    The delivery experience was excellent! I was kept informed the day before and the day of delivery with text updates and a phone call when they were 30 min away. Furniture was very well wrapped and delivered without damage. The delivery crew were cheerful, careful and respectful of my home. They made sure we were happy with the set up. A great experience!!!

    Fabulous service from beginning to end. Michael, our sales associate was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We purchased two leather living room pieces, a floor lamp, coffee table and side table as well as a chest of drawers and nightstand for our bedroom. The delivery exceeded expectations. The delivery crew was polite, courteous and very attentive to set up the furniture without leaving and packing materials. Thank you Baer’s Furniture Co. For exceeding our expectations and making our first purchase a pleasure.

    We worked with Pam at the Oort Charlotte location. She was so fun to plan with. She gave excellent selections and there was absolutely no pressure. We will definitely go back to furnish the rest of our house.

    Ginny helped us pick out our leather sofa and love seat. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Thw delivery people were also wonderful. They were friendly, hard working and very helpful. The actual scheduling process was anything but good. We were not able to be there when they scheduled us so I contacted them. The person that responded was rude, condescending and unhelpful. She said our delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday. On Sunday someone called to schedule us. I told her we had been scheduled for Tuesday and this person was also rude, condescending and unhelpful and said we had not been rescheduled…I’m not sure if it was the same person. The delivery scheduling person left such a bad taste in our mouth that I’m not sure we will be back. I can’t say enough good though about Ginny, the sales person and the 2 men that delivered our furniture…hard working guys!

    Our furniture was delivered 2 days after purchase and it was missing multiple pieces we ordered. After spending a long time on the phone being transferred from person to person and getting nowhere it was finally figured out and the missing part of our order will be delivered in 3 days. Will not be going to this store again.

    My experience with Baer's was quick and easy. I had an idea of what type of couch I wanted. An experienced salesman met me at the door, took me to where their leather couches were, and left me to make my decision There was no pressure. I decided what I wanted, paid for it, and it was delivered in a week. No problems!

    We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Pat creating our custom, special fabric furniture. She is more than patient with clients as they sift thru hundreds of fabrics and styles. She works hard to get her clients fair pricing. Baer's store in general has gorgeous and unique selections. It's fun shopping there! Delivery guys are awesome too. So friendly and accommodating.

    I love my new chair! Joe Rasmussen was my fabulous consultant. He was both informed and attentive. The delivery window was 3 hours (10:15am - 1:15pm) and they showed up, on the dot, at 10:15am. Great experience all the way around!

    Our salesperson, Pam Breen, went above and beyond with her knowledge and advice when we were choosing our furniture. She was patient and made us feel comfortable and not rushed. We had to delay the delivery due to work being done on our house, which was honored, and the crew who delivered our furniture was competent and careful in setting it up. All in all, our experience with Baer’s was a positive one and we’ll certainly go there for future purchases. And we’ll recommend them highly to anyone in the market for furniture.

    We had a really good experience with the 2 guys that came in and set up our entertainment center...it looks great! and they took a lot of time and effort to make sure that it was leveled on the floor, and that there were no scratches or anything on it when they left. Great team 👏

    Sheila was Great, very helpful not pushy. She kept us informed on stock and sales. I got my furniture delivered today I'm so happy. This is my second review. We had a problem with our new furniture we purchased from Baer's. Manufactures issue. Spoke to manager it was handled immediately. Got replacement furniture within a week. Still happy with Baer's!

    Frank Waller at baer's sold me my piece of furniture, pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The delivery guys were courteous, careful, and pleasant, worked quickly and all three worked well together. They deserve a raise. I have had several deliveries this past year and won't return to one furniture store because of their delivery guys. Baer's, you better hang onto these people, good workers are hard to find and retain. Five stars all around.

    Great all around experience! Stopped into the Port Charlotte store and met Mike at the door, great guy and very helpful. We found several pieces we loved, bought them that day and they were professionally delivered 3 days later with 0 damage. Great delivery crew too.

    The sales girl was awesome she took great care of me. My delivery guys were great! There was a nick in the table I ordered. My delivery guy called in and they are replacing it within a couple of days no problem at all. The rest of my furniture was perfect!

    Went to Naples and Ft Myers Baer’s and nobody wanted to help us find the piece I was looking for. Took a ride up to Pt Charlotte and Pat knew exactly what I was looking for. We went to the catalog and there it was. We ordered it and it came in 5 days and I just love it. Thanks to Pat for her knowledge on furniture. Will definitely go back to see her if I need anything else

    I found the perfect color sofa and it was in stock. No waiting 8 months for delivery. The two men delivering were so nice, helpful, all business but friendly also. I’m so happy with my purchase.

