Gotten sick here before. Didn’t really think it was the food. Till I ordered again and cut my chicken into pieces…. Completely raw. Please see attached photos. Called to complain and all they said was “want me to send you a replacement salad?” Steer clear. Unless you want to risk getting sick

This has been a favorite place to visit with our family. The staff is amazing and so is the food. Ernesto is just one of the amazing waiters, and they make you always feel like you are a part of the family. We ordered the Chimi chicken and it was delicious! Definitely recommend this family restaurant!!

Sergio's has become my go-to spot for breakfast, and this time I opted for the Skinny Breakfast from La Flaca menu, while my partner enjoyed the Sergio's Country Breakfast. Despite our server being busy, she provided attentive care, and we appreciated her efforts. The coffees were a tad delayed and stronger than usual, likely due to the rush, but it didn't hinder our experience. The bustling atmosphere didn't compromise cleanliness—I still felt comfortable in a tidy booth with spotless silverware. Looking forward to returning, perhaps during a less hectic time. Kudos to the amazing atmosphere and service at Sergio's!

I come here religiously. I’m obsessed with the frita and fries !!!! Also the vaca frita tacos are to die for 😍 y el pan con lechon es tan rico! Can’t wait til next time ☺️

The place could use a bit of renewed decor especially in the women's bathroom where the toilet seat is completely off the hinges making it an injury risk if someone sits on it...which a person in my party did and slid right off! The food was very good, but don't get the media noche sandwich, it's small enough to fill a cavity if you have one in your tooth, we honestly thought it was a joke, especially compared to the bistec sandwich. Would I go back? Yes. But please fix the toilet!

The food is great, no complaints. However, the service needs a lot of improvement. I've been to different locations and this is why I notice a great difference in the quality of the service. I usually excuse poor service when a place is packed, and that can contribute to low quality service, but today wasn't the day. To be clear, it was not bad, not at all, but their standards of quality and professionalism is very very low. The servers talk to each other in front customers as if we aren't there, they took forever to bring us a menu, and a couple other employees were just waltzing around the place as if they were wandering around their house. This is a very well known establishment, really good quality of food and service, and a higher level of professionalism when serving paying customers will not hurt you. I know it's hard to notice considering where this particular establishment is located, but quality is never frown upon. I doubt I will come back to this location, but I truly hope you put in place some quality and professionalism. Best of luck!

Maria Cabrera, is very attentive to details and always on top of my order. Every time I come here to eat breakfast, she makes me feel like a VIP customer. Maria is an excellent person with a wonderful heart, that goes above and beyond for her customers.

How is it that you run out of Mariquitas at 830 pm. My first waiter took our order never brought water to the table. Glad we ended up with a different waiter he stepped up but our food was cold must be because of their little robot that brings the food to the table. Will not be back to this location for awhile.

My experience here was amazing! Jose was gave my table a great service , attended to my child right a way, and helped me with all my needs/ questions. And I LOVE the food !!! Breakfast was yummy we love the ham, fresh fruit, fresh juice and pancakes 🥞🍳

Sergio’s was wonderful. We have our monthly friend’s get together there. Our waitress, Maria Cabrera was very nice and efficient. Everyones order came out on time and the food was delicious.

A bit disappointed, from what I remember Sergio's food was WOW it was just ok. The desert was not fresh and hard not moist. Food was ok & so was the Tapas. Service could have been more attentive, especially that the place was very quiet and not busy as it use to be. Don't think will be coming back.

Disgusting, we went here to eat today as my dog was getting a MRI next door and we both ordered POLLO A LA PLANCH. The chicken was so dry, it come with no onions and we had the white rice and black beans. The rice is in a white bowl and my daughter dumped the rice on her plate with the chicken and there was a black arm hair stuck to the inside of the rice bowl that the rice was in. I shown it to the waitress and she just walked away and came back with someone, I guess the manager and not even a sorry, no offer for a return of the food, nothing at all as if the hair was not a big deal. All she did was take the bowl and say, I will see what happened. What happened? It's a hair. We hardly touched the food after that I asked for to go boxes as we didn't eat anything and was going to offer to the homeless as it was clear I was paying for it. I looked at the to go box she put on the table and it looked as if someone put food in it and took it out as if maybe someone was going to take home food and started putting it in the box but changed their mind and someone put the box back to be reused. $40 and this is what we got, arm hair, dirty take home boxes, dry chicken and what taste like black beans right from a can, just a disgusting place.

