I usually don't go to McDonald's anymore, but I was in the mood for French fries, and it was around 10:00 p.m. usually around 10:00 p.m., many McDonald's have their french fries sitting in a warmer, and they're all stale and getting hard, they're not fresh out of the fryer. Not at all. And so I was pleasantly surprised, when I ordered two large french fries and they came out fresh from the fryer! They were very tasty, very well salted, and the gentleman that was taking the order and also took my money, was very professional and friendly. I do want to warn you though, that the price of food is getting extremely high, just open your bibles, Bible prophecies is unfolding right before our very eyes. This is just the beginning. Anyhow, for two large french fry's, I paid nearly $8. It was $7 and 87 cents or something like that❗

It's not the best McDonald. I don't know why they installed two drive thru lanes. One of them is always closed even if line goes around the corner. Also very slow.

If I could give zero stars for the food, I would. They had us wait in the curbside pick up lane. We were expecting our food to be warm, Since we waited a bit. The fries were cold, the bread felt old, and the meat was beyond dry. Almost as if it was re-cooked a few times. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard . And the McChicken had a smell of weird mayo. Needless to say I did not finish any of it. I wouldn't recommend this location at all!

7/19/2022 Charging 30 cents for cup of water, drive thru super slow and the wifi is horrible. Forgot kid's meal drink no sauces for the nuggets. Chicken nuggets weren't fresh. Skip this location if you can. 🙄

Service was horrendous at 8 at night, took over 15 minutes to get a McFlurry. It's very obvious they are understaffed and they have those kids running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

The service here is horrible. I have gone to this McDonald's since I was in elementary school minutes away. The service and quality have gone down incredibly. I always order the two cheeseburger meal upgraded to large. The bread always tastes old and stiff. When I go through drive-thru they always forget to give me something. Coupons are always an issue and they never work and I end up having to pay full price. So sad to see what's happened over the years.

I've been to worst places but this place definitely is one of them. If you can go to a different Taco Bell that would be better.

Restaurant like location, speedy service and yaaassss... I tried the new international items OMG* they are as yummy and unique as advertized.

Nice place across from tropical Park to relax and have a drink or snack.

I was told by the person at the drive through that she asked if she could help and since I didn't respond that I now had to wait. It was so rudely said that another person heard it and said he was speechless by the response. I've experienced such rude behavior in a McDonald's before.

This McDonald’s is pretty good. It’s a hit or miss but for the most part they do good.

I’m so disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. All I wanted was to enjoy my ice cream cone and I ended up having ants or a bug inside the cone. The service and quality is a zero. I’m never coming coming back here again.

Great staff ruined by strict corp rules and no exceptions. If you bring cash here expect to wait a bit longer. I feel bad for the staff getting berated by people who don't understand why they have to use the kiosk machine instead of ordering at the counter.

Every time I ask a question they don't know the answer, you ask for a receipt they can't find it, so you can claim the reward points because you dont know the order number which is in the receipt only

Never gives me the right food

Employees aren't friendly and to busy talking and using cellphones. Im an ex mystery shopper and what I witnessed I would have add it to my report. Cellphones are a no no.

They don't use the right buns for the filet o fish and they don't give you a receipt. When I ask at the second window, they can never find it. Been upcharged incorrectly here too. It's the law to give a receipt when money exchanges hands!

Saturday 2/4 at 2PM I asked the window attendant if sure the fish sandwich I added when I paid was in the bag. With an attitude he basically shut the window and said Si. BS!! Got home to find it was not in the bag. I'd go back it I weren't 15 minutes away. Total indifference.

place is clean. food as expected. the girl behind the counter wasa total space cadet. upgraded me without asking then forgot to give me my change. tremendo satelite.

Very clean. Drive thru has reasonable wait time. Staff is EXTRA friendly. Thank you!

The food was good and I didn't have to wait for long to get it.

Manager was crazy Tina was her name I went to try the new chicken whopper I asked for 2 toys only And she said NO I HAD TO BUY A HAPPY TO GET A TOY Which is BS. trying to bribe me buy a happy meal I can sell u a toy This was the drive thru around 11pm 1120 Crazy thinking I was going be scam

Nuggets were old and cardboard. Multiple things missing from our order, makes since given how many 15 year olds are working there. No one to take orders inside. Most dysfunctional McDonald's I've ever been to and that's really saying something

The drive thru here is soooo soooo slow. Come twice a week and spend 10 mins waiting between ordering and pickup. Today I spent 20 mins between ordering and pick. And that doesn't include the time I spent waiting before ordering.

If you come here after 11pm you’ll most likely wait at least 15-20 in the drive thru line. This is everyday. McDonalds obviously doesn’t care it’s been like this for years even before they renovated this location.
