Beware,
do
not
go
there
when
they
are
about
10
minutes
til
close.
Literally
No
One
will
help
you!
They
just
want
you
to
leave.
I
went
to
purchase
a
Macy’s
gift
card
and
found
one
immediately
as
I
know
where
to
find
them.
I
needed
funds
to
be
loaded
but
no
one
could
help
me.
I
was
running
around
and
asking
each
register
(started
at
jewelry
station,
no
one
helped.
The
older
ladies
were
too
busy
talking
and
ignoring
me
and
I
know
they
saw
me).
I
asked
an
associate
walking
by
and
they
told
me
to
go
to
customer
service.
I
rushed
to
Customer
service
and
was
told
me
to
go
to
Guess
department
but
that
person
didn’t
help
either.
Instead
the
associate
there
told
me
to
look
for
another
register
and
then
ignored
me.
I
went
to
fragrance
department
and
spoke
to
a
gentleman
that
seemed
like
a
manager
and
he
said
that
at
that
time
everyone
was
already
closing
registers
and
didn’t
know
if
anyone
was
open.
I
told
him
I
had
been
bounced
around
like
4
times
by
associates
for
the
last
10
minutes,
he
just
simply
walked
away
from
me,
instead
of
helping
me.
Overall
This
place
has
awful
customer
service!
The
managers
there
should
be
ashamed
for
employing
people
that
don’t
care
about
customer
needs
and
provide
awful
service
with
no
manners
whatsoever.
