I’ve come to this location often and have mentioned quite a few times how expensive it has gotten for the food they’re serving, but tonight was the first time I’ve said I won’t come back. I understand companies are trying to make money and prices on menu items have increased. I get that. BUT, soda (lemonade) is one of the cheapest items a restaurant pays for and makes the most profit on. To have a chain restaurant like this start to charge for refills, when they’re already charging almost $4.00 for one, is absolutely ridiculous! There’s no need. Also, IF, this is a new policy and someone orders a refill, the server should make the patron aware of the new charge and allow them to make the decision whether or not they want to order it. Not surprise them with the bill and then when questioned about the charge, say “oh yeah, it’s a new policy”. Do better Outback.

Really good service. The price is ok and the new piña koala drink was the bomb. Decent lunch specials too. NOT vegetarian or vegan friendly but it is a steakhouse so it's expected. But if vegetarian, you can have finger food. Pescatarians also have options

The meat here is delicious and well done. I like the attention and the offer.

Great experience at outback steakhouse tonight. The food was delicious cooked to perfection. The steak was tender moist and well seasoned. Our server Jeremiah was only five days in training and could not have been more fantastic. One of the best experiences I have had at an Outback in years.

I dined in yesterday with Layla and she was a really nice and friendly server. She quickly brought us bread and answered our questions about the menu politely! Thank you for the service! Cooks also cook phenomenally, our steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I. Promised to submit the review today as I didn’t know my google account information! Hope you see this! I was super impressed with the service, restaurant and food while having lunch this afternoon with my son. Our server Rusty was super attentive and recommended the perfect dish for the two of us to share on our “mommy&son lunch date” . The Alice’s chicken and 8oz sirloin was absolutely delicious. It came out hot, juicy and fast! I would highly recommend. We will be coming back!

Always a great go to for a good meal without breaking the bank. Part of the reason wecome often is for the waitress Layla. Super attentive and great detail to our needs. Thanks for awesome service Layla!

My husband and I were craving some steak and mash and our cravings were more than satisfied! The service was exceptional. Layla M. was very attentive and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

My family and I are new to the area and have been in search of some delicious food and great service to become a weekend staple for us and by golly I think we’ve found it. We have never experienced service like we did with Rusty being our server. He recommended the best food to us, made sure we were well attended to and had the best personality. Make sure next time you go, you ask for Rusty as my family and I will continue to do so too!!

Came in for the first time and it was awesome. My server Rusty was so personable and answered all the questions I had about my dietary restrictions. Along with that he was funny and made me feel super comfortable. The food was great, as were the drinks. But I just can’t get enough of the service!

I live in The Falls neighborhood and have seen this Outback location go downhill. Went with my son last night and the place looks so dated. The place looks like an old Waffle House. He ordered a steak to be cooked medium and was well done. They ran out of lemonade and when I asked for an Old Fashioned being promoted in the menu they were also out. Really? No wonder this place was fairly empty while the Longhorn across the street had a waiting line. Sorry but I will not visit again unless it undergoes renovations.

Always a pleasure visiting this establishment with my family. Had another great experience with their friendly and courteous staff and received exceptional service from Rusty Tapanes, even tolerating my very picky eaters with a smile! The food was hot and plentiful and cooked to perfection. Will be back again soon.

This is such a great Outback location. I have been coming to this location for awhile now! The food is always hot and fresh. Never have had an issue. Also, love the new up-to-date renovations they have done. Sad to see the TV in the center of the bar gone, however. Thankfully Patty, the bar tender, is so personable - along with the rest of the staff.

I ordered curbside in order to have limited interactions. The waiter comes first to bring the receipt and to “ let me know they know I’m here” whatever. Then he brings the order out 1 min later… but without the drink because they don’t have it available🤦‍♀️. So for the 3rd and final visit my drink. I might as well go in and sit down and eat inside the restaurant. I ordered a steak and sweet potatoes. The steak was cooked well but absolutely no flavor- no salt no pepper nothing, not a piece of butter NOTHING. The sweet potatoe were mostly burnt. I asked to be provided toppings for it and got nothing. The fruit punch was colored water. This Outback visits saving grace - the kookaburra wings. The wings are always really good…I had to go home and try and revamp the steak because I didn’t want to drive all the way back to request a refund. This order definitely would have been sent back had I been dining in.

