Private
residence
room
1604-1desperately
needs
updating
.
The
balcony
door
cannot
be
locked
and
is
separated
by
a
tarp
and
shared
by
the
other
unit.
It
is
not
worth
over
$100/night
regardless
of
location.
There
are
other
places
to
stay
in
the
neighboring
area
to
consider
before
ever
staying
at
Ayra.
Also,
I
was
not
given
the
room
I
paid
to
stay.
I
should
have
received
a
deluxe
room
with
a
living
room,
etc,
not
a
hotel
type
room.
Seemingly
entirely
the
fault
of
booking
agent
I
was
told;
TBd.
The
room
leaves
a
lot
to
be
desired.
Would
not
recommend
to
anyone.
After
24
hours
stay
I
realize
I
would
not
be
provided
housekeeping.
Not
a
deal
breaker
as
I
am
a
very
neat
and
clean
person.
However,
providing
2
tiny
soap
at
the
begining
of
a
3
night
stay
is
not
suitable.
There
is
nothing
deluxe
about
this
experience.
Not
even
a
box
of
tissue.
Inexpensive
furniture
that
looks
cheap
leaves
you
realizing
that
this
is
only
about
doing
little
if
anything
at
all
to
make
the
guests
comfortable.
If
you
run
into
issues,
the
front
desk
tells
you
all
they
do
is
hand
you
the
key.
Don't
ask
us,
you
did
not
pay
us
is
what
you
will
hear.
Free
parking
was
part
of
my
reservation,
arrived
and
was
told
that
was
not
the
case.
I
cannot
speak
to
the
non
private
residence
side
of
the
business
but
be
warned.
Do
not
spend
your
money
to
stay
at
Ayra.
Best
to
book
a
room
at
a
reputable
higher
class
of
hotel.
Would
rate
a
2-star
for
this
"private
residence
Ayra
hotel"
(room).
