Have been a regular at Method Health for many years while I am trying to boost my immune system trying to fight my Lyme's and co-infections. The Vitamin C and the Immune Boost are the reason I can function while also being treated for Lyme's, it has made the difference between being able to work or not being able to function. The medical grade IV drip is the most beneficial adjunct to my Lyme's treatment. Super clean, relaxed & friendly. The whole staff is a pleasure to interact with on my regular 2 week visits. If you need IV fluids of any kind or B12 injections this place is absolutely AMAZING! I underwent a procedure on my stomach and was having a hard time keeping fluids down and was really dehydrated so my doctor recommended finding a place to get IV fluids when I came across Method Health. The staff was very friendly and welcoming I was able to call and get an appointment for IV fluids within the hour and had no wait time when I got there. The facility is super clean and modern and feels more like a day at the spa than anything else. The staff led me into a private room with two huge leather recliners that were super comfortable and started me on IV fluids. The room has a tv for watching Netflix and relaxing while you get your fluids and they come and check up on you and make sure your comfortable and feeling well. I've never received such service getting IV fluids it was great! They have a menu and do everything from regular IV fluids (like I was receiving) to IV fluids for hangovers and migraines and with B12 for extra energy and prices range depending on the service you receive. For a basic IV just to bring you back from dehydration cost $75 and they don't accept insurance. I had called Urgent Care in the morning and they made it impossible to come in for just IV fluids they wanted blood work done first and a referral and then to be examined by another doctor before getting the IV so this option was much quicker and so much more convenient than the hassle of dealing with Urgent Care especially when you are already so week from dehydration. Best $75 I spent it was relaxing and easy and in no time I was feeling much better! Highly recommend!

Wanted to wait a full year to write a review for Method. But seriously, didn’t need to wait as the results were obvious from the start and have only gotten better as the team at Method has fine tuned my program. The highlights: weight loss, especially losing fat around the stomach. Solid 5-7 hours of sleep...I haven’t had more than 3-5 hours since I was a child. Concentration and focus have definitely benefited. Workout recovery...very little post workout day after soreness. In general, at 55 years of age I feel amazing. Highly recommend the team at Method if you believe in proactive health solutions.

I may have overlooked Method as a "vanity health" provider had I not received a glowing recommendation from a friend who knew I was dealing with serious health issues. Thank goodness I took her referral seriously and you should take this referral seriously. I went through 3 hormone specialists, 2 primaries and 2 endocrinologists before Dr. Jakes and his staff at Method Health finally understood my ailments and set me on the road to wellness after years of uncertainty and feeling out of control. Method Health is in a class of patient care in a class all by itself, second to none. The attention to patient needs is so detailed, you will lament over how long you have been accepting so called "care" without the benefit of improving from other providers. Dr. Jakes' understanding of the body's complex systems and inter-connectivity will make you wish you had paid more attention in AP Chemistry. He's very good at identifying solutions that are not a one size fits all approach, quite conversely his treatment plans are very tailored. And Dr. Jakes is just the beginning. The amazing, attentive staff and beautiful, squeaky clean facility make you feel welcome and relaxed. Now that my major problems are resolved, I continue to engage Method Health for all of my health needs and will continue to do so.
