IHOP was our breakfast destination of choice this morning. We were seated right away, but the food was slow to come out of the kitchen. At least 15min elapsed before our orders, for 5 people, arrived. Eggs on 3 dishes were cold. Laura, a good waitress, happily brought out a new order...no fuss or questions asked. The Leche pancakes were good, but they did not look as good as the menu. Overall a pretty good meal, but pricey. By far the restrooms were the cleanest of any restaurant visited in 6 months. Great job!

I'm sitting here eating the senior breakfast and loving it. The only thing making it better is Susie and her sweet and happy nature. Way to go IHOP! We all need more Susie's!

Fairly slow Tuesday at 12:30-40 or so when I walked in. A server, Laura, asked if she could get me anything while I waited for my server. Yes, a cup of coffee, don't waste a whole pot, just a single cup, please. She brought a whole pot and said my server would be right here. Twenty minutes and coffee's gone, same server came to take my order! Another 30 minutes went by before my turkey sandwich showed up. I repeat... there aren't many people here and only two other tables in my section. I don't know what else she's doing, but sitting at other customer's tables to hang out with them is a waste of her other customers' time. I never did get my bill and had to go to the checkout without it. When I left, she tried to say someone else was my server. Sandwich is lightly toasted like I asked, but totally soggy on the bottom. Not worth $12 for this! Hash browns are barely toasted on top and not at all on the bottom. Service is SO inconsistent here. If you're lucky, you'll get one of the good ones - if not, plan on being here and undeserved.

Better than expected. Service started a bit iffy, where the waitress was a bit annoyed by our big table. After a while she was more cordial. Food was actually good, beyond my initial expectations.

Even though the staff was courteous, the service and food was severely lacking in any semblance of the quality that is expected from the typical IHOP experience. We had to wait twenty minutes for our food to come out. When the food finally came out, our dissatisfaction only grew. My sunny side up eggs had runny whites, my wife’s waffles were cold, all our drinks left empty for extended periods, and now I’ve been waiting ten minutes for the semi-existent waitress to come pick up my credit card. You’d be better served by going to McDonald’s and will have saved $30. The worst part of it all— the restaurant is practically empty. The lack of attentiveness and culinary professionalism is appalling.

Let me start by saying the place was hoppin' and it did take a while to get our food. However, our server kept the coffee coming and once the food arrived, it was definitely tasty! They did accidently bring me the wrong item, but fixed it rather quickly, so with that and the wait, I can't give em 5 stars.

Young lady that served us was really good and attentive. Place was clean and rest rooms were properly stocked. Will definitely visit again!

IHOP #3431 Check # 43817451 I suspect our waitress was having a difficult day because she didn't appear to be overly excited or glad to welcome us to your IHOP. Besides not remembering the complete order of our friend and had to be reminded that pancakes were part of his order, the lack of attention to our table was demonstrated by the fact our little coffee carafe emptied so quickly and she never came back to ask if we wanted a refill. The sting also was felt when we were both charged $3.19 for two itty bitty cups. Speaking of my entré, one strip of bacon could only have been 3/4" wide, greasy and flavorless. Eggs good. Waffles - ordinary. In my opinion, this restaurant needs to revisit basic customer service and food quality.

If I could give negative stars I would definitely do so. My son ordered eggs Benedict and it came out with hard eggs and gritty thick pastie sauce calling hollandaise would be an extreme stretch. So we politely brought it to the waiters attention and she gave attitude about took it back and you could hear the cook say the eggs are supposed to be hard and other not so nice things she brings out another order and the sauce is again gritty and thick we told her it tasted odd and she said ok brought us our bill and the eggs Benedict didn't even get discounted this was by far the worst service and food I have ever had at this establishment.
