    JP’s program has been an excellent experience… yes you have to follow a healthy low cal diet, yes you have to exercise…! JP teams up with you providing support for the change you’re looking for… at your own pace but with the necessary discipline! . His plan has put me back in shape and has given me all the energy needed to continue to reach my goal!😊😊😊Love it and highly recommend it!!

    Yoyoing diets have been a big part of my life, I would loose big weight fast, but put it back on once I stopped. WW, South Beach, Optavia, Nutrisystem, Juice Cleansing, magic pills, you name it, I tried it. But once I learned the math behind the process as JP from The Body Studio taught me, it was a life changing experience. I would say I was today's years old when I finally learned to fuel my body with home cooked clean eating and exersizing the right amount to achieve lifetime results. As JP would say, it's all part of a mathematical equation. Being accountable for my food aka input and exersizing aka output has made me realize this is all plain and simple math. Today, after 8 weeks in the program I'm down 8 lbs, and I am confident I will continue to lose a constant of 1-2 lbs per week, because the mathematical equation works!

    100% recommended. I love the experience at the body studio, the classes are energetic and dynamic. I have managed to lose weight, I am already 17 pounds lighter in just a month and a half, I also have a weekly exercise routine, something I had never done before, and I am very happy with the results.

    I have spent many years trying out different workout routines, meal plans, diets, etc. and nothing ever worked for me. After following their page for a few months and seeing the results that others were getting I finally decided to give The Body Bar Studio. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. It’s crazy how proper guidance on nutrition and workout routines can make such a difference on your body and The Body Bar Studio helps you do that. After three months of following their personalized workout routines and meal plans I have lost 18 pounds. It feels great to know I have that extra push and support when needed to continue my weight loss journey. I would 100% recommend The Body Bar Studio to anyone that feels like they have tried it all with no results because their program will definitely make a difference.

    We joined The Body Bar Studio's 4-week challenge as a couple, and it's been amazing. After both turning 40, we decided to take action, which changed our eating and exercise habits for good. We feel amazing; our weight has changed, and our bodies have unbelievably transformed in just 4 weeks. Even though we considered ourselves a family with healthier eating habits than the average, we learned what types of foods we needed to remove and which habits needed to change. Just after a week, we felt the results and started feeling much better. With the help of The Body Bar team and their daily follow-up, we learned what and when to eat. With personalized coaching from the team, we adapted the program to our reality and goals. Despite having different goals, we were able to create a program that works for both of us at the same time, using only one kitchen! Today, even the kids are following us and starting to eat healthier on their own initiative. During workouts, The Body Bar Studio team adapts the exercises based on your level and limitations. Even with years of inactivity, we were able to quickly catch up with the class. Completing the challenge was tough, but we enjoyed the journey. Doing it as a couple was key to our success; we supported each other through ups and downs, with both food and workouts, pushing each other until we formed new habits.

    I just completed 4 weeks with the Body Bar Studio. A highly recommended experience. I lost more than 12 lbs. but more importantly gained healthy eating and exercise habits. They provide you with the missing link to a healthy lifestyle with daily coaching, support, and personally tailored plan. Cheapest investment with the highest return I ever made for my health.

    I just finished my 4-week challenge with The Body Bar Studio and have had a great experience. I was 2 months post partum and needed to start losing baby weight while also learning to structure my day and meals. So far I have lost 7 founds in four weeks and The Body Bar has been extremely supportive at helping me get there, motivating me and being understanding with my new busy baby schedule.     After being frustrated for so many years with my weight, I took the plunge and joined The Body Bar Studio. So far, I have lost 10lbs in one month and am really proud with my weight loss. JP is very hands on, he encourages you with his workouts and with his daily check- ins via texts. The workouts our challenging but I’m actually enjoying to go 3x a week to his studio . The time that I spend in The Body Bar Studio not only helps me physically but mentally also. All the other patrons that attend are also very nice and all have the same goal which is to get healthy and fit. I am so happy that I joined that I will extend my membership. If you are thinking about getting healthy, for sure join The Body Bar Studio, as it’s very hands on, personable and the owners, JP and his wife really care about their members.

    I had an incredible experience at The Body Bar Studio. In just one month, they guided me towards a more balanced life through exercise and diet. Not only did I shed 12 pounds in 30 days I’m still loosing unwanted fat thanks to their guidance on reading food labels, having a healthy diet and maintaining a daily caloric deficit (including the intense exercise at their location). I'm thrilled with my results and their MO. I wholeheartedly recommend their program to everyone!

    The body bar studio has changed my life! I joined their challenge and have lost over 18 pounds in 6 weeks! I was so frustrated after gaining so much after having a baby. I’ve tried every diet and this program really works! They provide you with a customized meal plan along with unique workouts and 1 on 1 coaching to make sure you’re staying on track!     I’m so glad I found the Body Bar. I’ve struggled with my weight for so long. I lost 14 pounds the first month by following the plan. I’m eating real food and learning to like walking again. I love the bonus of my blood sugar dropping and my allergies improving so much I no longer need medication everyday. The accountability is a huge part of my success. I’m in my second month making more progress. Very happy I joined the Body Bar.

    They are wonderful! From the workouts to the meal planning advice my experience has been amazing. The facilities are easily accessible, right next to a major highway, which makes it very convenient. They will answer all your questions right away, the communication is great. I’ve been hitting my goals weekly way more easily than I thought. I had already given up on my weight/health journey but now I can see how wrong I was and how easy it is to get back on track with the Body Bar Studio. I feel better both mentally and physically. I can’t wait for my afternoon sessions with JP!

