It's a busy and bustling office filled with light hearted , professional staff. When you ask a question they smile (!) and help you in any way they can. The atmosphere is genuinely friendly not oppressing. The doctor maybe a little late because he is spending the time with the patient before you needs, just as he will with you. The doctor is caring, thorough and knowledgeable and well trained. The perfect combination I've not found anywhere else.

I wouldn’t want to go anywhere other than this office for treatments . I will always give A-1 rating There is no better place than this one to me,The Staff is one big happy family , always sanitizing the counter and pens for the patients and themselves safeties, keep up the good work Team.

My mother saw Dr Merhed. She left crying. He was extremely rude, demeaning, cruel and condescending. He did not let her finish her responses to his questions, kept cutting her off. His first comment to her was that she made him wait an hour (after she sat in the waiting room for an hour) and that he still had 4 patients to see and that he was supposed to be done at 5. At the end of their visit, he stormed out of the room, threw her paperwork onto the counter and advised the person there that she (my mother) would not be coming back.

How can I reach out if you always get the voicemail when is in reference to a refund. Yes someone call me in November to tell me that I will have my check before the end of the year. That was another lie asI still don’t have my check!!!! You guys just overcharge your patients and by the time the patient realized what you did is then too late. Once you have our money in your pocket then it becomes a struggle for you to refund it!!! I’m asking for you to refund me my money! It isn’t yours and you shouldn’t be using your patients money to fund your daily operations!!! I wish I would have read the reviews of this business before I became a patient. It is part of there normal practices to overcharge and to keep patients money for months. I have been trying to get my refund for over 6 months and still nothing! This office has a scam going on. They over charge you for the amount you have to pay for their services. Once their claims are process thru your insurance is when you find out that you were overcharged. When you ask for your refund they say it takes 90 days. How can you possibly be taking advantage of the people that are ill!!! Be aware of the scam they have going on. Do not pay them and additional cent of what you are supposed. Check with your insurance before you hand them your credit card!! This is a SCAM business.

I went to the clinic for a problem with my lower back. The doctor requested a MRI to check what was happening. Obviously, I had to wait for the insurance authorization, which took 2 weeks to return saying that it was denied, so I contacted the insurance and they informed that the clinic had not filled out all the documents and information was missing. I called the clinic and passed the insurance report .. after that I waited another 3 weeks to be able to set the new date for the MOR..for my surprise the clinic said it was still denied. I called the insurance and they said it was still due to lack of information, so I contacted the clinic again and apparently everything was fine and I had to wait as they would call me when I could reschedule. I waited for another 3 weeks and decided to call the clinic, on that call a guy answered me and said that he was already released and I could schedule. I got an appointment 1 week after that call, I arrived on the agreed day to do the MRI and guess what? My appointment had been canceled (without telling me) because I didn't have authorization yet. I offered to pay out of my pocket, and they said I couldn't because my appointment had already been cancelled. A lack of respect for me and my pain, which in turn is getting worse every day… Not to mention that all the physical therapy sessions were canceled and rescheduled always at the last minute… No respect for me and my health. I do not recommend this place for any kind of treatment.

Dr. Ghany is wonderful! He is warm, kind, professional, compassionate, understanding and explains everything thoroughly His assistant, Santiago, is so nice and helpful and caring and concerned. The front desk girls are very sweet and tag team to help the patients as they come through. Everyone is friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. I highly recommend Dr. Ghany for your orthopedic hand and wrist needs. Thank you Dr. Ghany and staff😀

I have been to several of the locations by spine orthopedic, but this is my first visit to the Deerfield office. I was so impressed. It’s a large office with MRI and X-RAY. I saw Dr. Sahai today for a follow up on my spinal fusion procedure. All went great! I am so pleased with the results and how I’m already feeling. Thanks so much for always taking such great care of me and my family. Top service here. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, he sure deserves it.

My name is Vasile Filat, actually a client of SOC. 1)I have a back problem for months already, I did MRI, I did X Rays, I am getting moved from one doctor to another and nobody is able to fix my problem, I guess that is the kind of business for them to schedule more and more appointments so you will copay. I had an appointment with one doctor , I did pay my copay and doctor told me that he is not an back specialist and I will have to schedule an appointment with a different doctor, of course they did not refund anything. 2)Last week I had some injections in my back and now I can't even drive my car. From the country where I am from, doctors are taking care your health, here is just business.

