Worst experience ever. I brought a guest into total wine. Without the store policy knowledge I was asked to leave without making a purchase. The store policy can’t be known to someone just walking in. If you want to enforce a policy and not waste peoples time you need to have security at your front door IDing ALL groups, guests and individuals looking to window shop or make a purchase. My guest with no ID was able to walk through the store, touch all the liquor she wanted, and was given a sample of alcohol IN STORE. make it make sense. Stop wasting peoples time by pretending this policy is supposed to uphold the law. Either way YOU SERVED ALCOHOL TO A GUEST WITHOUT ID CHECKING HER. YOU WAITED UNTIL I ARRIVED AT CHECKOUT TO EXPLAIN A POLICY THAT IF KNOWN, I would have never broken. Sickening leadership at this place of business MIGHT AS WELL HAVE LET ME BUY MY ALCOHOL. NEVER WILL VISIT THIS STORE. For THIS, EXACT, FACTUAL ENCOUNTER. DO YOUR JOB AHEAD OF TIME, AHEAD OF ANY UNFORESEEN ISSUES, And STOP CAUSING PEOPLE INCONVENIENCES.

Went into this store to buy a couple of bottles and my brother came in to buy sodas and juices for the kids the manager refused to sell us the liquor or sodas while in line but him not knowing his employee that was doing test tasters by the vodka aisle had already giving my brother a shot of congac that they were advertising so for the manager to say he can’t sell me liquor or my brother drinks is crazy with no knowledge of him having a shot without showing identification so Mr manager I’ll be reaching out to corporate to acknowledge my concerns

Imagine walking to the store with your child sampling some of their liquors picking up gifts for loved ones getting to the register and then what do you know you can’t have it simply because your child is there and don’t even try to come back till tomorrow so let me tell you my experience at this total one so I’m walking to the store with my step child. She is 20 years old. We’re buying gifts for my aunt because her birthday is tomorrow, we get to the cash register and they tell me that we cannot purchase anything because my step child is not 21, And I not only that but if I want to “prove” that I’m her guardian, I have to have special documentation for that. Of course my step child doesn’t look like me that doesn’t make her any less mine does it? When I say I’m never ever shopping at a total wine again, I mean never again. Go and support your local liquor stores or any literally any other store for your needs because this place will definitely know how to draw a special occasion that’s all thank you.

No longer the best deals on liquor or beer. Wine selection is great. Rare whiskies are impossible to find here. For the high retail prices you charge, you better stock everything. This applies to all the Total Wine stores, not just this one.

This is my first time going to this store and strongly sure that will be my last. Another liquor store has way better service than this one. Train your associates to look for solutions and not justify the bad service just by saying that you do not work in that specific store, that your boss called for help. Has associates that can help and has knowledge of your merchandise and location. The use of a handheld device should have the exact location of your merchandise, guess that is not the case with your stores, and/or maybe the assosciates don't know how to use it. Has a control line so customers line up for the next cashier instead of arguing with the customer about why are two lines for the cashier. My first time in Total Wine and maybe the last...My first impression... they should change the name to Total Disaster & More.

Jamie was very kind and informative she helped me decide on a couple of bottles of wine for different occasions And in just a few minutes speaking she gave me nice tips on wine . I asked for a range of price in wine and she gave me the best for that range I’m happy . Next time I go back I hope she’s there to help . Been coming to this total wine a few times and she was the most helpful and patient .

What a great place! Variety is overwhelming... u can get anything and everything u need for a great party. Store is clean and super organized! I love this place!

This place is amazing, as you walk in you have the immediate sense of wonder, amazing overwhelming of bottles of liquor everywhere . It's so organized, catering to all tastes,all flavors , the place is on another plane, a unique world of spirits.

Enormous liquor store with fantastic, knowledgeable personnel - and tastings. They have EVERYTHING!

Great selection, but the manager didn't accept my German Passport Card and International driver's license. Yesterday, I wasted 30 min cause she wanted to show her power in that situation at the cashier. I live for a year in the U.S. and with this ID I could purchase alcohol in every bar and liquor store. I'm sure this manager lady has something against German nationals. Total Wine is fine, but this location is never again.

You want a good selection of drinkables (not sure if that's a word)? First, there's actually Employees around to ask questions. They look sharp and almost always have an answer or recommendation. If they don't, they get somebody fast. This place is clean and organized. From wines, bourbons, moonshine, whiskies, rums, any type of hard liqour, This is the place to be. Yes, beers, soda and snacks too. They also have a decent grab and go cigar humidor temperatured just right. This is truly a place to tour, take your time. Then go home and enjoy that drink you bought, you earned it. I was here so long they knew Me by My first name. I really liked this place...

