Good food but the service was a little off they give you attitude if you don’t know what to order

One of the people at the front treated us rudely when we asked for 4 identical croissant sandwich’s and she said, “I’m sorry, but this isn’t Burger King”. We can’t do that”. She compared the place to Burger King, which was across the street from where we were. The nerve of that women! She should get fired. And she wouldn’t hold our order so I can get my money from my house.

Really Bad service making fun of the customers on the window for making a simple mistake calling me stupid. I’m sure they gave me fake names but apparently it was Ashley and Vicky. At least let the customer leave the drive-through window to talk bad about them. Not only that they added a lot of sugar to my drink when I specifically asked for no sugar. I have a surgery that I’m not allowed to intake sugar makes me feel bad if I do maybe if they would’ve paid attention they would’ve gotten the order right.guess what they gave me the wrong name unfortunately Liliana forgot that she had given me the receipt for Dunkin’ and has her cashiers name written on top with her employee ID what a smart one. Not only that when I call apparently they continue lying and saying that they are using another employee ID to take orders when the employee is no longer working there. Someone has to check these little girls with the constant lying. I’m a manger and with everything I have heard. These girls are a disaster waiting to happen.

Worst service ever. 2’oclock coffe break today This gent cashier received the exact amount 20.41 for a $3.41 coffee and for him to return change $17.00 in whole amount. The man dropped 0.10 cents and return my change $16.90 without telling me anything except that he could not retrieve the coin and that he should charge me for the missing coin HE DROPPED. I asked him what gives him the right to dispose of my money without my consent and decided that I did not want to drink coffee anymore and return my original $20:41. As…..e

20 minutes to get an Americano and bottled water through the drive thru. I get the person ahead might've had a bigger order, but that's when you pull them ahead to not backup the whole line. This man will not be running on Dunkin anymore!

Had not been here ever I’m usually at 🌟 bucks … young lady Irene was super friendly and courteous. Thought I would share this it being so early to see an employee that is not grumpy in the early morning is a huge plus.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! Worse Customer Service EVERRR! I drove up to the drive through and asked for a dozen donuts, the girl at the drive through advised she would check which ones were available. I stated to her that I would go inside incase I wanted something else and she said that was ok. When I arrived at the door at 8:48 PM it was locked, so I knocked. There was a girl mopping and an older lady at the cash register who kept ignoring the fact that I was at the door. The door has a sticker which provides the store hours, on Friday it said it was open till 10 PM. I continued to knock and they would not open the door, I stood outside for 5 minutes before the girl opened the door and said that she couldn't let me in because she was mopping, however, she let 2 male customers in without a problem. I told her that I had told the girl at the drive through I was coming in to the store, she continued to tell me no, at the same time the older lady at the cash register was telling her in spanish "who cares close the door on her, close the door on her!". When I saw this unprofessional behavior I asked the girl at the door to provide me with both their names and she refused, at that moment she let me in. I went to the cash register where the older lady was and I said "you guys are still open, its not even 9 PM" and she replied "I don't care, on fridays we close early" I asked her for her name and she refused, I asked to speak to a manager and she refused. She was so nasty and both girls, the one mopping and the one at the drive through with glass were laughing. NONE of them had they're name tags showing, it was covered with sweaters. When the older lady was being so rude, I took a picture of her to be able to report her to management, at that time she began screaming "CALL THE COPS ON HER SHE TOOK A PICTURE OF ME! CALL THE COPS ON HER!!!!". I told her "I am going to report you to your manager" and left, they continued to laugh. I reached out to the General Manager and told him what occurred and also provided the employees picture. Please stay away from this location AND this employee

Walked in no one else in the store 3 service persons working. Waited over 5 minutes. Ordered 3 drinks 1 muffin 1 donut, asked that the muffin be warmed 3x. Got 2 coffee drinks and the muffin. Had to ask again to have muffin heated again. Sat down to wait. Did not get donut or cold coffee drink until I went back up and asked for it. Tried to get one of the 3 employees attention-was totally ignored. I'm very tall so the argument that she did not see me is void. Don't understand this! 2 of 3 employees were working hard.

I have a closer dunkin near my house and still choose to travel to this one. Morning staff is great.

This review is for those coffee hunters in the after hours (11pm to 3am). This Dunkin (by Town & Country) has a sweet older lady that makes great coffee and provides great service. She is the night shift lady. However she's training some new lady that makes horrible lattes. It's so bad, that we had to return a coffee twice...in row. The older lady saved the night, made a 3rd one and it was really good. Worst is that the new lady didn't want to help us anymore. She was angry even though she literally messed up twice (latte was literally missing coffee...). I will be avoiding this place when she's the one handling the coffee machines.