    Everyone was great from start to finish. The salesperson, Jenny, was great at the store helping us find what we were looking for. Delivery was quick, we purchased the furniture on Saturday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. The deliver guys were just as good. Super careful bringing our new furniture in and very nice guys. I didn’t get their names but they were awesome. We’ll definitely be doing business with Baer’s in Port Charlotte again.

    I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Port Charlotte location. I've been researching new furniture for over a year in anticipation of moving down to the Wellen Park area. I walked in and our salesperson Tina showed me around. But the best part (other than the great sale going on) was her ability to mix and match the bed that I'd had my eye on with a dresser and end tables that I preferred over those that were in the same suite as the bed. They match perfectly and my bedroom looks perfect. Bought some beautiful lamps there, too. Delivery was super smooth - quickly scheduled and expertly delivered. Communion was excellent. Thanks to everyone at Baer's!

    Great Designer help.Love my furniture. But delivery is taking forever. Bed needs to be changed on different wall when dresser arrived. Waiting patiently for blinds to be ordered.

    The delivery team was fantastic. I was kept apprised of the delivery time and got a warning 10 minutes prior to the arrival. A follow up service call was scheduled on the spot to take care of final details. I’m looking forward to taking delivery of additional custom made furniture. I’m being patient with the production times.

    The sales people were amazing! No high pressure tactics. The delivery crew was amazing! They were very helpful and even pointed out that something didn’t look quite right on 2 of the 6 pieces. It turns out that those 2 pieces were actually used furniture. Imagine picking out the highest quality sofa and love seat and the power controls have the finish rubbed off they have been used so much and there are 2 stains as well. Someone needs to look into what is going on at the warehouse maybe? The store manager Scott made good on it immediately.

    Once you buy your product, customer service is almost none existent. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls left and not returned. Products are good but service is poor once they have your money. I bought furniture only in stock then after payment I was told they didn't have chairs. I bought a desk on sale in stock but was told on delivery day I had already picked it up. I just flew in that day. Had to wait for another one to be ordered because they sold it to someone else! Two items damaged and had to be repaired and replaced. Once they have your money, their customer service is gone! ADDED COMMENTS: CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACTED ME AND MY ORDER IS COMPLETE. QUESTIONS ANSWERED. WISH THIS HAD HAPPENED EARLIER BUT AT LEAST I COULD COMMUNICATE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE NOW. THANK YOU.

    Home delivery was Great! The store shipping left something to be desired. First the salesman said there will be a waiting period for the items we bought and told us the expected date, we agreed to this. The store said the cabinet was in at the expected time frame(5/29/22), but the mirror wasn’t going to be there until 6/8/22, so we paid are balance. 6/10/22 I called to see if the mirror was in, they said the mirror was in and the cabinet and top was not. Now we needed to wait until 6/22/22 for delivery to the store, called on 6/22/22 and they seemed confused about the order. The delivery was 6/25/22, the delivery team was great.

    Had a wonderful furniture buying experience. From the moment I walked into the store and to the point of purchase transaction completion, our saleslady Gini Hanson was amazing. She knew exactly what we needed, showed me a few different options, advised me on the best one, answered all my questions, got furniture warranty and scheduled delivery, all in an hour. Gini was very efficient, extremely experienced and knowledgeable manner and a pleasure to deal with. The furniture was in stock and was delivered even earlier (!) than scheduled, well packaged and with no visible damage. The delivery guys did a great job assembling the furniture in a fast and efficient manner. I’m happy to report that Baer’s Furniture in Port Charlotte functions like a well oiled machine. Highly recommend!

    This was my first time shopping at Baer’s Furniture. It definitely will not be my last. Pam was our design consultant and she was amazing! Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for. I feel I made a new friend in Pam. I was back in the store today and made an unplanned purchase. Because I loved the items. Also have a new bedroom suite selected. Will be back to purchase. Delivery was seamless, on time, polite and called and text during the delivery for updates. I won’t shop for home furnishings anywhere else after this experience but Baer’s.

    My salesperson Pat Auxier was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and patient. The delivery team arrived earlier than scheduled which was awesome. The app given so I could track their progress was great. They were very professional and took great care when moving through the house to set up the furniture. Highly Recommend!

    Everyone we worked with during the purchase of our recliners was courteous, friendly and professional. Lynda showed us around the entire showroom and answered all our questions. We didn’t realize we actually were going to purchase that day but her soft sales approach sold us! We were able to select our delivery day and Baer’s sent a reminder the day before delivery with time frame. Delivery guys were on time and were a synchronized team. Put both chairs together and connected the power in know time at all. They picked up after themselves both inside and outside the house. Oh almost forgot… the chairs are so very comfy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    This store had exactly the right table, chairs & desk for my home. In addition to being beautiful, this furniture is excellent quality. My salesperson was professional, helpful, patient & fun to work with. Office staff are fabulous! Finally, the delivery team was amazing! On time, courteous & very efficient.
