    Is Precision Personal Training worth the 5 star rating? YES! YES! YES! I was a skeptic and procrastinated on reaching out to the gym to try them out because I had been less than happy with other trainers in the past. One session is all I needed. After months of working with the most talented, professional, driven, personable, caring and knowledgeable trainer I have ever encounter, Karen, I have never looked better nor felt better. Is it a lot of work? of course but the she will motivate you and support you throughout the workout and beyond. In my humble opinion Karen is the Queen! If you are reading this reviewing just as I read other reviews months ago and think it is too good to be true, just try a session. IT IS THAT GOOD! It is more than a place to train, it is a motivational environment to be one's best self.

    I first contacted PPT via another review site and quickly heard back from Marlon, the owner. After a brief chat, we scheduled a call to go over my goals, stats, and the options available at PPT. I agreed to come in for a free 1-hour assessment with him to determine a baseline for my capabilities, strength, heart rate, etc. I opted for a 45-minute session 2x a week. (For once, I chose not to go 0-100 in the blink of an eye.) He sent me home after that workout with a sheet to track my food and beverage intake for the next week and advised me to go for walks even if my legs felt sore to keep moving. The next week, I started training with Martha 2x per week. I gave her a recap of my workout with Marlon the previous week and how long it took me to recover. She gave me some tips for things to do after workouts to help with recovery, and as Marlon had done over the weekend, she would text me to check in over the next few days to see how I was doing and if anything hurt (a thing she still does 10 months later). One thing I found helpful at the start of my training was going over my meal tracker with her each week and getting advice on reading the nutritional info label and what to watch out for when buying meals and snacks. At first, I'd take pics of what I ate and their nutritional labels and then show them to her at my next session or text them. Being a vegetarian, I was glad that not only had she respected my choice, but she'd also suggested other brands/items for me to try and never tried to discourage me from being vegetarian. A month later, I increased my sessions to 3x per week for 45 mins since my healing time was improving, and then 3x per week for an hour. There's even been the occasional 4th session in a week when I'm feeling extra energetic and slightly overconfident. I'm no stranger to coming in saying I want to try a workout I saw on social media... and later regretting it (who invented split squats AND WHY?!). Martha is great at determining what workouts will help you reach your goals and modifying a workout on the fly if something hurts or you're injured. She's also good at knowing when you're ready to increase the weights you're using. Martha's methods worked so well that the results in my first 3 months convinced my husband to sign up for training, too. Now, we train together as a small group with Martha 3x per week. She's immensely knowledgeable about fitness and creative with the workouts to keep it from feeling redundant. I've noticed many changes over the last 10 months that aren't just physical, and I can attribute those changes to Martha's knowledge and training. Walking nearly 200,000 steps all over Spain and not feeling it in my legs and feet as I did on other trips was a very nice bonus! Overall, I'm happy with PPT and Martha and am glad I was paired up with her! She's kind, funny, direct, gives good and clear instructions, and has a great attitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym and Martha. PPT has various options for you to choose from that vary in workout frequency and length of session, as well as kids and teens group classes, women's group classes, and individual or small group options so there's something for everyone. I had PPT bookmarked for years, and I'm glad I worked up the nerve to reach out for more info!

    I've been training with Chris since 2019. I have to say that my experience has been truly amazing. Chris is always changing it up which makes it motivating. I can definitely see a difference in me and my overall health. The facilities are well maintained and updated. Keep it up guys.

    Precision is amazing! The trainers are great. They push you to do your best but are always making sure that the exercises are done correctly. I love the way I feel when I finish a class. I feel like I accomplished a lot for my body. I totally recommend the women’s classes to anyone who wants to tone up, lose weight or just keep in shape!

    My 14 year old son has been training with Chris for over a year and we have noticed a change in his confidence and overall outlook. He chooses to eat healthier and has become disciplined with his workout routine. If you are a parent of teens, we recommend Precision and Chris to make fitness fun and engaging for your children.

    Do you need the motivation to workout and change your body? Then your at the right place here! I‘ve been training with Chris since 2014. At the time I lived here but now I moved back to Switzerland and everytime I come back to Miami I make sure I come back to PPT to train with Chris! Before 2014 I barely worked out and now I do it everyday to make sure I come back in better shape than before. Thats how motivating it is!

    I have been training with Chris for about 5 month. He is a great coach. He constantly raises the bar, monitors your form, and challenges your weak spots. I have seen my strength grow significantly! Chris is very personable and a great communicator. If you are looking for a great little community gym with a personal touch, this is the place and Chris is your guy.

    Precision Personal Training has been my second home for over 6 years. As a former college athlete, I expect a level of expertise from trainers - Precision has always delivered! Chris has been my trainer for most years, and I would never change it up. He is disciplined, timely, motivating, and never settles which keeps me excited for each session. Even on those days where the gym is the last place you want to be - he brings the spirit and boost you need to keep going. Each trainer brings a unique style for their clients, so you'll never be bored with your workouts. Will always recommend this gym!

    Great atmosphere, very friendly staff! My trainer Chris is great at what he does. If you want to get in shape and feel good about yourself this is the place to go to get personal training! Had back problems in the past and now I'm in such a good place eat healthy and work out with this crew you can't go wrong!

    I have been to many different popular gyms and Precision offers the best prices and has an AMAZING staff to go with it! Their classes are perfect to achieve any fitness goal that you may want to achieve and the trainers are very supportive and they truly encourage us all the way. Personally, I love the group classes because the hours fit me like a glove, the results are noticeable & I'm loving my figure thanks to this gym!

    I have been going to Precision PT for a year now and I must say this is the longest I have been able to stick to a gym routine. The personalized attention, the facilities and ambiance make it a very enjoyable experience. Sonia is a great trainer. She makes sure the routine changes often so you don't get bored. Give them a try, you won’t regret it :-)
