Fast food and helpful staff. But my order was wrong. Maybe it was my fault for not checking it but I had 6 sandwiches and drinks and only 2 hands. I counted and trusted them and now my wife is upset cause she didn't get the 2 specific things she asked for. Hadn't eaten fast food in a while but was trying to get something fast for the park. Oh well.

Really bad service, they really in a bad mood and We were being really polite, the place is very small and you can not even read the menu in those little screens

Cant believe I wasted my money ordering door dash from you guys ...literally got a cup of oatmilk and if you look on the bottom a layer of brown sugar no espresso inside.this is supposed to be a brown sugar oatmillk latte.I know a latte usually has a good amount of milk but this is not right .I stirred it a bit to see if maybe thhere was espresso I wasnt seeing and literally nothing im so mad why did I spend 20 $ on doordash and cant even get a refund

Fast friendly staff, very alert and getting orders out fast and hott!! Will definitely go there again. Clean and nicely decorated, people coming and going, and very tentative!

Every time I go to work I always buy breakfast Ice coffee, Hot chocolate, Donuts. Wake up wrap bacon egg and cheese. And they cut half the egg. They don't put the whole egg. Today they didn't put it in the bag. I ordered two orders of Everything stuffed bagel. Terribly bad service and they are not nice to customers. They seem like they are going to work with a bad attitude and have no desire to work. When you work with the public you have to be friendly. Worst Dunkin!!! and customer service Not to great Ever Been!!!.I Wasted My Money!!!

The best Dunkin' Donuts I have visited, the guy that attended me was the best that we even ended up being good friends, now his attitude convinced me to come back again.

It was ok. The coffee was good. But my breakfast sandwich was cold because of how long it took them to prepare it. The ambience was ok. Not great. They could do better.

WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN! First of all the cashier was on her phone on a call while taking customer orders then when it was our turn she was scrolling down her phone while taking our order! NEVER gave eye contact. The iced coffee was bitter and DISGUSTING! Never in my life i have tasted a coffee this disgusting and the wraps were burnt. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Staff is nice and friendly, but service is slow and error prone. After placing my order I confirm with the cashier they had my order info correctly. Still my food arrived differently than ordered. They were apologetic, polite and fixed the problem. Since this place is busy it took a few additional minutes. The problem areas are: - cleanliness is lacking and is evident everywhere (tables were unkempt, napkins were a mess on the counter, the salt and pepper stations were full of dust and lint which was difficult to overlook) - no knives only forks and spoons - bathroom soap dispenser doesn’t work even though there is soap inside Overall not happy. Will look for another one nearby before returning to this location.

Ordered a cold brew from this location and they didn’t make the drink correctly. Ice was added and the drink tasted very watered down. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

Worst iced matcha ever. Went straight to Starbucks afterward and got a second. Too much ice, watered down milk and just not what I ordered. I don't think I'm very picky, but the reason for whole fat milk is that it's not watered-down. So why would you put water in the wholefat milk? The guy was looking at me with dreamy eyes, so maybe he was distracted. Maybe next time I'll say, I'm straight, focus on the drink. Thanks! Lol.

In the past, the donuts were perfect. Today the filling in the donuts is practically zero. This is now happening on a regular basis for over a dollar each. This is not up to Dunkin Donuts standards. Please do us a favor either fix this quality issue or lock the doors. We need quality stores near us.

I loved the customer service here, it's amazing. The manager Izzy and her staff were so helpful and nice. I love this place.

Food was fine but I was missing one of my orders. Considering this is the quality of their business, make sure to double check your order at the store before going home.

This is one of the worst places around. Closed bathrooms and sitting area at least 2 hours before closing time. No coffee except from american coffee. Younger person treated us well but the person in charge was rude to the point of not ever going back there.

This Dunkin' has been in the neighborhood for decades. Most times, my experience would be a speedy order with super fresh donuts and coffee. Wipe speedy off the equation with this group at this Dunkin'. Several orders took too long to complete because of botched orders made by the team, elongating the wait time. What would normally take minutes took too many minutes. Plenty of frustrated customers, including myself. These young people need to step up their game.

I've gone twice now in two weeks about 6pm. The first time, there were no donuts at all! None! The second time, there were not many donuts. I bought two dozen for a meeting I was attending. They were just okay. But... Two dozen miscellaneous donuts approached $25 ! I was very surprised at the cost. Had it been that long since I bought a donut? Well, maybe. Inflation? So basically a donut is around a dollar. For nearly the same price, you can get two dozen McDonald's hamburgers. In fact that's what I did the next time. Also, little Caesars is at the moment $6 for a pizza. Could buy four pizzas for about the same price as two dozen donuts. Donuts. Refined white sugar. Refined white flour. Refined sugary glaze. I don't know the nutritional value of this but I'm pretty sure ... Lots of carbs.

Customer service not to great! Ordered a caramel macchiato, medium, and a hash brown the caramel macchiato taste like a regular coffee and a hash brown. It took more than five minutes. I asked the lady about my order of the hashbrowns. She turned around and started talking in Spanish did not understand a word what she was saying, and she was giving me attitude, not so professional.

The workers in this place is rude and don’t care. I seen one of them cough in her hand a fixed some ones coffee.they gave me hard donuts. And when I went to change they made me get back in line. Why I paid my money. This place is nasty.

2nd time at this location - same girl working again. I ordered a Caramel Cappuccino single shot and she refused to listen to the cashier about it, I realized this when she handed me my drink. The first time I came here, which was yesterday, she had a terrible attitude and messed it up or so I thought. Not now after the 2nd time here. No Caramel was added either time, btw. Will NOT come back and dislike that I have to leave one star - mark that for the cashier who tried then.

This DD has the worst service/effort/attention to detail. Cashiers specifically are often on their personal phone, & every order I make they get at least 1 thing wrong. I travel for work & so I visit every DD within a 15 mile radius…

This review is based on my experience today May 8, 2022 at 12:50. this new crew needs to be retrained in professionalism. Laughing and complaining about customers orders is no bueno. One of the dunkinteers, has been here for a min so he should know better but he was acting like a fool with the rest. Dunkin’ please make sure you advise your male employees to pull up their pants, I don’t want to see underwear while you’re making my avocado toast.
