Love the Home Depot. Not as "nice" as Lowe's maybe, but it's the original and the best and it feels like...home. The employees are pretty helpful (it's hit and miss though--the days of having someone actually TAKE you to where the item is you're looking for instead of telling you the aisle number--are long gone). But if you're in the middle of a project and you need a part, and sometimes the guidance/advice that comes with it if you're lucky, you'll definitely find it at the Home Depot.

    HomeDepot is great but the employees have become rude over time. I was trying to check out with a clerk but instead of letting me in line and wait she proceeded to yell at me about the "self checkout". I understand she might very excited about a feature that will eliminate her job in the next few years but I'm not. I had spray paint in my order and sure enough, going to the self checkout as she was so adamant I did caused me to have to wait extra time when the machine asked for permission and no one was there to help me. I miss the good old days when cashiers didn't scream at you in a rude fashion to try to force you to use a system designed to replace them....

    Do not buy an appliance here for the love of God! This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company and I was spending a lot which only makes it worse. Went in store, bought a washer and set up the date for install, on the day it was supposed to come no one showed up. When I called they said the order was canceled but had no explanation. So I had to go back into the store, keep in mind the initial install date was over a week after ordering. I went back to the store and they told me it was a problem in there system and they were sorry but now I had to wait 2 more weeks for the next install. I begrudgingly accepted since I needed a washer and already paid for it. When the installation guys came finally, the day after Christmas I might add they were extremely rude and refused to do the install because the old tubes were still attached and he claimed they were frozen. However he didn't even attempt to take them off and they had only been on there for about 6 months. Now I have to install it myself. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid the hassle of home depots horrible customer service, wish I should leave 0 stars.

    Country Club lakes is a very nice community and great location in Coconut Creek, with shopping close by. I have been living in this community for 5 years. At first we were in the Waterview unit and a few months ago we decided to move to other apartment with more space. The process into getting the new unit was amazingly easy thanks to our property manager Estie. She couldn't be more helpful, quick and great to deal with. Maintenance is fast to fix issues and very friendly with us.Thank you Estie and all the staff from C. C. lakes! My wife and I couldn't be more pleased!

    Soo I went and visited country club lakes and wow was I . From the moment I spoke with the agent on the phone to just the common curtesy they took in really being interactive with ensuring I was comfortable and my needs were met. With that being said I also adored the community , it was well kept , the dumpster area had no visible trash, which for me is a big plus because I hate walking to throw my trash out and feel like I have to watch my step. The landscaping was maintained and thank god there was no loose debris, another pet peeve for me. Overall I loved the space and the fact that I felt so comfortable in and outside the apartment space I saw.

    My daughter and I lived in this community for four years. We enjoyed living here very much. The staff: Estie, Jimmy, Connie, Dan, Juan and all the various maintenance workers are super marvelous. Any maintenance problem was taken care of in a timely manner. The grounds were always maintained very well. This community is ideally located close to many restaurants,shops, highways and a Nature Preserve. A pool, gym, walking trail, security gate are amenities that make this community well rounded for a relaxed and safe lifestyle. Thank you for making our four years living at CCL memorable.

Finding good people is nearly impossible, from contractors stealing your money to everyone and their mother trying to scam you. But then my wife and I found this place when we sold our house. Fast forward 6 years and we are still here. Why? Not because of the kitchen or the landscape or the parking spaces, but because of the great people working here. I know everyone and they are always looking to accommodate any issues I have. Listen you want a fancy place go buy a house and have a designer remodel it. Let me know how much that costs you. My wife and I decided to rent our house and stay here for a few years because it's safe, it's nice and the people are awesome. Plain and simple this is one of the best places to live in Coconut Creek. I keep telling them to sell me the place. For the price and size of the units, I have no complaints. Keep working hard guys!!!!

    Country club lakes is a very nice and quiet community. It is conveniently close to many stores and shopping centers. There is always plenty of parking. At night time it is very well lit. There are plenty of great amenities such as a pool, gym, tennis courts, walking trail, and nature trail.The staff in the office are also super helpful and always listening to our needs and concerns.

