joined
The
Body
Bar
in
July,
and
I
am
so
HAPPY
I
did!
I
finished
my
1st
round
of
the
4
week
challenge
and
I
lost
15
pounds!
I
worked
hard
for
it!
And
I
am
still
working
hard
as
I
have
another
50+
pounds
to
lose.
As
a
mom
of
three
toddlers,
I
hadn’t
been
prioritizing
my
health
and
fitness
like
I
should
have.

was
time
for

and

train
me

&

diet,
clean
ingredients,
and
a
simple,
easy
to
follow
plan

a
busy
lifestyle
and
longevity

important
for
me.

I

I

took
a
chance
in
joining.

I
train
3
times
a
week
with
JP
at
The
Body
Bar
Studio
in
a
group
setting
which
is
so
motivating
as
well
as
3
times
at
home.
Everyone
in
the
group
is
at
different
levels
of
their
journey,
so
JP
modifies
exercises
according
to
your
level.
He
checks
in
with
everyone
making
sure
they
are
feeling
great
throughout
their
workout
and
doing
the
exercises
properly.
All
the
members
are
so
nice
and
inviting,
it’s
like
a
family.
The
workouts
at

Body
Bar
Studio
are
so
addicting!
The
are
challenging
but
very
doable.
You
leave
your
workout
drenched
in
sweat
and
you
FEEL
AMAZING
that
you
did
it!!!
I
look
forward
to
training
every
time
I
go
because
I
know
I
am
doing
something
great
for
myself,
and
it’s
me
time.
Everyday
I
stay
accountable
and
motivated
by
sending
pictures
of
my
meals
and
daily
activity
from
my
Fitbit.
Once
a
week,
we
do
a
weight
check.
I
feel
so
incredibly
happy
I
started
my
weight
loss
journey
and
that
I
found
The
Body
Bar
Studio!
Wanting
to
lose
weight
had
become
a
burden
on
my
mind.
Now
that
I
am,
my
mind
feels
so
much

I
am

I

I
started
at
a
time
where
I
was
hosting
a
lot
of
family
for
two
weeks
and
we
were
celebrating
both
of
my
sons
baptisms.
There
was
plenty
of
food
and
desserts
in
front
of
me
but
I
resisted
to
temptation.
I
prepared
all
of
my
food
for
every
meal,
even
when
going
out
to
restaurants
or
outings
with
family.
You
have
to
prepare
all
your
meals
to
know
exactly
what’s
in
your
food.
We
are
an
investment
for
ourselves.
We
have
to
put
in
the
time
and
effort.
Don’t
think