Wow! This place has really gone down hill in recent years. The inside looks more like a diner. No hand soap in the restrooms ("where employees must wash hands before returning to work"). As far as the food, it was nothing special and our appetizer arrived after the main course. I cannot see this location being open much longer given the better alternatives in the area.

Chris is an amazing server. He made me feel as though I was dining at an high end, members only style eatery. Believe me when I say you want people like him to be the face of the restaurant and other servers should be modeled after him.

Good parking and not too busy. The food and drinks were good. Lots of options. The staff is very nice. The fried shrimps, cheese dip, and fried ribs are my favorite.

The whole place smelled weird as soon as we walked in. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Both hand sanitizer stations were empty. Our server was nice but she didn't seem to take the time at each table to care much for thr customer. She'd eas extremely quick to come and go, even thought there were only 4 tables that people were at. The cooks and employees were in the back yelling and being loud. Good food. But won't go back

To my surprise this Gem is right in my backyard. The bartender Ron was great. He made my a sweet drink, and took care of us at the bar. He really handles the bar section with ease. Our food came out hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the ambiance it gave. I'm glad not man people where there, It gave me time to enjoy the restaurant.

Terrible place! No online reservations! We call and they say 7 pm. We show up at 6:50 pm. They text us saying that our seat is being cleaned which the time is 7:10 pm. I walk up to the counter to ask how much longer and they say maybe 20 more minutes. Of course, I ask about the text message. The receptionist says that it’s a stupid text and the kitchen is super delayed… great so no one knows what they are doing. Funny part. We just now received a at 7:30 pm… see the receptionists to be seated from 7:45 to 7:55 pm. Glad we did not wait. At another restaurant and already served our appetizer. What a joke! Please upgrade your resturant to have a chance at not going out of business in 2022.

Came in yesterday with my wife for some dinner and we were greeted and seated fairly quickly. Carlos was our sever and gave us a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable on their wine list and suggested a fine choice. The bloom was perfect and we enjoyed the rest of our meal with nothing to ask for because we had it all. Would recommend to come in.

Layla was our server. We have been there many times , and she have been our server a couple times.Extremely polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. She has other tables but never failed to make sure we didn’t need anything. This time our steak was not cooked the way we wanted it , Layla got her manager Kathy and she took care of this issue right away. Very friendly staff, and will surely recommend this place.

One of my favorite Outback locations. My porterhouse was cooked perfectly and my waiter was super on top of it. It is always great when your server is proactive about keeping drinks filled and making sure I'm happy with my food. Carlos was nice, helpful, and clearly knew his stuff. Definitely would recommend this location. Food was incredible and service was amazing

I’ve never been to this location and I must say I will start coming for my lunch break more often. Michelle the bartender was amazing!! Supper attentive, Fast and genuinely sweet! And she was by herself!!! She was holding down the bar and the guests sitting at the tables by the bar. I was shocked at how awesome she was. Truly 5 star quality! Def recommend coming here.

I enjoy dining at this outback. They have wonderful servers and bartenders. David Matherly is amazing, very attentive, helpful, and has a great attitude.

I ordered for pick up a meal on Jan. 1st. I ordered a steak, baked potato, mushrooms, a Ceasar salad and an order of your onions. Starting with the onions they were so salty you couldn’t eat them, the steak I think it was called a Ribeye was greasy and all pieces of fat cooked as a steak, the mushrooms tasted like the ones in a bottle, the salad was kind of old and I was charged $39. I tipped the person that brought me the food $10.. Nice person. I think if you didn’t have a chef or cook in the kitchen you should have said so. I was the first customer for the New Year, take the time to find a cook and decent food. And that’s the impression that I got of your restaurant on the First of the year.

My server was awesome unfortunately i cant remember her name i had the blooming shrimp and they were way too salty.. phew and i love salt. My margarita was great and the baked potato was good but that breading for the blooming shrimp was not good at all.

Exceptional service! Our waiter David Matherly was truly a gem. Didn’t matter how many times we called him to the table for the simplest thing he always delivered with a smile. Food was great, timing of delivery of food was quick. And of course the service- I will definitely be coming back for more. David’s attention to detail is by far the best we have had ever. Thank you outback for an amazing experience.
