Great sports bar in the heart of south Miami, and the food and drinks are on point. Many TVs and the staff is friendly.

Sports Grill on Sunset is a Miami local spot and very popular for good reason. Their wings are the best and is my go to wing spot. Any real Miamian will know about Sports Grill. It’s a classic spot and you can’t wrong if you decide to order takeout (photos below) or eat in the restaurant. Usually when you order for takeout, the order takes 20-25 minutes to be ready and you’re out the restaurant within five minutes. The interior of a restaurant gives you a sports vibe, so if you want to go watch the Dolphins finish 8-8 on the season on Sundays, the Hurricanes on Saturdays, or any type of sporting event, Sports Grill is the ideal place for that. The food is great, the wings are amazing. They have a 5, 10, and 20 option for wings at reasonable prices and I believe they offer a some sort of catering for events. The best wings are the famous special grilled, BBQ, Dale, and Miami Heat. The Dale and Miami Heat wings are on the hotter side FYI. The waffle fries are always pair well with the wings and it’s a must buy. With that being said, you can never wrong with Sports Grill because you’ll end up full and with some sort of sauce all over your hands and face.

Great place for wings, ribs, and drinks. Easy to watch sports games as there are TVs everywhere. There’s a bar inside and seating outside as well. The 4-star is because the parking lot is small. I had the grilled shrimp wrap and it was surprisingly good! Husband had the impossible burger and it was great, my son had the Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was huge and delish. They provide sauces as needed for any dish. Great for kids, casual, families, easy quick night out. Really good and will be back!

Updating from a few years back....always excellent. Service this evening was fantastic with an engaging server who knew her product and offered relevant suggestions. Final assessment: hands down, the best place for Wings in Miami! Another throw back that continues to deliver...love this local bar with some of the BEST wings in Miami. Order the selects! You will not find better flavor in wings ANYWHERE! Also has solid wait staff handling your requests. Has also handled COVID challenges well with call ahead take out, efficient operation.

The food was like always, delicious. The Waiter was kind but the waiting time was slow. We ordered waffle fries and as my mom calls them, "special sports grill wings."I love this place and it will always have a special place in my heart. I give this place... 5 stars!

Service was terrible. Food was terrible. Definitely not the sports grill we grew up going to. Food took about 1 hour to get to us. Parties with more people than us sat ate and left before we did. We’re promised a 30% discount and 4 dollars off of 78. So it was more of a 4% discount. Overall terrible. Probably not going back again. Seems like maybe new ownership or management whatever the case may be, sports grill needs help.

I ordered to go. Some of my order was missing, including 5 of my 10 wings and toppings on my fries I was charged for but didn't get. I didn't notice until I got home. I called and they refunded me the missing items with no problem. I was happy, and the rest of the food was delicious!! I will go back

We love Sports Grill. The wings are absolutely the best in town! Sliders and french fries are amazing! They also have a good beer selection..

Emily was awesome during our night out! An amazing bartender and serve, very attentive to everything and anything we needed, including some extra sauce! :)

Very disappointed!! I jus ordered a Rodeo Burger and paid the extra for the double meat, but only received one! Also, ordered the special grilled wings with ranch, .. but didn’t receive the ranch, witch is not a big deal however, the wings were too dry.

If you drive down the road 5 more minutes to the left you will find a McDonald’s & I’m almost 100% sure you will enjoy that more. My family and I have been coming here since I can remember. The quality and the lack of customer service makes me feel ashamed that I have wasted my money here trying to give them a chance. If you have the time to check out the reviews you have time to choose a different restaurant.

Decided to try out this spot again and it did not disappoint! The special grilled wings always hit and their chipotle mayo sauce is so good. Emily was super attentive and did an awesome job

We love Sports Grill wings. We were in the neighborhood and after some fasting for some blood work stopped in to devour some wings and a patty melt. This restaurant has the best Patty Melt in Miami. The service is always good and the food is made to order and always taste great. This place never gets the credit it deserves.

I have been coming here for years. The food is great but the service is even better, specifically from Emily. She always gives the best service to my family and I. Always making sure our orders are correct and everything always comes out perfectly. A huge shoutout to her!

I have been going here for years. Recently the quality in the food has gone down and the prices up. We ordered the special grill and they were burned. We also ordered the lemon pepper and it was super greasy. The waitress took our order and we never saw her again. She had shoulder length black hair. There was another waitress that was very attentive and we were grateful for that. This place isn’t what it used to be. 😞

I ordered 20 special grill, full order of fries and large coleslaw. I saw menu had selection of either half or full order fries. I should have been charged small because OMG fries box was big but fries maybe less than 1/4 of box. I would hate to see what half order looks like. Possibly only 10 pieces. That is pitiful. Charged me $6 plus tax for tiniest portion In my life. I believe that’s one potato for huge box. Cole slaw, I got large but it was two bites worth. I understand company is trying to make $ but come on that was over charge for quantity received. Well $65 was for 4 people but each had 5 pieces of fries and 2 didn’t not get any bite of slaw. Sports grill chicken wings used to be bigger now smaller. At lease if wings got smaller, make up on sides instead of tinier

This place is usually great, but yesterday wasn't. We waited at the door to be sat, and a bartender told us to sit whenever we wanted, we picked a table, and the server told us it was close and to move somewhere else! We went to another table, and the server wanted us to sit on a dirty table. He cleaned it, we sat and ordered. Apps and drinks came out fast, but we couldn't find our server to order our dinner. Someone else came and told us our server was sent home and that he could help us if we wanted. He took our order, but will all that our visit to this place was ruined already. Dinner wasn't great either!!! 😔

why did I order three fried oreos and all of them came powdered up how they’re supposed to be except for one were you guys in a rush or something ?? do better like do u see how gross and plain this looks

Should have taken pictures, a lot of our wings were burned. The Buffalo Shrimp was overcooked.

Lunch time with the family, good service and good food.. we had wings (SG) and Mahi sandwich and it was on point..Been coming here since I was a kid and every time that I am in town I make it an effort to stop by. #BeeHippy_Lifestyle

Service is poor. We ordered special grilled wings tossed in a wing bowl with a little medium sauce. They were dripping in sauce. After we ate there was enough sauce to toss another couple dozen wings. Managers need to take customer concerns seriously.

Hands down Best grilled chicken wings in miami and they're waffle cheese fries to die for this is the original location so it's a must do here in the 305 ditch the beach/downtown come here!!!!

Foods over priced for the quality Wings had no meat on them and they seemed reheated I’ve ate better wings at 7/11 for 1/5th the cost They don’t offer any sides with your order, fries is extra despite the fact that you pay way more here then other places Avoid if possible

Love Sprtsgrill. For years. Staff is great. But bring back the jukebox. Wings are expensive enough to have a jukebox. Other restaurants have kept same price on wings. (Flsnnigans) Makes no sense.

It's been a while since I've been here. And though the menu has been scaled down a bit, overall the food we ordered was prepared quickly & tasted great.
