!
I
came
here
on
October
19
and
ordered
the
mahi
tacos.
The
first
time
I
visited
this
place
I
loved
the
tacos.
This
second
time
I
placed
an
order
for
takeout
and
by
the
time
I
got
home
and
started
eating,
I
realized
I
was
served
spoiled
fish.
Being
nice,
I
came
in
and
only
requested
a
refund.
I
stood
waiting
for
over
45
minutes
because
I
was
told
that
the
refund
couldn’t
be
done
from
the
workers
end
because
they
don’t
have
authorization
and
that
the
manager
who
wasn’t
present
is
trying
to
do
it
through
his
phone.
I
left
without
my
refund
because
the
server
assured
me
it
would
be
done
and
that
they
didn’t
want
to
keep
me
waiting.
The
next
day,
I
called
back
to
check
in
and
see
if
this
refund
was
done.
Of
course
the
person
I
spoke
with
took
my
name
and
number
and
said
she
would
speak
with
the
manager
and
call
me
back
the
same
day.
Nobody
called
me
back.
5
days
later,
I
call
to
speak
with
the
Manager
after
I
checked
my
account
and
saw
I
was
still
charged
the
full
amount.
Reasonably
upset,
I
explained
to
him
what
was
going
on
and
all
he
said
to
me
is
that
he
can
take
my
name
and
number
and
call
me
back.
I
told
him
that
I
keep
getting
told
this,
and
I
was
assured
by
the
server
that
she
spoke
with
him
already
and
that
he
said
he
was
doing
it
from
his
phone.
He
had
no
knowledge
of
this
as
per
his
words.
I
told
him
I
could
either
come
there
and
get
my
refund,
or
post
this
review.
This
man
had
the
audacity
to
tell
me
that
he’s
trying
to
do
me
a
favor
and
that
if
I
don’t
provide
my
name
and
number
so
he
can
help
me
that
he’d
just
hang
up
the
phone.
Amazing
how
an
establishment
is
so
quick
to
take
your
money
and
give
you
food
poisoning
but
doesn’t
give
anybody
so
called
authorization
to
offer
a
refund.
Very
rude,
very
greedy
and
unsafe
establishment.