    I have been living in country clubs lakes for 2yrs and sadly I had to leave because of personal reasons but I have to say it was one of the best places to live and property manager estie was the absolute best, she always treated with the almost respect, followed through immediately with any issues in regards to any issues with the apt and also has great crew that works behind her especially jimmy her head maintenance guy who took absolute care for us.     Finally a Homedepot that is on point!!!! The employees are super nice! Today, I had this lovely woman, Katrina, so AMAZING!!!! I’m not one for going to stores, but I will definitely go simply because I know the employees are good and willing to help… Thank you Katrina for making my day and all the others I’m sorry I didn’t get the names!!! In addition September 8 or 9,I had the pleasure of having Caroline as a cashier…she is a lovely person. Very patient, kind, and so sweet! Her demeanor is outstanding. I’m amazed by the employees at this Homedepot….BRAVO👍👍👍

    The experience was bad, 2 hours waiting to get special order vanity, they didn't know where was it, it's very frustrating to go through all this. But I have to say Jorge form deliveries department nail ii, because of his disposition to fix all the mistakes I ended up getting my vanity and toilet in my, he has very informative, even ask me about what type on truck I have to make sure will work, told me where to park in loading zone, and found a fork lift driver to help. Amazing customer service from this guy. Thanks Jorge I do really hope your boss read this

    I’m redoing my closet and needed to have some bars cut to a specific size, the cutting machine was broken and I spoke to one of the female helpers and she turned away saying that I needed to go to another Home Depot. I decided to attempt to cut it my self and that’s when Alven came to the rescue! Without being asked, He went out of his way to do this difficult job of cutting it by hand. He spent 40 min cutting 24 bars. I’m so appreciative. He truly love what he does and that’s helping others

    Stood in paint department at paint counter for about 10mins for assistance. Black shirt/Green shirt Behur staff at paint counter did not acknowledge that I was waiting for assistance although I was standing in line.When it was my turn he walked away to other side without saying a word.Eventually about 3min later the Behur guy walked over and asked if I needed assistance.I explained what I needed and asked to speak with manager to discuss my experience.Was told manager was out today....my second time stopping this location.Never again...I will only frequent stores where quality customer service is provided.

    I ordered 2 roof top Furion 14.5 BTU A/C units and had them shipped to my house. when the units arrived they where both damaged. One of the boxes i didn't even had to open it as soon as i broke the one plastic rap band the box opened its self. i called to have them send me new units and they told me they couldn't do this. They said because i shipped it to my house they had to refund me the money and i would have to spend another $1,300.00 to purchase a new set of units. i explained to the supervisor and the lady i ordered from online that i couldn't put another charge like that on my credit card and she said they couldn't help me. from the carelessness of the shipping crew that didn't even bother to package the units properly to not helping me to re order new units with out having to put a second charge on my credit card this is the second worst experience i have had with Home Depo. They don't even deserve the star i gave them. If i could give them a zero stars i would.

    Between this Home Depot, the one in Deerfield Beach and the one in Pompano, this is by far the best. The store is clean, well stocked, organized and the staff's friendly. I live closer to the Deerfield Beach location, but I come to this one because it's a faster drive (don't have to get on Hillsboro) and I know they'll have what I need.

    PHILLIP is the best! Greets you with a big smile and helps with no hesitation! He jokes with his customers and makes them feel welcome. As a women going to Home Depot it’s very intimidating but Phillip made my visit very pleasant. He made me feel like I was not a bother. Thank you Phillip for your amazing customer service!!

    Had a wonderful experience with Clement in Appliances. He made what was going to be a long drawn out process (choosing 6 new appliances) into something very simple, and was extremely kind and patient the whole time. He never rushed us and answered every single one of our questions. He is a gem!

    Purchased appliance, misled as to features. Store manager unresponsive, promised return call and never heard from store manager. Suggest using Costco to purchase large appliances. Costco never disappoints. Never had purchase experience like this at Home Depot ever and Home Depot has so far been quite unwilling to resolve it satisfactorily. Cannot escalate to any member of executive team for resolution since they are unavailable to public. Basically a take it or leave it issue. Actually I am not a lawyer but the activity to me comes close to the line of fraud or it may actually be a fraud I cannot speak to legal issue since I am not a lawyer. As a consumer it appears to me as a fraud and Home Depot will not take steps to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Speaks poorly of new administration and leadership.