    I have been going to The Body Bar Studio for about 5 weeks now, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. Not only have I lost 10 pounds since I started, but I genuinely enjoy the workouts and find the meal plan to be very doable. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, JP is knowledgeable and supportive, and does a great job of creating workouts that are challenging but still manageable. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in, but not so exhausted that I can't function for the rest of the day. In addition to the workouts, the meal plan that the gym provides has been a huge help in reaching my goals. It's not overly restrictive, but it does encourage healthy eating habits and makes it easy to stay on track with my nutrition. I've found that I actually enjoy cooking and meal prep now that I have a clear plan to follow. Overall, I would highly recommend The Body Studio to anyone who is looking for a supportive and effective fitness program.     I joined The Body Bar in July, and I am so HAPPY I did! I finished my 1st round of the 4 week challenge and I lost 15 pounds! I worked hard for it! And I am still working hard as I have another 50+ pounds to lose. As a mom of three toddlers, I hadn’t been prioritizing my health and fitness like I should have. It was time for change! I wanted to lose weight, exercise, and get fit for life. I needed accountability and guidance, and it’s exactly what I found through The Body Bar Studio and with my Coach JP. He is a very motivating coach who provides great support every step of the way! I wanted a coach who not only would train me but to also guide me with diet & nutrition. Emphasis on a clean whole food diet, clean ingredients, and a simple, easy to follow plan for a busy lifestyle and longevity is really important for me. This is exactly what I found with The Body Bar Studio and JP. I saw their ad on Instagram and took a chance in joining. BEST DECISION I MADE FOR MYSELF. I train 3 times a week with JP at The Body Bar Studio in a group setting which is so motivating as well as 3 times at home. Everyone in the group is at different levels of their journey, so JP modifies exercises according to your level. He checks in with everyone making sure they are feeling great throughout their workout and doing the exercises properly. All the members are so nice and inviting, it’s like a family. The workouts at The Body Bar Studio are so addicting! The are challenging but very doable. You leave your workout drenched in sweat and you FEEL AMAZING that you did it!!! I look forward to training every time I go because I know I am doing something great for myself, and it’s me time. Everyday I stay accountable and motivated by sending pictures of my meals and daily activity from my Fitbit. Once a week, we do a weight check. I feel so incredibly happy I started my weight loss journey and that I found The Body Bar Studio! Wanting to lose weight had become a burden on my mind. Now that I am, my mind feels so much lighter and I am thrilled I finally started prioritizing my health and fitness. I am very focused and determined to get to my goal and maintain it. No food will taste as good as it will feel once I lose all the weight. The feeling of losing weight surpasses any temporary satisfaction from having food that won’t serve my body. I know losing weight can be difficult, but you have to want it and you have to put in the work. With the help and guidance of The Body Bar Studio, you will get there! I started at a time where I was hosting a lot of family for two weeks and we were celebrating both of my sons baptisms.     I started the 4 weeks challenge with the body bar studio program weighing 224 pounds, having difficulty in losing weight. I was going to the gym weighing my food with NO results at all. I reached out to jp through the program, guided me on the right foods to eat, and the rights work out to do. Immediately, I started seeing results in his daily coaching. Even if I didn't meet the daily goal, he would motivate me for the next day to try to hit my goals. I lost 15 ponuds from 224. Overall amazing program I recommend to everyone who wants to see results

    I can’t say enough great things about the Body Bar!! Their four week program is life changing, within those four weeks I learned how to make better food choices, push my body past its limits and also became better disciplined. Jp was there every step of the way to guide and keep me on track which I GREATLY appreciate!! Best of all I met the body goals that was discussed prior to starting the program, 8 pounds down and I feel great! All thanks to the Body Bar!!!!

    Body Bar Team is outstanding. I elimimated 16lbs in 1 month. Discovering a new way to eat avoiding hunger has been the best learning. Combining their advice witn discipline and iwatch to track daily performance is unbeatable combination. God bless you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

After 4 weeks of working with JP, his guidance and workouts helped me loose over 7lbs. I’m so thrilled with the program I now signed up for another month.     I really enjoyed my experience at the body bar studio. It was amazing to discover you can loose weight and feel better while eating carbs. I had been avoiding carbs,including fruits, for a very long time that did not know how to include them in my diet properly. But thanks to JP and the nutritional plan he provided me now I enjoy a more balance diet and feel great. 😀 Thanks for clearing all that nutritional confusion I had and guiding me to an easy, enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle.     I have had my share of issues with constant dieting and never seeing positive results, until I was gifted a 4 week program from The Body Bar Studio by my sister. I am on my last week of this program and the changes have been beyond my expectations. JP prepare an entire meal plan just for my body type and weight goals, I also do his exercise course virtually and to be honest he is a great inspiration, motivator and pushes me to have faith in my own body strength. I have lost a total of 12 pounds so far, I have gotten leaner, stronger and happier in my own skin. You can definitely do it if you set your mind to it, but you need the right tools, the right team, the right trainer to guide you no matter what. JP constantly checks up on you and sheds constant encouragement. Their entire team ROCKS!!!!! The Body Bar Studio has changed my life and it can sure change yours!!! Thank you all!!

    My experience with Body Bar Studio has been excellent, they really care and go above and beyond to help me achieve my goals. The 45 min training goes super fast and I really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. The atmosphere is awesome. Highly recommended!

    I couldn't be happier with my experience at The Body Bar Studio. After years of inactivity and very little consciousness about my food intake, I now feel happy about my health and how I'm taking care of my body and self in general. The guidance from JP and Stefanie has been great, the atmosphere during training is amazing and it really doesn't take that much time to start seeing and feeling results. Highly recommended!

    I’m so grateful with The Body Bar Studio because after 2 back to back pregnancies + work and lots of stress I had gained over 50 pounds and no diet was working for me until I found them. Now with their 4 week challenge I lost 14 pounds and I feel amazing. I LOVE the personalized nutrition plan and the daily follow up via text.
