I recently spent one night at iCoconutGrove and my stay was close to perfect. The room was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided and the amenities provided by hotel Arya were very nice. I wish I could have checked in a bit earlier than four, but I understand the need to be able to get the rooms cleaned and ready for incoming guests. The hotel staff was able to store my belongings until check in time, which was very nice.

We are staying at the Partial bay view studio at the iCoconut grove for 2 nights. Beautiful studio. After a long day at the everglades, it felt like we were pampered when we entered the studio. The sparkling wine was very welcoming. Very close to restaurants. Beautiful views. All in all, we highly recommend a stay here.

The room had a full kitchen, we didn't know so we didn't bring food or drinks. That would have been nice to know. The WIFI is terrible. The TV in the room is a smart TV but the WIFI is so bad, you cant watch a show in peace. There's no room service or housekeeping. our check in was at 4pm, we showed up a little early, they wouldn't allow us to check in even 5 mins early. These are rooms the hotel gave up, sold to someone, and they rent it out without any hotel amenities except the pool. As we leave I see a bottle of Hennessey in the housekeeping cart. Its also not by the beach, there's no beach in walking distance even though it seems that way. next time, Ill ask more questions instead of relying on Hotwire for Information.

It was an amazing getaway. We had a great time the room was perfect it was so clean with city view. I highly recommend it. Will definitely stay there again.

*This review is for the Airbnb unit 1512-1, parking, and pool only* We booked our stay here at 2889 McFarlane Road Unit 1512-1, Miami, FL 33133, United States through Airbnb which was easy and reasonably priced. They had a multi-level parking garage that was clearly marked. Check in was easy and occurred at the hotel front desk. The staff were friendly and provided clear instructions. The room was large as was the bathroom. The room had been nicely updated but the bathroom had only partially been updated. The room and bathroom with both clean although there was a gross spot on the sheets when we went to crawl into bed that night and we ended up ' sleeping on top of the comforter with the throw blanket which wasn’t bad as it was a little warm in the room. I reached out to the owner and they were quick to provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. The view from the room was stunning. We checked out the hotel pool which was on the 8th floor roof and it was clean, refreshing, and also had a great view of both Miami and the ocean. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. This area of Miami appeared very safe and we never felt uneasy. We just walked until we found a restaurant that smelled/looked good and then popped in to eat for both supper the night we checked in a breakfast the next morning. We only stayed 1 night but it was a nice romantic getaway. We could have stayed at a hotel cheaper but wanted this specific destination after seeing it on Airbnb.

Just got back from staying with iCoconutGrove Vacation Rentals, the hotel was in an awesome location, some of the very best restaurants in Coconut Grove are right outside the door. Ernesto was hard to reach by phone but very easy to reach by text. He went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were happy. The room was recently renovated, was clean with updated appliances and had some overall nice touches. The room we stayed in was on the small side and my wife packs way to much so the next time I would probably book a larger room. I believe this group renovates the rooms and provides better accommodations then you might receive directly at the hotel. The pool here was very relaxing with beautiful views and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this location again and stay in one of their larger rooms. You could not find a better location in my opinion in Coconut Grove.

The vacation rental at iCoconut Grove was everything we could have asked for! The location in Coconut Grove is excellent! Walking distance to shopping, groceries, and more. The room was clean and had everything we needed with very special touches! The amenities at the hotel were great too. The rooftop pool was lovely! The kitchen in our room had everything we needed. My only feedback might be to update the pans with scratches in them. Parking was super easy as well! I would highly recommend staying here!

The location and rooms are as advertised - clean and comfortable. But what sets this place apart is the staff. They are kind, helpful and always happy to help. Specifically, Ernesto went above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience during a challenging time. Thank you iCoconutGrove, especially to Ernesto!

Good location and friendly staff at check in. Ernesto was very responsive and helpful when needed. The room itself was acceptable. Nothing special, but served our purposes reasonably well. The gift card to Green Street was appreciated and the food, staff, and experience at the restaurant was wonderful. Only downside is Coconut Grove is a bustling, noisy, lively area (for good or ill). It can get obnoxiously loud even at 3am. While this is completely out of the control of the owners, it does detract from the otherwise pleasant experience.

Turned up 10 mins before they closed. They still cooked us some food. Great burger. Nice cocktail. Staff very friendly. Would definetely visit again

Great hotel and great location if your looking for relaxing with a mix of nightlife. Cocowalk is a 2 minute walk.

We loved this property! My boyfriend and I decided to take a self-care/relax vacay and we couldn't have picked a better spot. All of our needs were tended to, whether it was extra materials in the room, questions that we had before hand or just being helpful to us throughout the experience overall. Wifi was easy to use and set up, we utilized the kitchen to it's fullest capacity and the materials needed were all provided prior and during our stay, extra towels and rags were provided, along with washing supplies so we didn't have to put money out to wash our items. Ernesto (Rental Manager) was incredibly accommodating and nice throughout the duration of our stay. We absolutely plan on staying here again for our trip next year! Thank you Ernesto for making our trip so worth while!

I stayed here because I had surgery and everything was great the unit was extremely clean my room was spotless they had water in the room for us as well the beds and pillows where comfortable the manger Ernesto and the staff where awesome 5/5 stars I will stay here again

Amazing romantic getaway with my wife! Great area, amazing rooms, complimentary champagne upon check-in. Pool area was so relaxing, with the views of the bay. Shout out to Ernesto, answered at any time when we had questions, had some trouble connecting the TV to wi-fi and solved it within minutes! Thank You Ernesto and iCoconutGrove, we will be back!

iCoconutgrove was an amazing experience! For work, I need to travel during the weekdays and this is the perfect location. Nearby all my work sites, and upon my return I can sip on some champagne with the wonderful views, and soak in some sun by the rooftop pool. Ernesto, was just the cherry on top. he recommended these wonderful restaurants nearby, GreenStreet and Lulu (Big fan of the Lamb burger FYI), answered all my questions at all times, and made me feel right at home! Thank You for everything! This is my top choice for any work related business and hopefully some leisure :)

Location and room was awesome...they had it all setup...extra towels, champagne, washer/dryer in room...wifi worked great and parking was a breeze...The only thing is cleaning wasn't superb but doable...I purchased wipes on my own so I was able to do some wiping...But Housekeepers should probably pay more attention to the cleaning because it is a nice room...

This is by far, the best vacation rental I have ever had. Ernesto has made sure my guest and I had an amazing stay. From the booking, to the surprise balloons, champagne, to the gift cards to LuLu in the Grove and Greenstreet cafe, it has all been wonderful. Ernesto has made this vacation for my birthday a stay to never forget. I highly recommend this vacation rental and I will definitely be coming back!
