Nice apartment. Giving 4 stars because we asked for a quiet room and received a bedroom on the first floor over the automated garage doors, so had to hear every car that was entering or exiting ((. Ear plugs helped a bit. Also garbage collection was in the middle of the night and was creating extreme noise.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay there, we had the breakfast everyday that was included in the package, and enjoyed some nights by the bar and watching the live music. Shame the car park was full so I had to park on the street parking, but it's very close and I always found free spots. It was about €5 for half a day and I'd have to come back and buy another ticket for the rest of the day. It's also really close to the beach, about 5 minute walk and almost next to the high street where there's loads of restaurants and dessert places. We didn't see our maid but everytime we came back from breakfast the bed would be made and tidy and fresh new towels were waiting for us. The room is also really quiet and it's not hot at all inside since the room had a ceiling fan and AC. Very good for the price

Very clean and cozy room consistent with the description. Hotel service was polite and kind. Localization is very close to the center, to the beach and also to the train station. I recommend everyone who wants to visit Catalonia and taste a good beach with beautiful sea in small resort and also visit Barcelona.

An utterly divine experience! Check-in was simple, friendly and professional. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel facilities are exceptional, with superb massage and treament options, a well-equipped gym, and plenty of great dining and drinking options. Special note goes to the swimming pools which have interesting locations and cool features. The location is fantastic, right within Calella, less than a minute from the main pedestrian shopping streets and less than 5 minutes from the beach. A great central base from which to explore the area. We would recommend the hotel to any travellers, especially couples looking for a romantic getaway. We'll be back!

Nice modern hotel. However, Coffee machine in the morning buffet uses instant coffee, not real ground coffee. Taste wasn’t great, opted for a tea instead. If only the tea was good. Undrinkable. The staff in the buffet are kind, and try their best. However, there is not enough staff to cater for the morning rush. Half buffet empty, long line for eggs, dishes piling up on all tables. The worst is seeing the staff running everywhere to do their best. Clearly management have failed. I did ask for an iron and board to be delivered to the room. But they do not offer such. However an ironing service was proposed. A 3 euro price tag. No thx. And the cherry on the topping, be prepared to be bombarded with non-sens marketing e-mails. Before, during and after your stay. Despite sending them an email to stop, which was acknowledged.

Our first time in Neptuno was amazing. It is situated perfectly in a quiet town in Callela. We stayed for 4 nights with dinner and breakfast included. Both dinner and breakfast were 5 stars. Fresh food, fresh waffles each morning. The staff were amazing very attentive. Would highly recommend

I have to say this was the best hotel experience that I could have asked for. The facilities were modern and clean with the rooftop pool being an added bonus. The staff were beyond amazing and friendly. The lady called Manu at reception continuously went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. She was friendly and kind and funny. The staff worked together like a family and it is obvious that they are a great time. The food and drinks were exceptional. The pools are made for relaxing not for swimming.

We paid a lot for a simple room with a tiny balcony! Our friends who stayed in the same hotel in a better room paid 100 euro less then us for the same days, the service was awkward, slow, unfriendly, not accommodating at all. The room was dirty, and the second day they didn’t even changed the dirty spoons we found in the room on our arrival. The hotel itself is really nice and new, but all in all the price was ways to expansive for what it was!

Our family have stayed at the Neptuno for the past two years and we have booked again for this year. It is a very stylish, recently modernised hotel. The whole hotel and bedrooms are excellent with new. modern fittings. throughout. All the facilities are first class. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant food is very good and varied, we have booked half board this year. The bar is amazing with a wide range of drinks at very reasonable prices. The roof top pool is great with lovely views over Calella and there is also another bar up there. It is very good value and worth a try, You will not be disapointed