I usually go to the Pines location and ended up coming to this one because it is close to my job. This TW has the worst customer service. I was waiting at the tasting area to taste a wine and the gentleman (short guy with gray hair and gray beard) completely ignored me! He addressed customers that was there before and after me and did not address me at all. I am not sure if it was my age (30's but I look younger) or the color of my skin but I did not like the feeling of being ignored I received from him. I had to then ask him if I can try and he put the cup on the counter while he handed the other customer theirs. He then proceeded to ignore me and talk and strike up conversation with the other customers. I am beyond shocked as the TW in Pembroke pines is NOTHING like this. They should take a page out of their book. I will not return this location just based off of customer service. :) That literally killed my entire experience and resulted in me purchasing only a mixer because I was just so disgusted and wanted to leave.

Like Howard Stern says on their commercials. Total Wine You’ll find what you love and love what you’ll find. So true. Their winery and spirits direct programs are far superior to other copycat stores that try to execute those unique products and failed. I have no clue as a wine consumer why anyone who has 1/2 palate for wine would ever have the need to shop for wine and or spirits or beer at an ABC fine wines and spirits unless you are stuck in a rut and only drink Tito’s Vodka (TW’s Tower Vodka is so much cleaner and less expensive) Josh , 19 crimes , Meiomi , Barefoot , Kendall Jackson.etc. Other than those commercial drug store and gas station products total wine is the wine enthusiasts adult toy store

Was a great visit and experience. Went there to find rum, and I'm already familiar with the layout and was able to find what I was looking for pretty quickly. The price was fairly reasonable too, which is always nice. The checkout process was quick. 3 lanes were open even though there weren't that many people in line. I appreciate efficiency. Someone was also on the floor helping out for anyone who had questions or needed recommendations. I like the location of it as well. Close enough to home to be accessible but not so close as to tempt alcoholism. Anyway check them out

Great store! Organized so u can find everything you're looking for quickly and easily. Honestly haven't been for a while because of Great delivery but they're the best for variety and top shelf liquor!!!!!

Always order from this location on Uber eats. Fast and nice packaging. Has been ordering for over a year and hopefully many more years to come! Thank you!

Just had a great shopping experience at Total Wine, in Plantation, thanks to Jamie who is always helpful and has introduced me to some great organic wines. Jamie is very knowledgeable and I always appreciate her input. Will definitely seek out her opinion and expertise in the future.

I didn’t intend to shop here today, but it started pouring and I stepped inside the lobby to get out of the rain. The managers invited everyone inside the classroom and served us all a glass of white, red, or Prosecco. There were about 8 of us in total. I can’t thank Total Wine enough for their hospitality! Such a caring partner in our community.

Well stocked and clean store. They have a very large selection and their staff members are always friendly and helpful. They also carry my favorite beer, the Holy Passakos blonde ale by Holy Mackerel.

I've been to other locations but this one has the worst customer service. Finding help on the floor was difficult and the lady at the register made it seem like I was a nuisance when I needed assistance getting alcohol: Remy Martin and Hennessey. I had my ID and card ready but with her attitude I walked out. I love total wines for the great prices and selection but this particular one is terrible

I came in yesterday night just to browse quickly but it turns out we got there a little late so we realized and as we’re leaving at 9:59pm multiple associates were rushing us out but we already agreed to leaving and as we’re walking out an associate says very rudely “we want to go home already” to us…. Girl. This is your job, Don’t expect me to come back here knowing the associates can be so rude. Check your schedule for yesterdays closing employees and retrain them

An exceptional selection of all your libation desires. The staff here is great! One gentleman helped us with selecting and educating us on whiskys with tastings; very nice touch! The beer selection is endless, as well as the wines. This is THE place to shop! 👍👍

I've had better service walking into a walmart/cvs/Walgreens than at this location. My wife and I walked into this location at 9pm and I literally stood at the entrance for 8 min in front 3 store clerks and didn't receive not one "welcome". I proceeded to pretty loudly say to my wife "I'm just waiting for someone to help" and still nothing. Contuined to wait, while two other men walked into the store and received a "welcome". After these men passed me the clerk finally realized someone was there and asked if we have been helped. I said "not at all". He then proceeded to help my wife and I. He seemed to be pretty knowledgeable of his products which i found refreshing but the initial lack of attention threw off my entire experience there.

I can not say enough about the amazing customer service I received yesterday. Alex went above and beyond with his recommendations! I came in for one bottle and left with four! I will definitely make the drive to this location specifically for Alex's extreme knowledge and recommendations. I am loving the El Padrino lime cream tequila that he recommended!

Recently I needed help selecting a memorable Bordeaux (within my budget) for a special dinner party. The staff listened to what my taste and experiences were. And then they helped me select something new to me (Chateau De Camarsac Bordeaux 2019). It was delicious and VERY well received by everyone. I will definitely serve it again. Highly recommended.

Sales man Alex was the best salesman I've came across in a long time, he actually got me to try a different congac and talked to me about different kinds and taughtme a few things too.. good job Alex

My favorite liquor store.. always love shopping here. And of course always love tasting the liquor.. I've bought allot of things I wouldn't have even known about if it weren't for there samples