    It was not easy to process my return.. I received incorrect merchandise.. and for some reason even looking at my receipt we had to go thru HD online and a supervisor to get this processed. Kay was fine it just seemed like alot of steps to process a return after receiving the wrong items

    Very disappointed. Ordered 2 in wall timers to be delivered. They arrived same day in a plastic bag which was sealed shut with a big Home Depot sticker. Electrician arrived a week later to install, opened the bag to find the timers boxes had been torn open and taped back together, clearly these were returns, missing the parts necessary for the installation. So, I had to pay for the electricians time for a wasted house call. BEWARE ordering from them.

    We have had the worst experience with Appliances from Home Depot. First of all we received a broken stove and a microwave with a staple through the power cord. Home Depot did great getting us a replacement microwave and we were told the new stove and microwave would we coming the same day, we got 2 emails that the items would be arriving the same date. That day we only received the Microwave and the Team delivering it were supposed to install it. They brought it in and looked at the current microwave and immediately without taking the new microwave out of the box said they couldn't install it because they think the bolts are too short. They left the microwave on the floor and were leaving when I asked where the stove was. They then told me they had no stoves on their truck. I was devastated. We had already been waiting for 2 weeks for the appliances because someone had cancelled our order on accident the first time. A different team came today with the Stove and were supposed to be installing the microwave. The stove finally went in good, but again they didn't even look at the microwave and said today that the back splash is in the way. I was also told the microwaves are 2 different sizes but I measured them and they are the exact same measurements! So once again I have no working microwave and they told me to call a handyman. What is the point of paying for installation? I will never never never order appliances from Home Depot again.

    Absolutely AWFUL customer service when it comes to deliveries. Had one item that was supposed to be delivered three separate times and never got delivered. They contract with a third-party delivery company that just does not care if your stuff gets delivered or not. Avoid buying anything from home depot that requires delivery like the plague.

    I lost my phone in the store... Jimmy and Rosaline helped me until I found it. Jimmy even walked with me outside and called my number in case it had fallen somewhere in my car. An honest customer had found it and handed it over to Rosaline, who kept it in lost and found. Refreshing to see some honest, good folks still out there.. Thank you so much

    Chaprita I think her name is. The women working the register in garden center here at 9:18am on 2/8/23 has a bad attitude and demeanor. I come here 2 to 3 times a week to buy soil for my garden. I always buy regular price bags but I also take advantage of a few open bags that are half off every time I’m here. All the usual people who work in the garden center know me they’re always polite, smiling, friendly, etc… However this chick today wanted to argue with me about there wasn’t enough soil missing from the broken bags to get 50% off on the two out of nine bags of soil that I purchased. Seven at regular price and two that always get a 50% discount because the bags were broken. She had to argue with me, hold up the line, and try to only give me 10% off. I had to get out of line to get a manager in order to get them to discount it for me. Just really unnecessary and inconvenient and not a good start to the morning to have somebody challenging me over something that’s so minuscule. This person needs an attitude check. I’ll go to Lowe’s from now on. I’ve never had them argue about a broken bag not getting the discount until today and I’ve been coming multiple times a week over the last year since I moved back to the area. Cheers!

    I am a contractor shopping almost on the daily bases at Coconut Creek Home Depot for more than 8 years, and I never seen this store in such mess, very disorganized. missing a lot of products, can't find anybody willing to help, the other day I was in the electrical for more than 15 minutes waiting for assistance, I had to go to the competitor... all departments are in very bad shape, the only department that I would give 5 stars is paint, all other departments need attention. very sad to see this store in this condition.

    Dissatisfied Saturday morning at 10am when the home depot loaders are not paying attention to people blocking loading areas. Forcing old folks to load their own baseboard in the parking lot. Head of customer service at the time couldn't be bothered at all, and didnt care. (Spanish woman-mid 40s "Coach" on her apron) absolute bedlam and no care or attempt to manage from my view. I am in every home depot from Stuart to Stirling Rd. I have seen it all! she was a joke of a leader or customer service helper whatsoever.

    Should just get rid of the self checkout and shopping carts all together if it's going to be a hassle to use. If I wanted an employee in my cart I'd opt for a lane. Carts can't leave the store? I'm disabled and the magnet forced the cart against my prosthetic. If paying employees is the issue switch to pickup only and fire them they aren't needed in a self checkout lane lol.