I read a lot of angry comments about this place. Many of them do not coincide with reality. No one is lazy here, all the employees work and serve customers both in the building and in the car. The order is taken and prepared very quickly, the employees are polite, no one is rude. All workers wear uniforms, girls' hair is pulled back, everyone wears caps. No one puts on donuts with their bare hands. Everyone uses napkins. The atmosphere is good 👍🏻 I ordered hot chocolate and an avocado sandwich. Very tasty, I liked everything 😁

This was my first stop after bloodwork before heading home this morning. Love their coffee, it renews my soul and helps me wake up and energize me for the rest of the day! 😃 This is a great location on Kendall Drive next to the FL Turnpike. So, if you’re traveling get off on Kendall Drive (SW 88 Street) grab your “Cup of Joe” ☕️ and a donut 🍩 or a bagel 🥯 and hop right back on! You can eat inside or place your order on the drive-through. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and the best part…they’re open 24 hours! Can’t get any better than that! You’re welcome! 😃 Highly recommend.

My intention was to sit down and do a little work while I drank my coffee. The place was clean, and the crew was very nice. But there was an out of tune, fuzzy radio station blaring on the speakers. I asked the manager to fix it or turn it down and she apologized and said she couldn’t; that she had no access to it. I had to leave.

Unlike most Dunkin's the staff here is efficient. The food is done well and served up within a reasonable time period. But no-one looks at you. I usually place my order on the app. I come inside, and not one person will acknowledge that I walked up to the counter. So, I sift through the bags, find the ones with my name on it, and go. Dunkin' has been around way before Starbucks and Panera, but it would do them good to learn some of their customer service tips and doings. But, hey, nothing better than a dunkin' cup of coffee :)

Very clean and organized store. the coffee test fantastic, but they don't speak ingles. It is fine by me because I speak Spanish the real problem is the attitude of the cashier, I ask Spanish for some items and she says we don't have it but I could see it behind her.

My order is always prepared fast and accurately. The staff are also very polite and friendly, I almost always get a good morning and smile at the window.

I have stopped going to DD because their service and quality of food has gone soo bad!! BUT... this location actually reminded me why I liked DD. Employees are nice and looked interested in what they're doing and trying to do their job the best they can, and they are doing GREAT!! Thank you, really, thank you for your decent, great customer service and the food was made right, with care, and good quality standards. Seems pretty basic, but trust me, every other location have zero people skills, horrible service, and the serve the food as if they're throwing out garbage. THANK YOU! keep up the good work!

Order placed was wrong even though the order recent clearly has the correct order details. Tried contacting store however multiple phone calls during open hours went unanswered.

Super disappointing experience. I came in for a iced chai latte (which I always get) and they gave me matcha (which is green) — I told them this is not my drink and then they gave me just a cold brew…again I said this is not my drink and the lady proceeded to tell me she doesn’t know what a chai latte is and they’re too busy to figure it. I was shocked and disappointed paying for something I never got.

I had to go inside because no one was tending the drive-thru. When I went inside, there was a school-age child about 5-6 years old. He was playing in the back room and kept coming out into the food area. They took long to tend to me, and then to give me my food. One of the ladies working did not seem to know how to work the register or tend to the customers.

Very pleasantly surprised with the service. They had a malfunction where the screens were not showing all of the items on the orders but our attendant at the window advised us of the issue and apologized. Of course we did not have any issue what so ever. They were great and the food was hot. The drinks were perfect as well.

Early morning Dunkin run. Drive through for a cold brew and service was fast and friendly. Great place to hit before jumping on the turnpike.

Upon arriving i thought the whole city of Miami was at Dunkin but after waiting only 4 minutes to get to the order screen i thought dang these people are faster than chick fil a! Donuts tasted fresh too thanks!

I'm sure they have coffee, but after 7:00pm there's no donuts left. I've driven the distance just to go get donuts and they never have any. I've always gone in the afternoon or evening. I asked for chocolate they say they have none.. I asked for sprinkles they have none... I've gone over six time for donuts and always leave empty-handed after making the drive-thru line.

Amazing staff, never more than 2-3 people and yet the drive-thru line keeps moving fairly quickly. We ordered 4 drinks and it was about 5 minutes total wait. They were delicious and why I visit regularly. Keep up the good work!
