I have ordered cakes from this DQ many times and they have all been great, but always plain white with minimal decoration. However, the last two times I received these beautiful cakes. I found out that Sarah is decorating these cakes because she enjoys it. Honestly, I am so blown away not only by this girls talent but also that she is willing to go above and beyond when it isn’t even asked of her. She was friendly and kind while taking my second cake order this month. In a time when people are doing the bare minimum, it was refreshing to see someone taking pride in their work and doing more than what was expected. I truly hope this DQ realizes what an amazing staff member they have with Sarah. I will be coming back for more cakes and will ask for her to decorate it each time.

Pretty good chili dogs, though way overpriced.... usually. It didn't help this time that the young lady put it in the bag sideways so everything slid down off the dog. I ordered onions and mustard. No onions on it and a thin, THIN line of mustard. The soda machine s.l.o.w.l.y gives half melted ice and the reataurant could use some cleaning, kind of gross. Then I was waiting for the restroom and as the person ahead came out, a worker went past me into the bathroom with a broom and broom tray. I thought I was about to get to use a clean bathroom, just a longer wait. When I went in, there was water splashed around on the floor and sink counter, and no sweeping had been done. Maybe it was her support broom..... it wasn't for cleaning.

Hard to mess up ice cream, but they managed. Their "staff" reinforces the thought that not every job should be forced to pay employees $15+ an hour. That crew? $2 would be generous.

We pulled up to the window and told the boy to hang on just a second(as we were still asking our two year old what flavor she wanted). About 5 seconds later the boy then slams open then door and stands right infront of the speaker and stares away from our vehicle with no explanation. Naturally we ask if he is going to take our order now. And he says yeah you got a problem with that? And looks away again. We replied No just wondering and then quickly ordered. The boy at the window Manuel was very nice. But the boy who took our order needs a very long lesson on customer service and basic decency.

I took my daughter here for dessert after her first father daughter dance. There were people hanging out front, not having anything to do with this establishment and taking up parking. Once entered, the floor was sticky and dirty littered with napkins, straw wrappers and other debris. The cashier was helpful and smiling but the guy that gave us our ice cream looked as if he could care less about anything. We also checked out the adjoining arcade and it was just as disgusting and sticky and dirty. Took my 6 year old back to sit on the tailgate of my truck because I didn't trust how clean the tables were after seeing the rest. This isn't my 1st time at this location but sure has going down hill since I was here about 6 years ago. Fix it please! For now I'll take the kids to the one in Swansboro.

My food was fresh.. the fries.. not so much. Not like fries.. lol kindof limp and definitely not hot. I got the grilled chicken and there was 4 pieces of chicken or nuggets. 4.. for $10! People were so nice though.. they made the fry issue right! I was told thats what you get in the neal. Mcdonalds nuggets are WAY bigger! Tasted good. Just "4".. for $10..They were nice as they were stressed because they were slammed and few workers there.

ive been coming here for years and it was always kinda hit or miss, but i just went thru the drive thru tonight and the person who took my order was so charming. absolutely RIZZED UP me and my mom, made us feel special for the night. thank you dairy queen drive thru guy

My Goddaughter had her third birthday here and it was horrible. No one helped sat up they said price was one but after the party it came out to be another the one girl came in the room and instead of walking over and speaking to my the parents she announced it to the whole room about how we can pay now the kids only got enough credits for one game. They didn't have plates for us to use they didn't have a knife for us to use to cut the cake (we got it elsewhere) nothing was included never again will we go there or to any other dairy queen for something like that. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! The food was ok

Maybe I am just lucky, but every time I come through the drive thru I am asked to pull up. I am always happy to do so because that means the freshest of the fresh. Keep up the great work!

What more do I need to say? Blizzard! This location is convenient to the beach and the dining room is open. We have found several DQ’s that have their dining rooms closed with only drive through available- and we can’t navigate the drive through in our RV! Walking up to the drive through is pretty inconvenient, appreciate that this location has both options.