About Dr. Sahai, excellent!!! My experience is based on two surgeries and lower back treatments. Very very happy with the results no one like him, extremely effective definitely, he knows what he does. Unfortunately, in the administration part, this is a completely other level. Those ladies look like not focus at all; I ask for detailed information about my procedures to send to my insurance company and forget it, everything was in there less the information that I need it. They don't pay attention if I cancel an appointment they don't care, and send a bill for not showing up anyway. But before that, they call you the day before to remind you of the appointment that you have canceled. The administration is not a strong area and unfortunately could affect Dr. Sahai again, excellent Doctor.

If you ever get a worker named Alicia RUN RUN RUN AWAY. She is the most evil and rudest person I have ever talked to probably in my life. Dealt with her unhelpful attitude (2) weeks ago. And this morning when respectfully asked for a specific person over the phone who has been assisting me in a private matter. Alicia advised she will relay the message to the person and have them call me back. INSTEAD SHE CALLED ME BACK. To say and I quote: "IN MY OPINION you (the patient) are overstepping asking for assistance from our doctors office regarding a surgery you have booked..." MA'AM... your job IS TO HELP. and I didn't ask for her opinion she called me just to tell me her opinion. This was the most inappropriate behavior I've ever seen from a health care worker. I honestly wouldn't trust her if I was her patient. Very sad to see who is working for the people in our community..

I was pretty nervous having an appt with a spine surgeon. Dr. Prior was very professional with a calm demeanor. Hr spent time answering my list of questions and explaining what my options s are. He even discussed options without focusing only on surgery which I was happy to hear. My surgery is inevitable, but when I’m ready he will be the one I turn to.

Some of the reviews scared me but my experience has been great! I was seen for a torn distal biceps tendon. The front office helped me with fighting my insurance who was being a pain. I was seen quickly each office visit. No issues with payments. Dr. Chenard is probably best doctor experience I’ve had. He spent almost 30 minutes with me during the first appointment to thoroughly explain my options for my injury. After that, I was able to schedule surgery pretty soon after. Surgery went smoothly. Been a week now and he’s been available by text for all my post-op questions. Can’t recommend him enough for whatever is ailing your body. Hopefully I don’t tear any more muscles but if I do, I’ll be back!

Three years ago I was in a bad accident. I was rushed to the emergency room and had to undergo spine surgery. My family and I had no idea what we were getting into. This doctor never once came back to check on me after the procedure and disappeared. Several months later, my recovery was going very slowly. My PT recommended seeing a spine specialist for a second opinion. So I saw the best spine surgeon in South Florida, Dr. Sahai. Fortunately, I found him. Dr. Shahai performed revision spine surgery on my back. He is my savior. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have had Dr. Sahai performed this procedure. I without a doubt recommend Dr. Sahai and his friendly staff.

Sciatica can be tough, especially at my age. I saw both Dr. Sahai and Dr. Chacin to help me manage my sciatica pain. I can sit again without pain!

After exhausting all options, I finally decided on surgery. I was recommended to a wrist specialist in Deerfield Beach. I am so grateful that I decided on this option. I must say I’m very impressed. I’ve had a few medical issues with my hands and neck . All of the staff has been absolutely amazing. When I need questions about my health and safety they respond immediately. My husband also came in and ask a few questions about my physical condition and all of the Doctor explained in detail so we could understand. Been there for neck pain hands and back pain. The front Desk staff is very nice and helpful. Just getting started with my new surgery. My old doctor really messed me up and I’m confident the staffing her can fix me 😀

Back again, just got a $1200 bill in the mail for the 15m consult with Dr Prior. Sad to see this place following the in the footsteps of most medical places in FL; shady business. Will fight this to the bone, and it'll go to collections if it has to. If anything, I'd like a $250.00 refund. Thanks

They asked me to come in earlier for the appointment. I changed my schedule to accommodate them. Proceeded to wait 30 minutes just to get paperwork. Another 30 minutes go by and I had to ask why the delay. Made up excuses about my insurance. I call insurance company and everything this office told me wasnt true. Spent 2 hours to be seen and they asked to reschedule my appointment! Do not waste your time with this office!

