    Refused to cash $140 check of a woman who gave proper identification, including a passport, questioned what she did for a living, cops called on her, all for what? Only for her to call them herself when you refused to return to identification and for them to tell you that her identification was kn FACT legit! I'm guessing your bank hasn't learned their lesson from the past discrimination practices you for caught up in a few years ago. Training won't help the so-called "manager" who refused to service Mrs. Carroll, but I know what will help, her lawsuit against you and the dismissal of the "manager" who called he cops on her in the first place. Epic Fail!

    Rushed out of work to get here at 4:45pm (they close at 5) walk up to the door and it is locked, no one let's me in, people look at me like I'm crazy. I needed to deposit a check urgently and they closed 15 minutes early. Please speak with your employees in regards to their daily schedule they are confused and if you do close at 4:45pm update your hours please and thank you.

    Litterally the worst Wells Fargo I've ever been to. I go to get something notarized and I sit there for 25 minutes. Been a customer to them for 15 years. They gave me the run around so I left. Very incompetent employees.

    Wells Fargo has always been shady, rude, and incompetent of operating as a bank. Recently read the story of this locations discrimination. They refused to cash the $140 check of an elderly black woman and withheld her driver's license. Then proceeded to call the cops even after the check was verified to be legitimate. If you care about your finances, do not patron this branch.

    The worst. A simple bank deposit turned into me being at the bank 1.5 hours, involved every worker in the bank and resulted in them telling me they cannot deposit the check. I called Wells Fargo customer service and they told me to go to another branch. I thought they were joking after what I just dealt with. I walked into a different branch and in less than 2 minutes the check was deposited and I was on my way. 🤯 What kind of people work here?

    This has been the worst customer service I have received ever at ANY branch from Wells Fargo I have been with this bank since 2011 I have never received such treatment. I walked into the bank at 9:20 upon entry I observed 2 tellers at the window and 2 others sitting at their desk there was no line just one person ahead of me sitting down waiting for Yisel ( the bank worker at the desk ) and Jon ( the other bank worker at the desk ) it was NOT BUSY at all I mean it’s only been 20 minutes since they had just opened. I waited until 10:17am with little acknowledgement from the staff except from Jon who briefly stopped by to tell me he is in training and can’t help me with my request that I would have to wait for “ Yisel” Who was chatting away with ONE customer about cars and traveling etc.. I didn’t get a “ I’ll be right with you “ or “ please bear with us “ NOTHING I feel disregarded as a customer and when I got up to walk out after waiting for so long I STILL didn’t get a “ we’ll be right with you” I hope the branch manager Rosela A.Mills takes into account who they are hiring because this is unacceptable and I will never go back to that branch because there’s no way to treat any customers.

    Absolutely awful customer service! By far the worst location I’ve EVER been to. Line to the door at 10am on a Tuesday with 6 windows & two tellers. One of whom struggled to input simple data for a customer and failed her deposit THREE times! Then the Supervisor trash talks a disgruntled customer as soon as he walked out the door to OTHER customers still in line! None of whom were amused.. Wells Fargo: Please take your time hiring quality staff..

    Very friendly tellers and personal bankers! Plus, they will change currency at the posted rates with no additional fees for account holders in-house and same-day. No need to order and wait. Thanks guys!

    I came here for debit card issue I am having and the Banker i think name her is Sadie was really nice I had the issue again and Went to a different branch later the same day because my card stop working again and the manager over there name is Gary help me over there but still this branch is nice it’s small but i did not have to wait for help it was good

    If I could go less than one star, I would. The bankers here lately are not helpful, they don’t know their business. Super slow even when you have an appointment you’ll have to wait in line for more than half an hour to an hour for a banker. It’s the worst!