This place was awful. No wonder why it was empty on a Saturday night. Food was cold , tasteless, and tasted like old food. It’s not worth it going here. This place looked dirty and didn't look like a restaurant. I have been to other Sergio’s locations and they have nothing to do with it. The person who took our order was really nice though, that was the only good thing i can say about this place. He was very friendly . I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never come here again. We were a party of 7 and the money spent was not worth it.

Haven't been here for a long time, return todsy. Menu has been reduce by 40% very limited, portion of food very smal.. ordered chicken breast grilled small breast over cooked dry meat not the same Sergios as 10 years ago. Need to get a better management 😩

I came in to pick up my order and the woman at the front desk was on facetime. I stood there for about a minute when I finally said "Excuse me?" and she looked up at me with a rude look. On top of this, the food was cold. I also ordered chicken fingers which I paid $9 for, and they gave us TWO chicken fingers. Whoever prepped this food was terrible with it, and someone should have a conversation with the woman at the front desk on her phone.

Everything was top notch: Service, food and atmosphere. We visited with our son daughter in law and grand kids and staff made us feel at home! Highly recommend THIS location!

Ordered 2 steak sand. over phone & delivery got here in 15 min. Very good pan con bistec. I've been ordering from there for 40 years.♡

I went back to Sergio's after more than a year frequenting other Cuban cuisine restaurants. I went to try again their pan con bistec and their Cuban sandwich (these were legendary). I had stayed away because I was disappointed in the quality of both sandwiches. Sadly, the quality had not improved. They were somewhat good but they remain a very long way from their former 'legendary' status. The wait staff was pleasant and they still make excellent french fries and a superb cafe cubano.

It's not fancy. The service is steady and the price is competitive for mostly Cuban fare. The portions are adequate and the ambiance may at times be noisy, but it's reliably tasty food.

I came with a group of 80+ people and the servers were in IMPECCABLE! There attentive responses and helpful manner allowed my large party to have a an amazing time! Thank you to Sergio’s and all their staffs!

The blonde waitress who served us rude and rude, almost didn't let us finish Asher's order, she turned her back without finishing. These people should not attend public.

It's been a while since I've been to this particular location. The staff and my waitress Claudia was amazing and extremely appreciated. The food was just has I imagine Amazingly perfect...OMG the flavors.. Thank you..

Horrible experience. We get to the restaurant and get seated. My husband and I ordered yuca frita for an appetizer. We also ordered a breaded steak to share. Well, unfortunately, they delivered the food within 5 minutes of ordering, all of it, including the appetizer. Really? You managed to cook all that, especially a fried steak, in five minutes? Serving food that has been sitting around is unacceptable! Firstly, the appetizer should be delivered FIRST! Then, to make matters worse, there were ants on the plate. At first, I didn’t realize what they were. As we began to eat our meal, i noticed a large pile of sugar ants on the table….the same ants that were on my plate of food. HORRIBLE! I quickly call the gentleman over to please ask him to remove the ants, he then walks away. Five minutes pass, and some other lady came to clean up the ants. I have no idea why the man delegated that job to someone else and had us waiting even longer to clean up the ants. Truly, unacceptable and gross!! DO NOT EAT HERE! Not worth the stress!

Food and service were good, but as a military person I am very upset that knowing this restaurant has a military discount, it was denied to me because I was with my family members; this was very upsetting. How am I supposed to go to restaurants such as this one??? By my self??? As if my family hasn't suffer with me the sacrificesI've had to go through to serve this country? To me, this is cheap and low, I'm very disgusted with it...

Typical Cuban breakfast is excellent, and you are given a good size portion. Place is nice and traditional and not too crowded. It would be a great score if not for the rather high prices, now common everywhere due to the current inflation.

Service was excellent. Food was good, but not great. They were missing some brunch items. Solid Cuban spot. 4.5 out of 5. Will continue coming back to this place.

Breakfast at Sergio’s is always wonderful! Maria Christina was our waitress and she is such a joy! She is courteous, kind, professional and always makes you feel like a valued customer. We keep coming back because of Maria Christina! Ask for her the next time you visit. :)
