Best team of dedicated medical professionals that I have ever met! Dr. Gropper is wonderful and caring. The rest of his team, from receptionists to assistants and techs are all extremely caring and informative. Lots of humanity. They are a prime example of what all medical offices should be like.

My first visit was a truly an experience. The staff was amazing. I came in for a consultation to see if I would be a candidate for Uterine Fibroid Embolization. Prior to this visit, hysterectomy was was lingering in my mind. After reviewing my medical history, I received an explanation of the pros of the UFE procedure versus Hysterectomy in my particular case and all my questions were thoroughly answered, allowing me to make an educated decision. I am so glad I came to Vivid Vascular.

It's been a year since I've had the Fibroid Embolization at Vivid Vascular, Dr.Groupper and staff is awesome! They made sure I was provided enough pain meds to be comfortable and pain free before and after the procedure. Dr.Groupper was very gentle and the staff treated me like family.

I was impressed that the doctor took some extra time explaining things although it was after hours and he had a busy schedule. His assistants were also very cordial and knowledgeable. I felt sincere concern and regard for what I am dealing with.

Everyone was absolutely lovely, professional, accommodating, and informative. Every single one of my questions were answered clearly and professionally. Dr. G actually sat down and explained every single step and informed me of the pros and cons of having the procedure done.

I cannot speak highly enough of both the staff and Dr. Gropper. From start to finish working with them was a pleasant experience, and they were incredibly helpful if I ever had any issues or questions.

I came to this clinic with no major issues and not knowing much. The team were very responsive and acknowledged everything I had questions about. The medical team and front of house were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for the nice service.

The staff and the doctor were very nice and the office was very clean. The long wait and scheduling non-flexibility for individuals that work long hours can be an inconvenience. The procedure for hemorrhoids management was costly and unfortunately I did not see any results.

The entire staff is pleasant, competent and professional. I wish more people were aware of the benefits of PAE as a superb alternative to the offerings of urologists.
