I have been trying to get medical records for my daughter since January. Every time we’ve spoken with them they promise to send records and then they never follow up. This has happened numerous times. It’s impossible to get through to anyone on their office line. They close their phone system from 11:45 to 1:30pm and even for urgent requests it drops your call. Do not do business with these guys, very poorly run and managed doctors office.

Dr.Garrote and Dr.Soto have been amazing towards our baby. They are both so friendly and informative and you can definitely feel their passion for pediatrics and their patience and willingness to answer questions is so appreciated. Honestly Gables Pediatrics has been great since our son was born and I would recommend all the doctors and the staff, they are so understanding even when you have a fussy baby.

There are both positive and negative aspects to this group of physicians. For the POSITIVE, there are a lot of reputable and kind doctors in this practice. For regular check ups, you get your doctor to see your child, and when sick you probably won’t get your doctor, but you do get an appointment on the date requested with the doctor on call or a NP. For the NEGATIVE aspects, when calling the phone service at non-office hours, for the last 3 times we have had to use this service, on different dates, we have NOT received a return call from the doctor on call, despite being told to wait for it. And for the last call, despite having a flu and strep throat diagnosis for a young child.

Dr. Garrote was awesome! It was our first time meeting her and our baby was having a hard time. She cried the entire appointment and despite this Dr. Garrote was so kind and so empathetic. We really enjoyed getting to meet her. We think she’s a great fit for our family. There was no wait time and the rest of the staff was also incredibly kind and considerate. We’re glad we chose Gables Pediatrics!

I arrived at the clinic with my son and daughter. The patients that day was my daughter. She needed her vaccination. We were in room D2 with Dr SOTO. There was 2 MAs (I don’t know their names) but the one with a tan and straight hair was the one that took my daughters vitals. A few moments later, I overheard the tan MA tell another lady that “I, as a mother I’m too dramatic and ridiculous and that I was very annoying” and the reason was, just because she saw me sanitize a few things. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed at the same time being talked about. I do not feel welcome anymore. All her comments were made in SPANISH, thinking I was not going to understand it. Incredible. Aside from that, I have to give props to the tattooed MA. She was constantly checking up on me and made me feel comfortable. But, back to that other MA…I would like to know who that is. She looked Latina (I’m not sure) I don’t want to be assisted by her again. She’s very unprofessional. I usually do not write reviews, but it’s sad that a nice pediatric reputation is destroyed by a single MA with no manners at all.

Dr. Saca is great! She is very caring and loving with the children. She definitely goes the extra mile to put her patients and parents at ease. Highly recommend!

We love our daughter’s pediatrician. Dr Garrote listens to you, talks to the parents with respect and kindness and our daughter doesn’t want any other doctors. She trusts her and has been going to Gables Pediatrics since she was two. They will always fit you in if you need them to.

Dr Garrote has an incredible bedside manor. She is patient, knowledgeable and made my tween feel very comfortable. She is a fantastic doctor!

Dr Saca is simply the best. She takes time to listen to patients and goes out of her way to help her patients however possible. I’m very grateful to have found her.
