Perfect location. Beautiful building and our room had a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with breathtaking views of the water. Park, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Parking included with the room which was great since parking is expensive in Miami. Pool looked beautiful but we didn’t have time to use it during our stay.

The location is perfect. Restaurants, bars and shopping all within walking distance. Great view of the city or harbor. The only reason it didn't receive 5 star was the lack of communication with the staff. Due to weather conditions we arrive 3 hours later than expected. We checked in around 10:30 - 1100 pm. The establishment ask that you call if you're checking in after 9 pm. I called 4 times with messages, no reply from neither of the two numbers associated with this establishment. Three hours after checking in I received a no show email. The establishment took the full payment from my account before we checked in. I have never been charged a full amount before I check in, when the site clearly said you can pay when checking in. I clicked on that option. I would think twice before I stay in this establishment due to how this establishment handles business. The maids do a wonderful job. The pool is only open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, puts a cramp in coming back from shopping and wanting to take a dip in the pool.

Private residence room 1604-1desperately needs updating . The balcony door cannot be locked and is separated by a tarp and shared by the other unit. It is not worth over $100/night regardless of location. There are other places to stay in the neighboring area to consider before ever staying at Ayra. Also, I was not given the room I paid to stay. I should have received a deluxe room with a living room, etc, not a hotel type room. Seemingly entirely the fault of booking agent I was told; TBd. The room leaves a lot to be desired. Would not recommend to anyone. After 24 hours stay I realize I would not be provided housekeeping. Not a deal breaker as I am a very neat and clean person. However, providing 2 tiny soap at the begining of a 3 night stay is not suitable. There is nothing deluxe about this experience. Not even a box of tissue. Inexpensive furniture that looks cheap leaves you realizing that this is only about doing little if anything at all to make the guests comfortable. If you run into issues, the front desk tells you all they do is hand you the key. Don't ask us, you did not pay us is what you will hear. Free parking was part of my reservation, arrived and was told that was not the case. I cannot speak to the non private residence side of the business but be warned. Do not spend your money to stay at Ayra. Best to book a room at a reputable higher class of hotel. Would rate a 2-star for this "private residence Ayra hotel" (room).

We just got done staying in room 1605 - 2, the bed was like a rock, there was bugs smashed on the ceiling, the floor felt dirty so we wore socks in the room. The Balcony was separated by like a sheet like material - For it being in "private" I definitely expected the privacy that we did not get. The rooftop restaurant was closed. The staff was average never was greeted walking in or out. The elevator sounded like they had a person pulling the chains to make them move they were super loud. We definitely will not be staying again and would not recommend definitely not a 5 star. The only positive was the 8th floor swimming pool on the roof.

Not the cheapest, and you have to pay for parking (easy in/out with room key), BUT, Super location and staff is always very nice and friendly (stayed here twice in 2023). Only problem is the rooms are NOT sound proof at all. You can here people talking and walking in the corridors from inside the room.

Would not recommend. My family stayed in one of the private suites and booked through Agoda. I do not know if the owner together with Agoda is running a scam, but Agoda says I cancelled the booking while the property seems to have charged me some kind of no-show. My family most certainly stayed and we have photos to prove it. Agoda will not help me get a receipt and the property is impossible to contact. Unless either Agodo or the property resolves this, it gets 1 star, but should be zero stars. Also, need to mention that front desk staff that uses those of the hotel were very unfriendly.

This was an overall nice stay. Only complaint is that our room never got serviced the 2 nights when we were there, even when we hung the "please clean room" sign on our door. We were gone and busy all day so no time to call anyone to ask for fresh towels and such. Other than that, the views were spectacular, the room was pretty, you get a big glass of Voss Water! Beds were comfy, no bugs or anything. Would come back again. Thank you!

The room we got was very nice, but the location was the best thing about the place. It was located just 1 block from nice shops in Coconut Grove. A bonus was free parking.

Just amazing location for a get ready wedding day spot! I also noticed after that it was a nice spot for wedding as well. Brides book the suites with all around balcony

Even though arriving late the front desk staff was nice, she had a smile on her face and made my check in so easy. The room was spacious, had basic essentials to cook and the bay view room was worth the extra money.

What a stunning place to stay in Miami! Associated with Hotel by Arya but world's apart. You effectively rent a $1m apartment with a view of the bay, for a few hundred pounds per night. Parking is included and is excellent (just be sure to park in the Arya Hotel spaces). The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen - don't forget this is a full apartment and not just a random room in a hotel with a fridge. The staff are friendly, the pool and convenient and has a great view, and everything is top notch and clean. Highly recommend. Not sure why anyone would stay elsewhere if this is in price-range.