Doctors are good but billing staff is sad. Lies when you do get to speak to someone! It’s a shame that an error at the reception desk on $5 copay was charged $120 and can’t get refund! I can understand if it was a insurance conflict but it was a clear mistake from incompetence. It’s a monthly appointment over 5. Weeks later had to give this month copay. I see opinions that say that it’s a scam we’ll see

I have had several procedures by Dr. Sahai and I am very happy. He is calming and makes sure that I am comfortable with little to no pain during my procedure. He reviews my images with me and shows me where my problems stem from and explains to me the plan of treatment.

I am going to Dr. Prior for my neck and Dr. Chenard for my shoulder. I have a high level of confidence in both. I have have had several MRI's and X-ray's with the very personable and competent ladies. The ladies at the front are helpful and attentive. I look forward to more informative and positive interactions with everyone during visits.

I always feel my medical needs are addressed and I am given a clear direction of treatments to choose. I find front desk staff are always pleasant to interact with. I appreciate the selection of doctors offered. It feels like one stop shopping having different medical issues addressed in one building. Accessibility!!

I have been a patient at SOC for several years where I received excellent medical, PT, pain management and surgical care with Dr. Sahai. The reception staff is cordial and professional. My 1 complaint is the long waiting time for aftercare at the Deerfield office. This is a consistent problem over the years

Absolutely amazing. Doctor Asahai brilliant, PA knows all details and is caring and brilliant. Everyone is friendly and caring. You will have some wait time but Take a deep breath because when you are seen you receive undivided caring attention . I had surgery C6 C7 fusion. Perfect! I have a new life!!!!!

I came here to see Dr. Ghnay for my wrist pain. It's been probably 3 years since it started and I tried everything, from braces to exercises. I had had it. I told myself I was ready for the cubital tunnel surgery I've been putting off. I did my research and found that Dr. Ghany was a highly recommended hand surgeon. He was great. The surgery went splendid as I expected and I'm back to doing the things I love! All thanks to Dr. Ghany.

No care for patients in pain. We have used this place before but there seems to be no care for patients anymore. My wife had back pain a year ago and we spent around 5k on treatments. This year the pain came back and we went to see them again. She was ordered an MRI and some injections in her back that couldn’t come fast enough considering the pain she was in. Paid 800 for the MRI and then went to get the injections the next day. By the time we got to the office we were told that because we missed a phone call from them asking for a $100 copay to be paid ahead they had cancelled her appointment and refused to do the treatment. To a patient in pain that had already paid this office close to 6k. Horrible people and no idea of service. Walk away from this place.

It has been nothing short of a nightmare attempting to get a refund from this center. They charged me nearly $500 up front for both my sons to be seen back in June. After being paid out by BCBS and receiving my statement I (not them) realized they owed me several hundred dollars back. I have been told at least 5 times by their office "it is being processed". I am taking this issue further but wanted to warn anyone else who is asked to pay up front. It is sad that this is how they treat insured patients who also happen to be in the medical field. I will be sharing my miserable experience with others. They are DOUBLE DIPPING and not providing refunds in an acceptable time frame.

I've been coming to SOC for years. I've seen Dr. Sahai for my back pain and Dr. Merheb for pain management. Now, I'm back again! This time for Dr. MacGill, he is so great. I don't know how they do it, but the doctors here are stars.

Completely terrible experience. I went to numerous appointments that they billed me and my insurance company for. I am a single mother and cannot afford there physical therapy program so Christopher Dominguez refuses to do my paperwork for my FMLA for my job to excuse my days of being physically unable to work and for the appointments I came for. Its so unprofessional & unethical. And now I’m in a complete bind with my job who are threatening termination if I do not provide FMLA paperwork due to his negligence, laziness and unprofessionalism.

They charged me for the copay and injection before seen the doctor, then the doctor said I didn't need injections and I requested a refund which I still waiting since February of 2020. 6 months later and no refund yet.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kris for an old knee injury. I had a very satisfactory experience with the SOC Orthopedic Center. The staff was very kind and polite; the doctor was thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. I’m scheduled for a follow up treatment, but I feel very positive about it.

