I bought a pair of sneakers. Look great in the picture. Paid $40 for them. They are garbage they are not worth the money. Maybe $8. I am returning them. Poorly made in China.

Staff was rude. Everyone's body language and face was either flat, sour, or sad. Was really pressured to get the credit card, said no so many times before she finally let up. I did end up buying some underware and a bra. Comfy products, service was lacking.

This store is clean and organized. They have a great lingerie section compared to some stores I've been to in the past.

I got some great deals on some underwear they measured me for a bra fitting but they still can't touch you so what they do is they display it on a mannequin and then have you do it which I had my fiance do it it was nice because we went a year ago and the place was completely shut down they were extremely helpful and I could live in that store they were all very nice the employees are all very helpful very nice I had a wonderful experience and some new undies

I’ve been going into this store as a secret shopper for about a 3 months now. It’s certainly not the cleanest VS but I’ve had a couple of nice encounters with some of the associates. Couldn’t help but notice how openly rude the manager is to the customers and her own employees at times. I don’t know her name but I hardly ever see her actually doing any work, just bossing others around and then disappearing. Can’t expect the ones under you to follow if you’re not willing to actually lead. 🤡

This store had a pretty good selection of merchandise, it was very busy and the staff seemed to be pretty overwhelmed. (Isn’t everybody). I was helped by a young man who was really helpful getting me into the perfect bra. I was very surprised how much he knew about bras, very good employee! He was a lot more helpful than another woman who couldn’t answer my questions. Kudos to you.

There were only 2 girls at the registers, and they were great, unfortunately, we waited in a very long line to get a gift card. Here is my issue, the manager of the store was behind the counter on 4 different occasions, she saw how long the line was and NOT ONCE, did she offer to help those poor girls or any of the customers in the line!!! I asked the girl when we finally got to the register, if that woman was the manager and she said yes, would you like to speak to her. I replied with a polite no and thanked her. MANAGER IN THE GREEN SWEATSHIRT, YOU ARE A LOUSY MANAGER AND BOSS!!!

Overall good customer service staff knows how to help shy women. Lol good selection and they keep popular items stocked my wife and I go here at least once a month for there lingerie outfits ;)>

I Love their products! But, popular sizes go quickly, leaving a limited amount of products to choose from. Bra's and underwear price's, are a little to expensive

Good service . One woman was very helpful and had suggestions on fragrances. However, another was speaking Spanish and english trying to get my teens to sign up for a credit card.

Love the beauty of the store but some clerks bug you to death. And constantly being asked to be measured is irritating. To me buying lingerie is very personal I do not want to be followed or hounded. Saying no thank you once to their offers to help should be sufficient

I had a wonderful experience at this location. All of the staff is very friendly and make sure the customers are having a good shopping experience. They greeted me and were all great! The young man in the front provided very good customer service and is great to work with people. This is the best location of all the victoria’s secret and they treat all customers with respect. I will definitely shop here from now on.

It's amazing how much variety you can find here when it comes to style, patterns, fabrics and colors, chances are you'll find what you are looking for. Talk about the beautiful perfumes! and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and polite, always a great stop while shopping...

The employees in this store are so rude. I went to get a pickup order I placed last night. I was told I needed an id to get it. Nowhere did it include that information until after I was emailed that it was ready for pick up. The employees acted like it was my fault. Then acted like they did me a favor my allowing me to pick up merchandise I already paid for. I've had all many bad experiences in this store. I'm done with it.

I love with the store carries I said wonderful selection and all kinds of sizes for everyone and it's very up to date with what they put out on the floor. They keep everything nice and neat in their store

Great store but they dont offer as many incentives to purchase there clothes and perfumes anymore so I dont shop as much. I used to love the totes and blankets when I purchased a lot of stuff. They dont do that anymore.

Panties are okay but the quality of material has gone downhill over the years. And I keep experiencing uninterested staff that I can tell hate their lives because they're in retail. Lately been making me feel stupid for asking a simple question. Maybe I'm just grumpy but I felt disrespected. Hopefully everyone else will get a better experience than I did. Willing to give them another chance and will just blame it on the busy holiday season and the snowbirds coming down. Can't be easy dealing with them.

Line was out rhe door with several employees standing around instead of checking people out. Manager walked around with her clipboard looking clueless as she spoke into her microphone. Order online!
