My
husband
and
I
have
been
members
of
Caution
CrossFit
since
we
moved
to
Miami
Lakes
at
the
end
of
March.
We
are
loving
it!
Here's
why:
-
Fantastic
coaching!
We
are
regulars
at
the
6am
class
and
have
a
great
rotation
of
coaches:
Coach
Cupas,
Coach
Dom
and
Coach
Laura.
They
are
all
so
awesome:
great
energy
and
lots
of
encouragement
with
just
the
right
amount
of
tough
love--
they
won't
let
you
slack
or
be
lazy
and
will
push
you
when
they
see
you
need
it.
Thanks
to
my
coaches,
I'm
doing
rope
climbs--something
I
*never*
thought
I'd
be
able
to
do.
-
Nice
welcoming
community!
Everyone
is
really
cool.
I'm
on
the
shyer
side
and
tend
to
keep
to
myself,
but
this
box
has
a
nice
camaraderie
to
it.
Also,
some
really
great
community
events
are
held
throughout
the
year
like
holiday
parties,
beach
WODs,
etc.
-
Great
classes!
Classes
start
on
time
and
typically
there
is
a
skills
portion
where
we
work
on
technique/strength
before
jumping
into
the
WOD.
Also,
the
scheduling
is
one
of
the
most
generous
I've
seen,
with
10
classes
a
day
(10!)
starting
at
5am
and
until
8:30pm.
-
All
are
welcome!
There
are
for
sure
some
elite
athletes
who
work
out
here
but
this
box
is
for
everyone,
no
matter
what
your
fitness
level
or
your
goals.
I
deal
with
a
lot
of
injuries
(herniated
discs,
arthritis
in
my
back,
very
tight
hip
flexors,
wimpy
and
sore
wrists...)
so
don't
lift
very
heavy
but
the
coaches
will
always
help
you
figure
out
how
to
scale
a
move
and
adapt
it
to
what
you
*can*
do.
I
love
working
out
at
Caution
CrossFit
and
am
thrilled
to
have
found
such
a
fantastic
box.
I
just
got
back
from
a
couple
weeks
of
vacation
and
while
I
dropped-in
to
a
few
boxes
during
my
trip,
it
just
wasn't
the
same.
Caution
is
great--come