Dr. MacGill and staff are welcoming and efficient. I was seen on time and with good cheer. My issues were dealt with by following an effective plan. I also was impressed that my treatment was also a teaching opportunity for the two Med students present (after getting my agreement for their presence). Good effective and efficient treatment. I highly recommend Dr. MacGill.

Dr. Sahai is a miracle worker! I came to him with the last straw after a surgical procedure gone wrong. He has brought my spirits back up again. I thought it was only going to be a downward spiral after another surgeon performed a bad spinal fusion. Dr. Sahai went in there and worked his magic, BAM im all better now. Im going on nearly six months of being pain free. I never thought it was possible!

The billing department has claimed that my refund has been “processing” for over a year now. They refuse to answer back voicemails when it comes to refunds, but answer immediately if you have to pay a bill. Avoid at all costs unless you hate money

The hand M.D., Dr. Ghany is with the group. He not only takes care of hand & wrist bones, but is also a surgeon. He listens, and is a caring professional M.D. I am a patient of his as I broke my wrist just a few weeks ago & he did my wrist surgery. I trust him completely. He doesn't sugarcoat advising if your hand will be 100% afterwards. I'm doing finger exercises Dr. Ghany said to do until the next step moving along with the process of recovery. Highly recommend for Dr Ghany.

My entire family goes to this practice and location now. Every single employee there treats you like family. Very very professional and caring. The physicians are outstanding and the best in the business. We highly recommend anybody in search for physician care please do not look any further!

Wow, I have to say my experience at the orthopedic clinic was simply awesome! The staff is not only super professional but also incredibly good. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and attended to in a unique way. They not only know their stuff but also make you feel right at home. It's like everyone there is an expert in putting smiles on their patients' faces! I loved every minute of my visit and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of quality orthopedic care. I'll definitely be back if I ever need their services again!

The worst medical place I’ve ever been to. They tell you one thing and then you get there and they tell you something else. It’s not just me I even hear customers who have the same experience every single time they go there. I would investigate a class action lawsuit against these people by the way, they act in the way they conduct their business. The appointments are never on time. They always have you waiting for hours. STAY AWAY, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My experience with SOC has been excellent. Dr. Sahai did my back surgery in 2020 and is now treating me again for a new herniated disc. He is an amazing surgeon and his PA is really good, very thorough and willing to answer tons of questions. Dr. Merheb, (Pain Management) is really good as well but often seems in a hurry. Dr. Merheb’s MA (Isha) is absolutely wonderful and always super nice and helpful. Physical therapy is good (could be better, imo) and the other support staff have always been super helpful and extremely accommodating and nice. They have 4 locations and are able to do X-rays, MRI and injections in most locations, including a new one in Plantation which is super convenient for me. Wait times for Dr’s can be a while but almost no wait times for PT, procedures or X-ray/MRI. I really have nothing but good things to say about SOC and would refer anyone in need of an excellent spine surgeon. I’m sure there other Orthopedic specialists are great too but I don’t have experience with any of them personally. Based on how I’ve been treated this far I’m sure their entire medical staff is top notch and very professional.

Dr. Sahai and his staff are wonderful. They were able to accommodate my schedule and promptly get me in for the procedure I needed. He is great with communication and expectations. Bedside manner is great, empathetic and very personable. Though they are very busy you don’t feel like you are being rushed through and the front end staff are also very kind and accommodating.

Dr Sahai and all of his staff from the front desk, his MRI technician, his PA Grant, the billing department and everyone I interacted with were all incredible. 4 compression fractures and I was able to get in immediately and get the help I needed. I can’t thank them enough for the quick response time and follow up appointments. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Chenard did a fantastic job with my knee replacement and the physical therapy staff was supportive and encouraging in getting me back to full functioning. The front desk staff people are always pleasant and friendly. I have to get the other knee done in a few months and will not be returning to Spine & Orthopedic Center, however. They owe me a refund of over $850 in overcharges and despite many attempts to collect it (including intervention from the Florida Attorney General, the state Dept of Agriculture and Community Services, and the Better Business Bureau), I'm still waiting five months later. The BBB website and Yelp reviews indicate that this is a common practice for them. Unacceptable. Fortunately, Dr. Chenard has started his own practice and I'm planning to see him for my second surgery.

