This place is always crowded by Dadeland, you always find great deals if you have time to hunt. A lot of the cracking in the Tori is not always out and it’s easy stuff in bins underneath or on top and you have to find an associate to help you. I’ve noticed there are very few associates on the floor

Horrible customer service. Slow workers. Messy store. Rude workers. They Don’t help. They Sigh when you come to the register. I bought a few things and walked out checking my receipt & realized an item was missing and wasn’t in the bags. I came back to get it and he acted like he didn’t have the item which was put aside even though I paid for it! I had to show my receipt. Double check your receipt & bags before you leave otherwise you’ll be missing things you paid for or they will take the item!

The go to place for arts and crafts. Big store with just about anything you need. Parking is plentiful and the location is easy to get to from just about anywhere. The staff always help you when you need anything and usually explain things in detail.

Wide selection of crafts products. Very helpful staff that was polite and knowledgeable.

Used to love shopping here but this year they’ve jacked up their prices and then say they have a sale but really the sale price is what the regular price should be. Scammers.

Michael’s a little over pricing. Every time I order something online they cancel my order the next day because they don’t have it available. Update to my review: waited 30 minutes in the curbside pickup because “they didn’t have staffs”

Great time to go, there were few people in the store. They have NEW self checkout machines. Now you just tap and checkout! It's wonderful!

My daughter and I are such craft junkies this store is dangerous . I do appreciate the self checkout and I did not remember to ask her name or look at her name tag but the employee that helped us checkout. I give her 5 ⭐️ s very helpful and so nice. She’s from Peru 😀. Brain overload but we love coming here. Only inconvenience both restrooms out of order 👎🏼. But not something I would call home to momma to complain.

Very nice and complete store to buy whatever you need for arts and handcrafts. Friendly staff, spanisk spoken. They have a large stock for any kind of work, from basic to professionals... must GO. Also, and very usefull, it is close to the metro raíl station Dadeland North.

I ordered online to pick up in store because I'm always busy. The ease of picking up my items is amazing! There are bins by the entrance where you go to look for your order and pick it up. I also pushed the button at the pick up station, so whoever is in charge of the orders will know that someone picked up their order.

I’ve been to three different Michaels in the past two weeks and by far the worst customer service. I placed an order online for pickup in store, after getting there they didn’t see my order. Even after it said it was already pulled. The employee didn’t know where he was standing or who to call for help. After we cancelled it online and pulled the stuff ourselves, that’s when he came to us and said oh they found the order. Never going back to this store again.

Oscar in framing is genuinely the best. My new husband and I were gifted a painting of our wedding and needed to get it framed. We found it daunting, so we had.... put it off. Oscar made everything easy and fun! He had me explore some options outside of my initial comfort zone, and he was right!!! I am so happy we came across Oscar and think he deserves all the raises. He made a dreaded task a fun experience, has such an incredible eye, and we felt so at ease with him. Incredible!
