    I just purchased two boxes of glazed donuts at the drive through. They had the hot sign on and told us they only had glazed donuts. When I got the boxes they were not hot… I paid $29.00+, and when I got home the donuts did not have hardly any glaze, tasted rancid and overall horrible. How sad that such a legendary place would sell something like that. If it weren’t because I have to drive over 30 minutes back and forth, I would have taken them back. SHAME ON YOU!

    These donuts tasted horrible the bottom was hard and the donuts were super hot you can tell that they just put it in the microwave not fresh at all. So disappointed I always come here and never have an issue I guess it’s the new employees imagine being pregnant craving for donuts and you get these leftover rocks. 😡

    The good: Staff was polite and welcoming. Store was clean. Donuts of all kinds to choose from. The bad: Placed a large order and it was not ready. They actually didn't even know about the online order. It was paid and the day before a confirmation call for the order was made which they confirmed. Overall: We noticed there were schools, hospital and business workers picking up orders for their organization in large amounts. None of the orders were ready and the employees had little to no knowledge of the order even though we all came with confirmation printouts. The staff did go right to work to start fulfilling the orders at the cost of having to wait more than we would have liked. We will still stop by for a donut or two but not sure if they are equipped for large orders online.

    Classic warm glazed donuts. It's worth driving here and waiting for the "hot now" sign to light up. The donuts are always so perfect and airy and perfectly coated in sugar. Pair it with some milk or chocolate milk and enjoy them melt in your mouth. The other flavors they offer are good too but the classic glazed ones are the best!

    So.. we usually come here for donuts.. but today... today had me change my 5 stars to 1... and if i could put 0 stars i would... first off.. the lobby was closed which is weird so it forces us to use the drive thru.. once there.. we start giving our food order but instead of the lady waiting for us to complete the order she automatically tells us the total and wants us to drive up. please let me finish telling you what we want before you push us off. there was no one else in line.. there was only 1 other vehicle there but they were parked by the door.. so why are you rushing us? it isn't like we already knew what we were going to order. we werent given enough time at the drive thru to look over what is available before you want us to order and leave. i am very disappointed with the staff there.

    This Krispy Kreme never has a red light for Hot and Fresh Donuts. I don’t come here often and sometimes I think maybe the light is broken but nope, The donuts are always as the cashier says “fresh but not hot” - that means the donuts are cold. Just FYI 1 cold original glazed donut is $2.

    Super friendly staff!! Asked us where we were from and helped us pick out some good doughnuts! They have a little of every type of doughnut. I would think they're pretty much standard stores, but this one was well kept and very pleasant. Some people working on office stuff/coffee shop work, so a good atmosphere as well! Go check them out!

    The staff is short and unskilled. They bark at customers with no kindness. But, their doughnuts are very good. All they had was plain original glazed (bummer)at 8:00 PM. Open until 10:00.

    I stopped by today to get donuts for my coworkers per usual and the cashier had a very nasty attitude. The manager on duty was changing out her register and it must have been short with the attitude she had. I told her to give me a second to review the menu and was told to pull up. The older cashier needs to be trained on customer service. The cashier was unprofessional. Host name Patricia time of incident 2:40pm

    I received impeccable service with Michael Palmer and Roy Rogers ! My order came out fast and I forgot to mention I wanted my coffee warm, so Michael heated it up for me without any hesitation. He is just so handsome inside and out. Give him a raise!

    Went through the drive-thru today and they were telling everyone that they only had the glazed original donuts available. The light was on so we expected them to at least be hot and fresh, but sadly they are cold and stale. Not to mention, when we drove away we could see all their other flavors on display at the front.. not sure why they couldn’t take an extra 2 seconds to grab those for customers?

    If I could give them a zero, I would. Very disrespectful & not even working, just talking at 1:55 pm. Said they didn’t have strawberry filled when there was a tray full. Every time I attempt to buy donuts at this location it’s always a problem. It was my understanding that donuts were freshly made there, but I guess I was wrong. Now I see why Dunkin’ Donuts are surpassing Krispy. Very disappointed!!!!!

    Great doughnuts etc but, never a selection when we go( day or night) the case is usually empty with little to choose from. It could be a lot cleaner inside too with nicer employees.

    Manager is VERY rude. Went thru drive thru & no Halloween donuts. Called at 9:15am for Halloween donuts, to see if they were getting in any later or making any. She advised they are out of stock & will not have any for the rest of day. How is that possible on Halloween Day at 9:15am ? That maybe they will get 5 trays & its 1st come 1sr serve. No customer service at all. I will NEVER go there again. HORRIBLE service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great place *when they have donuts available*. The variety selection gets sold out all the time. At least they always have their signature glazed donuts and they are as you'd expect them from a Krispy Kreme. Also, horribly small location! I wish they'd have a bigger area because it is very cramped in there.

    I just purchased 2 dozen pumpkin spiced donuts with a small coffee for work. When I open the boxes, I saw 12 spice cake donuts and 12 regular Glazed and my coffee was not even hot and the cup was not even full. The donuts was not hot and the Glazed looked old. I was highly disappointed. The only one left in South Miami. If they can't run the place they should shut it down. They just lost my business.

    They had an online promo. I wanted to split the 2nd dozen into 2 boxes and the Manager Jennifer Wilson said no. I asked for a 2nd box and do it myself , she said no. Very rude. This location has gone downhill

    It's unfortunate to have been a regular customer and to just now have the manager be the one who is rude. I recognize that the speaker doesn't work that well and he couldn't hear me when I was trying to tell him that the light was out so I couldn't see what types of donuts there were. I came up to the window and was telling him he'll need to tell me what they have because I couldn't read it and his response was donuts. And that it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read it. They're often out of things so that's why you ask them what they have. I said that was a ridiculous comment and that I almost want to ask for a manager and he told me he was the manager and he didn't care.

    I visited this location and saw that they had a great price listed on donut holes. When I ordered them, they wanted to charge me more than double what was posted on the sign. They refused to honor the price, claiming they could only charge what the cash register says. I drove around the drive-through again to take a photo of the price on the board, and shortly after, a woman came out and covered the price with paper and tape. She said the sign was very old and said that they would have given me the holes at the posted price if I had ordered them. I told her I did order them, and she said I couldn't have because no one mentioned it to her. My question is, why then is she outside in the pouring rain, taping over the price of the holes? I'm glad I took the photo before she covered it up.

    It's okay.. at the time we went there, there were only like 4 types of doughnuts on the menu.. usually in places like these, they would have 8-9 types. But I guess not here. Overall it was mid

    Just went through the drive-through and asked for chocolate with sprinkles,they said they had none asked for strawberry with sprinkles, they said they had none. I then asked if they had any glaze donuts they said yes, so I had a night attempted to place an order they said they were cleaning the machine and they had none available so they had no donuts available at 3:45 in the afternoon.

    Everytime I try to come to this place and to get some donut, I can't. The front door is always, I repeat, always closed, and every time they give me some excuse that either they don't have enough people to help out or they're having some difficulties. I can't even order a decent box of donuts in the drive-through because they only have glazed donuts. I don't want glazed, almost everyone does not want glazed donuts. I want the flavored donuts, and I can't have those because they "don't have any." Another thing, I ordered a box of the glazed donuts, they weren't even hot.
