I order this constantly for a nice healthy lunch. It’s the kind of place where you have to just try everything because you can’t go wrong so far I’ve tried three different salads and they’ve all been phenomenal !!!

Came across this gem while waiting for school pickup near CCHS. Kiwano - such an unusual name but it is a fruit known as the horned melon. What a refreshing cafe...husband and wife team with their very first endeavor in the food industry. Swing, hit...HOME RUN!!! Their main purpose is healthy but with a good grasp of flavor and taste! The majority of items on the menu are hand and mind created by this duo. We tried a create your own salad (romaine, ground beef, red cabbage, carrots, cukes, corn, olives, feta with tahini ginger dressing) - very large salad enough for 2 meals), Birthday Cake smoothie and a Pitaya smoothie bowl ($40). Kids thoroughly enjoyed their smoothies (note - flower is beautiful touch to an eye catching pink dragon fruit smoothie bowl, but it is non-edible). Only suggestion was more fruit and granola for the amount smoothie in the bowl. I loved my salad - the home crafted dressing was definitely the star! Friendly staff and very knowledgeable about menu and ingredients. So ask if unsure what it is in their dressings - they will know! Thanks for a great first meal! We will definitely be going back to try their Jolene (as long as it comes with the song) and Miss Mac Salads.

Came here for a quick cup of coffee before my hair appointment. I ended up getting a croissant as well and oh my the croissant is one of the best, the coffee was amazing I loved the flavor. Excellent customer service.

Kiwano has the best salads and smoothies I’ve ever tasted! From the homemade dressings to the super fresh ingredients, the salads and smoothies we tried were absolutely delicious. The cashier told me that every salad is specifically made to balance out the ingredients and wow the ingredients in each salad are perfect and absolutely complement each other! I will definitely be returning!

Love this place! The environment is so happy and the food is so healthy! You feel good instantly as you see the fresh ingredients and feel the bright energy in the room! We also did a large group catering and our whole staff was pleased! The food was delicious and delivery was smooth. They color coded and labeled all 80plus salads! Thank you KIWANO!

The quality of the smoothies and smoothie bowls is better than any other smoothie place in Davie. Exceptional service, friendly, and delicious food. My daughter let go of her balloon in the store, and the owner got on a chair with a broom to save the day. Above and beyond customer service. Will definitely be back.

I was passing through the area and discovered this place. A true delight! Salads with flavors that taste like heaven! The service was quick and impeccable. I recommend to everyone, you will love it!

My salad was made using spoiled kale mixed in with fresh kale to cover it up, and also used old cucumber that’s are almost completely translucent from sitting in water. It poses a major food safety concern when you mixed spoiled ingredients with fresh ones, it contaminates the whole salad. This is really unfair to the customer who spends their money at your establishment. It’s not the customers fault that lack of management causes food to spoil. Spoiled foods should be discarded by law and not mixed in with fresh foods to cover expenses loses. Really disappointed because the salad LOOKed so good but clearly not safe to eat.

The most delicious and healthiest food. I pick up several times a week for dinners and lunches to make sure we get all the fuel and nutrition we need!!! The owners are lovely and the place is adorable.

My wife brought me a salad from here today (the jolene) and it was the best salad I ever had in my life. We eat a pretty clean diet and its so hard to find places that are clean ingredients and are actually mindful in what they put into foods. This place is by far amazing and definitely worth the price when you know exactly what's going into your food.

I've been meaning to try this place for awhile now and my only day to myself where i can get away is sunday and they are closed. Today the universe aligned and this place didn't disappoint. Both the individuals there were super nice, friendly and explained things to me to help me through the process. As I have a dairy and gluten intolerance and dont eat refined or added sugar. I literally drank my entire smoothie while deciding on my salad. My daughter and husband both loved their salad, lunchbox and smoothies too. 10/10 everything is so fresh and clean.
