    Jon was referred to me by my sister and he has been very professional and helpful during a period of my life where I needed someone to not only train me physically, but to also help me balance my life altogether by choosing healthy habits and routines. I came to Jon for help with losing weight, toning up much more, and creating the lifestyle I wanted for my health. Working so much in IT for the past 5 years I haven’t been able to do it on my own and Jon has done a phenomenal job getting me there to this point where I want to be. I started with a weight of 162 lbs and now I’m down to 134 lbs! My ultimate goal is to go down to 115 lbs and I know Jon will help me achieve that! Also, Jon provides a nutrition plan as part of the training packages and is constantly checking up on me to monitor how my nutrition is doing and keeping track of everything, which is great!

    Jonathan Fernandez is an outstanding personal trainer. He walks the walk as far as his own incredible level of fitness and knows how to get someone else there step by step. As a former Judo national champion, he can also tailor your training to your athletic performance goals. Perhaps most importantly he is kind, considerate, patient, and always willing to share his knowledge. He has my highest recommendation.

    Johnathan and the other trainers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions calmly and professionally. The atmosphere that Johnathan and the others project is a warm and carting family-like style environment, and I felt as if I was part of the team.     We had a wonderful experience with Jon Paul during our collaboration here in PDC for our Yoga retreat. We wanted to offer something different in our retreats and decided to hire someone who can train our group of women in both fitness and self-defense training and Jon was the perfect man for the job! We will definitely have Jon on board with us again for all of our upcoming retreats to further expand his knowledge in both fitness and self-defense to training to everyone in our groups!

    I found Jon online as I was looking for an online personal trainer to help train me to get into my ideal physique for my runway shows as a model here in Mexico.     Jon is a very chill down to earth and very competent trainer. He’s not your typical “meathead” and even a beginner like myself feels comfortable with him. He’s very structured and plans workouts ahead of time, provides feedback on proper form, diet, nutrition, and supplements. I recently started training with Jon and rank him among the best of trainers I’ve attempted. Highly recommend him!

    Jon is extremely professional and works with you to customize your workout plan. He pays attention to your progress and adjusts your workouts so that your body never gets accustomed to the workouts. He also helps you with meal plans as well as mini workouts on the days you are not training with him. Regardless if you have 30mins, 15mins, or 10mins on the days you don't meet up, Jon has a workout plan to fit your time restraints. His communication is great and his personality is always cool and calm and he is easy to talk to. Overall, he is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend his services.

    JOn has taken a very good approach when helping me reach my goals. I am an ex athlete and Jon has a similar background to me and in just a few short weeks he has been able to get me back to pushing real weight and I’m starting to see real results fast. Would highly recommend .

    UPDATE: Jon is not an honest person. I trained with him for about 7 months, all was going fine until I injured my back, precisely due to his exercises despite him knowing I had spinal surgery due to sports injuries. My doctor informed me the exercises he was doing with me were exactly what someone like me should NOT be doing in order to ensure new injuries to my back. So I had to take time off from training, and we agreed my remaining 10 sessions I had paid for would be used by my son. Jon now refuses to return my calls or texts in order to schedule the remaining 10 sessions... he's clearly trying to run out to clock on his "non-refundable policy". He's dishonest. Strongly caution against hiring him as your personal trainer as when something doesn't go right, he is unwilling to work with you and completely unprofessional.

    Jon Paul is a true martial artist and teacher, patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Working with him has been an eye opener. He understands limits and how to change it to achieve more to get your full potential.
