Gigi sensed my apprehension of doing this for the first time and couldn't have been nicer or more informative. The whole process was handled very professionally from the first Contact with Gigi the follow-up with the very professionally minded Frank and and my contact with Dr Lopez. Highly recommend the company start with Gigi and you'll be on your way in no time a job well done I'm sorry I just realized I had to edit this to indicate both Cindy and Gigi helped me and they were both great.

Wasn’t really sure how to go about getting my card, but the team at Express helped walk me through the entire process. They don’t leave you hanging once you’re a patient either! The response time is so fast and just a text/call away

They are all clearly masters of superior customer service, which I deeply appreciate. Doctor Lopez is a wealth of information and provides expert information on all the dispensaries and their products. As a doctor myself, I appreciate all of the expert advice he provided me with my particular health situations that I'm dealing with. I like to work with the best and I'm getting the best from Dr. Lopez and his staff. I would not go anywhere else!

Kayla and Frank went out of their way to make sure and answer any and all of my questions and made the whole process very easy. It took me some time to finally be able to get this and Kayla stayed in touch with me the entire time. I would not recommend you go anywhere else because you won't find this level of customer service anywhere else.

Dr. Lopez and his team are superb. I could not ask for faster service, I swear. Lol love them! Highly recommend. Within a few hours, my prescription went in and was updated that quickly on a Friday. Do it! You won’t be disappointed!
