What a rude attitude the supervisor told me that the line was closed, and that me buying one pair of earrings was not good enough for me to stay in line go to another line....so I show her I also had other things like lotion deodorant I got at that counter...baby supervisor discriminated against me today in front of everyone let two Caucasian customers come after i walk off and shop at the boot said that I only had one pair of earrings. I could not believe it and said I could tell who I wanted to tell she do not care because she is her own boss so I said you do not own this store I will find out who owned this store and she said I don't care...after I walk off this lady took other customers and they was laughing and talking about me as if it was some type of joke because they didn't service me.....so I made my way to the other line the young cashier was looking like they knew boss lady was wrong but nothing they can do about it..

I have been coming to this store for years. Excellent quality & fair prices. I go at least once every two weeks. What I dislike, is the way management ignores the resellers that hover by the doors to get the best deals as soon as the merchandise comes out in carts. Apparently someone is getting a cut $$ from this. The same people stand by both doors to take the best merchandise. Although they say over the loud speakers not to take anything from carts.. This group of maybe 8-10 ppl are there everyday, pulling merchandise from carts & employees allow this to happen. It’s also a safety issue, the same ppl graving out of carts as the carts are moving. Either there are rules, or no rules. Who’s getting the kick back? Most people may do not complaint about this, but are aware this is happening. It’s a direct reflection poor management / unprofessional business practice. FYI

Great place but the prices are too high! Management sucks and the lines are way too long ! The workers don’t really wanna be there and the resellers taking stuff out of carts as their coming out is not a good look. It’s cash only and the atm fees are way too high. Also stay away from that Amazon bin store next door, they’re super shady

Love the store itself and all that it has to offer. But the chicks that work here? Literally so foul and miserable. From the youngest to the oldest. And they watch you like a hawk as if you’re going to take something. Most of those employees need much character development.

My first time here and last time. As a Caucasian it's not just AA people that are being discriminated against! I was shopping around for an hour then the clock hit 5:58! There was an associate there that I asked the price on glassware I was going to buy. She said the price then said, but you have to leave, we are closed! I looked around the clock it was 5:58. I looked around, the store was still full and people were walking around so I walked to look at another item and the security guard chased me down and said they were closed. I said I'm just looking at the price. He was ready to put his hands on me and escort me out ! I was already about to leave but didn't understand why they targeted the one girl just browsing when there were so many other people still in the store. I think it sets off alarms for them if you are empty handed and close to the items near entrance. They must've thought I just walked in or something, but still ridiculous. Also, the pricing on things is ridiculous. They try to sell fake designer bags! You can buy the REAL designer bag at Ross or Marshall's next door for the same $50 or $70 price tag. The glassware are $2 and up! You can buy the same at the dollar tree! The other items are ridiculous and gross. The majority of stuff in the store is overpriced considering the quality. The books for example, cannot even be resold because all the good ones are taken. What's left over is books that would normally sell online for $8 tops. I'm sure there's probably some items that might be worth it but it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. The only good thing I have to say is that a male associate asked if I needed help while I was looking at furniture. That's the one star, you get.

PROS: Huge variety of goods. Decent staff and shoppers. CONS: A loooong line outside well before it opens, A checkout line equal to Walmarts in the morning. Stand in line until you expire on Wednesdays Senior Citizen Discount Day (aka. Hoarders Day). Good luck finding parking if you come after 12 noon. Some items overpriced (sneakers).

One star because you have gotten way too expensive. I know RW&B is now all over social media and your popularity has risen tremendously, but really? Shame on you!!!

Listen you get what you pay for you can’t come into the store and this area and expect five star excellence in customer service let alone employees. It’s it’s pretty self-explanatory when you get in there look at the colors whatever color they have up that’s what’s 50% off everything else is a normal price if things don’t have a tag on them they will not sell it to you. Yes they are strict as to the time that they close so no they do not let you look around even though the line is long as hell you literally have to stay in the line.

This store has been destroyed I fear, its employees are communist who seem to be angry that they have to work , where I used to see teenagers making their first paychecks, now I see angry grown men and women who have 0 manners , 0 costumer service experience and 0 desire to be there. They have a Neanderthal wannabe behind the main counter doing a teenage girls job, is literally costing them money. And the resellers... how can there be so many in one place? do these men not have any self respect ?! They can try to rationalize what they do however they like , but the fact is that they are just another pest to society ,you don't make anything new , you don't produce anything and you don't provide a service you all just make what is there more expensive for everyone else. Whenever I see a cart of merchandise coming out you can se resellers chasing it and fighting over it like chickens over food on a farm. This is a testament to their character and their station in society. Goodbye RW&B.

I love, love love this place! Always find brand name items at excellent prices. I always fine great deals when I shop Red, White & Blue. I don't shop at any of my others places as often as I shop here.

Be aware you are literally competing with at least 30 eBay/Offerup etc. resellers that chronically , daily troll the place .There is no control of amount of people in the store. You could spend 3/4 of an hour to pay, when "preferred" resellers walk right up to cashiers. I've witnessed arguments bordering on physical violence between shoppers over goods or cutting into the line to pay..Saw older man sitting and urinating on upholstered chair for sale . Most employees don't speak English and have a tired mule's disposition. This is an contagious third world place where people blow their noses with bare hands then handle items or sneeze and cough openly.

This place is HUDGE! I have had one experience here. I plan on going here more though. The line was very long but there were lots of people at the cashiers. There is endless amounts of stuff to go through so I recommend having lots of time to do so or having a specific thing you want to get. It was a little overwhelming.

Great experience but cash only is a big mistake for their business. Amazing variety of choice, some labels were still overpriced because of the “brand”. Long queue when the shop closes. Some people were cutting in line which wasn’t policed at all. Lots of bargain hunters around. I don’t think they had any changing rooms though.

Even though the prices are high and they accept only cash I’d highly recommend to visit this thrift store! You will find plenty of decent stuff there which is still underrated and costs $2-5. Today was 50% off day on items with white and blue tags, the line was 50 meters long and it took us about an hour to get to the cashier, but it’s worth the effort. There are also two express lines: one is at jewelry booth and only for the jewelry items (up to 3 pieces), second one at the last cashier desk and work for any merchandise (up to 5 items).

Wow, not like thre other store at Road 441 at all. Messy, dirty and lack of organization. Not using the Express lane during weekdays?? Not a good idea. Never coming back.

😐 Found a lot of nice items here at this particular location with great prices. A lot of the items wasn't out of place, so I can say it's well put together and organize. Except near the shoe rack area shoes was all over the floor and had to watch your step and step around. Overall I was pleased with m...