I had my first consult with Dr Sahai and his staff. All X-rays and MRIs are done in office and Dr.Sahai is able to review the images to consult with me immediately after. That in itself relieves all the anxiety of having travel elsewhere and waiting on the results. I feel positive that Dr. Sahai can get to the root of my spinal complexities and in a timely manner. He has a group of orthopedic specialists working in offices that can treat just about any orthopedic issues covering all skeletal, muscle and spinal deficiencies. His staff was extremely efficient in scheduling all my appointments necessary in a timely matter with convenient offices located near me. Most important is that when I submitted my insurance card they said that I had one of the best insurance supplement coverages.

The front desk assistants, were a pleasure. I paid out of pocket, which is easier than dealing with insurance, so the time frame and level of assistance may very. My Medical assistant was Sherri, anyone who's lucky enough to have her assistance is blessed. She is one of those people, that you feel better for being in her presence. My Doctor Ghady was wonderful. Thank you all for making my experience a pleasurable one.

Dr. MacGill is one of the finest physicians I have ever met. I've met a lot of Doctors and he stands out at the very top. Very knowledgable, personable and highly skilled. He surgically corrected a hammer toe and a bone spur and I only needed Tylenol for 2 days. No pain after that and very little swelling, it really couldn't have been a better experience. I highly recommend him for anything Podiatry related. Also, the outpatient nurses, anesthesia, etc. at Northwest in Margate were fantastic.

STAY AWAY!!! My wife went to the Deerfield office for her appointment with Dr. Chachin in February and she arrived early and paid her $243 copayment when she arrived. After waiting 1 hour she was told the doctor wasn't even there yet. She requested her refund they couldn't give it to her since the billing department was off-site and we made a it had to be requested and they would mail the check. 3 weeks later passed and we called to get a status and they said someone would get back to us. TTHEY NEVER DID. After the lockdown due to COVID, we called in June to get a status again and they said they they would leave a message to the billing department to get back to us again. In the beginning of August some one left my wife a message that the check would me arriving in 2 weeks and it never did. We are taking legal action now. They are a bunch of CROOKS.

Waited an hour to be seen even after they confirmed with me when I got there that the doctor was on time. I’m a self pay and paid almost $300 just to get to speak to a doctor. Was in a lot of pain and was prescribed some anti inflammatory meds which they said they called in to the pharmacy, but when I hadn’t received a call from the pharmacy in 2 days, I called and they said the prescription never came through. Now I have to wait all weekend and Monday which is a holiday in an immense amount of pain.

My wife and I go here frequently for our chronic back pain. We followed Dr. Bruce Mann to this center from his own practice (less headaches). Unfortunately he left (ran) and another great doctor left (ran) and since then we've seen three doctors since March. The staff rotates through this place every two to three months so there are some serious things wrong the high turnover rate. We're beginning to look for a better clinic.

Amazing! I had the luck to have Dr. Sahai as my spine surgeon. I am back on the golf course and in the gym within 6 months post op.

Appointment setter said Tuesday for CS office, but said today in DFB. I arrive in pain & told appt is Tuesday. False appointment day & time & before that call was dropped after on hold. Just stay away!

I must say, I'm very finicky when it comes to doctors. I found SOC in May of 2018. I go to the location in Deerfield but I've also been to the boca raton office when Deerfield wasn't available. My favorite thing about this practice, they only hire good doctors! Seriously... I've been to Dr. MacGill for a metatarsal issue, Dr. Gangavalli for my herniated discs, and also Dr. Chenard for a recent knee injury. What can i say? Im clumsy, but at least I've got a good set of doctors on my side. Come here, you wont be disappointed!

My wife and I have been there 5 times, three office visits and two MRI'S. My wife has multiple disc problems and in a lot of pain. Today after waiting more than an hour to discuss the latest MRI the doctor said that he wasn't willing to do anything for her until after she sees another doctor about another problem. Basically after paying SOC more than a thousand dollars in just co pays, I feel as if he just told her to get lost. There was no mention of when he could or would do anything more to try and help her. So I guess now we need to find her another doctor who will do something to help. Don't waste your time or money going there.

I recently met with Dr Chenard. He was fantastic I needed to contact him for an issue I encountered when I went to get a study done I called 3 times and left messages. I faxed to try to get a message to him. I then called as a physician or hospital, but couldn't get through Hard to think about dealing with this practice in the future. I wish Dr Chenard good luck and would use him when he opens his own practice

I am extremely unhappy with this location. I had a appointment in the morning and 2hrs passed without being seen and I went up to the counter and asked what's taking so long and was told that the doctor was out for another 20 minutes and that when he comes back they will try to fit me in even though I had an appointment that I already paid for 2 weeks prior. Then i asked for a round about time frame and i was given a attitude by the redhead at the desk. I really don't like how they made me pay for all of my injection appointments before I even had them. A normal place you pay for it at the time of visit not weeks before. Do not go to this location. Just don't... People come here to get help for the pain they're in not for attitude that just make it that much worse for the patient.

The staff is great. They are all very caring and personable. I have had a wonderful experience here at SOC and would highly recommend Dr. Ghany. He is a very caring and excellent hand specialist.

The doctors and staff are great. The only thing that was annoying was the fact that some days I could be sitting in the waiting room for an hour or more after my appointment time because the office is so busy. But the care is great and I felt like I was given individualized attention and my questions were answered

This is a beautiful office! I came to the spine orthopedic center to visit Dr. Sahai for my back surgery. I moved from Cali about a year ago, already knowing I needed surgery. Immediately upon meeting Dr. Sahai I just knew I had found the one who would do my procedure. He was very explanatory to me and told me exactly how it is. I like that, a doctor who is upfront and honest. You can't beat that! I went into surgery a month later for my spinal fusion. It's now 6 months later and I thank my lucky stars daily I came to see him when I arrived. I can even play tennis again! It's been so long since I could do that. Coming here was the best decision.

I have to said: every single time I’m here I have to wait for more than. 2 hours to be seeing. They don’t care about it. They’ve called you to confirm your appointment one day before even if you don’t have your paperwork ready and that’s because if you don’t have your referral you have to paid $150 for a it, even if it’s a follow up visit. I got a cortisone shot for neck and honestly I don’t feel to much of difference. I believe this will be my last visit here.

Once, I've arrived to the office they decided to verify my insurance which took 40 minutes, just to tell me 45 minutes later that they weren't successful and that they had to reschedule my appointment due to the Doctor having to leave because it is taking them a long time to verify my insurance. To be fair, the front desk staff was nice, but the managment has to be somewhat incompetent. I would not recommend this practice, it is sure to waste some of your time due to poor preparation and scheduling.

Don't waste your time going to this practice service was awful I went there to find out the extent of the injury to my arm I left not knowing how bad the injury is I begged the Doctor to do an MRI to get to the bottom of why I am having this pain in my hand I can't even make fist I sustained this injury onthe job and I want to know the full extent of the injury and he refused from doing an MRI

AVOID THIS PRACTICE AND ALL OFFICES...This is the most disorganized practice I have ever been to in my life. My last appointment was made at 8am (I learned a long time ago to make the first appointment so you don't spend all day). I was told after 30 minutes waiting that they are not sure why they made the appointment at that time because the Dr never makes it in that early. Every time you call it rings and rings before anyone picks up the phone. Then you have to be transferred and no one picks up either. I was notified I have a credit. I moved and will no longer be able to go even if I wanted. I have been trying for almost a year to receive my credit. Always some excuse. There is another review of this same problem. I have been working with Jose in the billing office that agrees there is a credit but can't or won't process the credit. I jumped through all their hoops twice and still nothing! IF YOU GO HERE IT"S YOUR FAULT, YOU WERE WARNED by not only me but the other reviews as well.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. The staff is always nice and friendly. The waiting time is not the best, but it is worth it.

Trying to get an appointment was a nightmare. I was kept on hold for 10 minutes and then I gave up. The doctor wrongly diagnosed my husband as having a rotator cuff tear.

Came In for a first time visit, after waiting for two hours and paying $240 upfront, I was told that nothing could be done today because there was no x-ray techs. Was rescheduled for two days later, which then received a call a day before, saying the doctor was not going to be in and another reschedule was going to be needed. Overall just not a good experience.

I came today for my follow up appt. Another great experience! Great doctors, awesome staff!
